This report also contains technical information about the state of the application when it crashed.
When I try and stream on Justin.tv it gives me this this allow or deny option and AS SOON AS I HIT ALLOW it crashes the entire browser. It was working perfectly fine yesterday for one instance now its giving me this crap. I've tried it all reinstall proper removal including registry and restarting and reinstalling and I'm stumped. From what I'm hearing I heard that the most recent flash player was poorly coded. I'm running
Windows XP SP2
Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe
AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core 2.31ghz
3.00 Gigs of Ram
All drivers are updated Running FF3. It was running perfectly the other day and nothing was changed. It just suddenly shat out.

Hey all, first happy New Year
I have the same motherboard like 'Tansen89' and other hardware almost too, but other OS - windows 7...
everytime i watch youtube or other flash online movies my computer freezes, sometimes the sound freezes and sometimes my comp just restarts...
i am searching for solution for 3-4 months or smth like that...and it gets me very crazy, i tried EVERYTHING (uninstall flash with uninstaller, installing the lattest version, reinsatlling windows, removing hardware and other 100 things)..  i spare many hours surffing on google to found solution....
nothing helps...
There must be something that can help to fix this problem, because last year when i watched online videos or flash videos everything worked perfectly, and now, last 4 months, i have been having this problems...
Pls help me, i need flash for my job...
I dont know, do i need to call directly to Adobe and ask there what to do or what??...
Have fun

  • Adobe Flash Crashes in ALL YouTube Videos, Regardless of Browser

Every single YouTube video will crash Adobe Flash, regardless of  browser. I've gone from Firefox 3.6, to the beta/minefield? version of  Firefox 4, and i've even tried Chrome. Regardless of browser, it will  crash Adobe Flash. As you can understand this problem is exceptionally  frustrating to me as my desktop computer has Firefox 3.6, with the same  extensions and adobe flash installed with no issue whatsoever.
I have no changed anything to my system except for installing  Microsoft Silverlight which I thought would've been the problem but  sadly it didn't fix my issue after an uninstallation and cleaning of any  registry entries with CCleaner.
I am currently on a clean install of firefox 4 with flash. It  still crashes. I have no made any changes to my system. As far as I  understand Adobe Flash has not updated their software within the last  week, and if it has, my desktop computer has been regularly updating  itself with no issues whatsoever.
One last thing to mention. It used to work prior to yesterday. I have  absolutely no idea what would cause across every single browser aside  from either something system configuration related, or something in  Flash itself.
I can't even right click and go to Flash "settings" to change  hardware acceleration options to determine whether or not it is some  kind of  system incompability. Not that there should be one being that my  software configuration worked prior to the past two days.
I don't know if there was a Flash update recently but my desktop machine doesn't exhibit these issues and I have let it update some Adobe software recently but my netbook has been exhibiting this extremely frustrating problem for the past two days.
Anyway, enclosed is a picture of the issue:

    Hi,
    Hardware Acceleration
You may want to go to this site: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. Right click on the Flash logo, Settings,
then UNcheck the hardware acceleration in Display Settings.
Then use each browser to test here:
Can you see the Flash logo animation(spinning) and what version of Flash Player is Displayed?
As far as I know the latest Flash Player version was on 2/8/11.
    Thanks,
    eidnolb

Why does Adobe Flash crash all the time? It is really annoying and I'm considering using another browser.
Please tell me how to fix this.

Try to uninstall your current Flash version and update Flash to the latest version.
Troubleshoot Flash Player installation for Windows:

  • Adobe Flash Plugin Crashing With Browser and Computer Softwares

    Windows 8.1 64bit
    Chrome 39.0.2171.95
    Flash Player 16
I was video chatting when suddenly my flash crashed, now it won't work with anything. Some examples are VLC, Spotify, and Skype, the minute i open these programs they will just become unresponsive. It also does not work on either Chrome or IE (Can't watch youtubes videos or go on certain websites). I have tried uninstalling and doing a clean installation of flash, but that didn't do anything. I have also tried re-installing shockwave, but that did not do anything (I did restart my computer). Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

I did what you asked and it appears to have worked! It has not been crashing to say the least! I will mark as solved create a new one if I experience the problem again. That Guig!

  • Why is no report available when Adobe Flash crashes?

Firefox 6.0.1 (problem started with Firefox 5)
    Flash: 10.3.183.7
    OSX Lion
The flash plugin crashes frequently; however, Firefox always says "No report available". How can I get crash information generated so that this bug can get fixed? It crashes while generating the thumbnail for videos while loading a page and a visit to http://www.youtube.com is enough to crash the plugin.
The support pages for troubleshooting flash crashes just say to update flash, update firefox, and send in crash reports. All software is up to date and I can't get crash reports.
Flash works fine in Chrome & Safari on the same machine. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling Flash. I've tried disabling all plugins. I've tried disabling flash hardware acceleration. My CUDA driver is up to date too. I've tried 32-bit mode and 64-bit mode.
How do I get a crash report?

I am also having this problem on my 32 bit Windows 7 machine except that it hangs rather than crashes, that is I can't get to any of the other tab or use the browser and there is not ability to report the failure. I would post a screen shot but if I go there I won't be able to come back and post this message :(

  • Flash Crashes across all browsers and recent fatal errors

This problem has basicly been going on for years and my operating system has been resintalled a couple of times before but basicly the problem is that adobe flash player (and Microsoft Silverlight) would crash a browser (IE, Chrome, and Firefox) often. I have tried the fixes ive read about but they didnt seem to work so I just decided to put up with it until I began getting fatal errors. I had my hardware checked out and there are no problems with and all my drivers are up to date.
    Flash: 11.5.502.135
    Windows 7 (64-bit)
HD 5570 and HD 6870 (upgraded from one to the other but problem still occurs)
Like I said I usually try to put up with flash (and silverlight) crashing my browser but now they crash the browse so badly it forces a bugcheck (or blue screen of death). I have tried to reload my operating system, then updated my drivers, and then in clean boot mode I still get pretty nasty crashes. I think the problem is within one of my drivers but I cant pinpoint which driver is the culprit.

A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught.  This is

If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.

Subject: Flash Player Flash Plug-in Crashes across all browsers despite
    re-install
I support a bunch of Mac users and one of them (10.5.7 MBP) ran into this same
problem last week with both Safari and Firefox crashing with the flash player
plugin. If I removed the Flash Player plugin and the .xpt file there was no
crashing but no flash either. I used a combination of different suggestions and
here's what finally worked (so far anyway):
Show package contents for Firefox/Contents/MacOS/components and Get Info
changing perms for read/write for everyone.
Re-installed shockwave plugin using the customized full install (this made no
sense to me since I had made no change to shockwave but as I was testing the
browsers I was prompted to install it, so I did)
    Repaired permissions
The version of the Flash Player plugin that ended up installed on this Mac is
10.0.12.36. I started off installing the newer and recommended 10.0.22.87
version but it didn't fix anything. I inadvertently went backwards as I moved
plugins in and out of the Library. I didn't want to change anything once it was
working so I left it at the older version. I hope this helps someone else.

  • Flash Crashes on EVERY YouTube video, Firefox 4, Firefox 3.6.x, Chrome, Everything.

''I had exactly the same problem and realized it was flash update[http://www.starbike.com .] Instead of rolling back, I checked and my display driver needed updating, once done all problems with Firefox 3.+ and 4.0, as well as chrome disappeared. Still not sure what is in latest flash update that is causing problem....thank you Adobe.
    Hope this helps some folk.''
I had the same problem. I solved it with reinstalling adoobe flash player.

Have had this problem for a long time and no updates has helped

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
*Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

  • Adobe Flash crashes endlessly, reset or update does no good

I have dealt with this for years. I have "reset" Firefox numerous times, I have uninstalled Adobe Flash and reinstalled version 16.0.0.235. After I uninstalled and updated it ran for a while but I am back to the "Flash is busy" message. The only way I can go on is to stop the plug in, or disable it, but of course then I have no video. I installed "Videowithoutflash" (I think that was the name of it listed with Firefox extension and highly reviewed, and it all ran fine for about a day. But then the next day no videos would play unless I enabled flash, and then it soon starts crashing again. This is a problem for years now. I have been through many forums trying to find an answer, nothing works, or if it does not for long. Is there not some way to get rid of Adobe Flash and play videos? Are there any browsers that don't use flash for viewing videos? Help!
    Thanks in advance
    Bill

I have been complaining about this for years. I am so mad that it never gets fixed. It makes using Firefox a nightmare. The flash player crashes my browser roughly every 5 minutes.

    QUESTION:
I constantly use in-browser flash. And I've tried quite a few browsers, computers, different computers with differnent operating systems. They've all done the same thing. CRASH. Over, and over, and over again. 10 times or more per day. Yes, I play the Facebook games, but I also use it for in-browser radio/video. It is one of the most annoying things I've ever had to endure on a computer. If there was something else I could use, I'd already downloaded it and deleted Adobe Flash. But since there really isn't anything at the moment, I'm stuck having to write this up and hope that there is a fix. There are thousands with this issue online. If I find a fix here, I will gladly share it with every person I know.
But back to the issue. Whether I have one tab open, or twenty. Flash crashes about every 20-30 minutes. Every now and then, it'll hit an hour. I've also turned off Google Chrome's built-in flash and vise versa. I've gone through so many helps and fixes online it's not even funny.  If there's any kind of fix that I can do that will stop all these crashes, I would appreciate this very much.  I can't list every little detail I've ever done on this forum, but I will tell you if I have already tried anything that is said here. I hope someone says something new and we can get this thing fixed.
--Oh yeah, and this has gone on since my computer was an hour old. Back a couple years ago. Back a couple wipes ago..  I've factory reset 3 times I believe since I got this computer. Don't ask, just how I am. Junk happens and from time to time I like to wipe it all out. Just how I do. I have external drives so everything gets backed up and becomes rather easy to wipe my computer.

I couldn't have written it better myself. I did exactly what is talked about here and feel exactly the same way,

  • Flash Crashes Repeatedly - Mac Lion OS / Firefox 7.0.1

I am running Firefox 7.1 and have had Adobe Flash repeatedly crash when trying to view videos on comcast.net and cbs.com.  I have updated Adobe Flash to the latest version (according to the Adobe site) and yet the crashes continue.  I need help.
    I am running:
    Mac 10.7.1. (Lion)
    Firefox 7.0.1
    Adobe Flash 10.3.183.10

i haven't seen a crashlog, so let me assume everyone has the same issue.  the root cause of the crashers are with non standard fonts.  when the player enumerates through these fonts the non standard fonts causes the player to fault.  there are a few ways to get through this issue.  pick one that you feel comfortable doing.
    try something new: level easy
we release FP 11.2 beta.  install this player version will take advantage of new code that handles the non standard fonts.  the player is beta and is watermarked, so keep this in mind.
    http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplatformruntimes/flashplayer11-2/
i want to use FP11: level moderate
there are 2 solutions to try.  one is a quick and dirty, but is not as thorough...
    solution 1:
move all the fonts from your /Users/<yourUsername>/Library/Fonts to another location (eg. your desktop).  you have the option to delete them if you don't ever plan to use them again
quit your browser and restart your browser
    solution 2:
this was outlined in another thread supplied by the user seantrue
    http://damnedfinesoftware.blogspot.com/2011/10/fsusage-when-adobe-flash-crashes-in.html
i don't want to use FP11, but would rather downgrade: level easy/moderate
    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html
download the uninstaller and run it
download the previous player version prior to FP11 (10,3,183,10)
    unpack and install
give one of them a try..
Note:  the solutions outline here apply to Safari and Firefox.  Chrome uses an embedded flash player plugin...  it's not advised, but you could disable the ebmedded plugin and make use or the installed alternative.

  • Flash crashing browsers on unload while playing stream

I've set up the most basic test case while troubleshooting
    ongoing crash reports.
    - drag FLVPlayer onto the stage
    - add the following code to frame 1 so you can play in a bare
    FMS 3 server:
    import fl.video.*;
    VideoPlayer.iNCManagerClass = fl.video.NCManagerNative;
    - set your path to any FLV file via RTMP to FMS3 (our is
    linux)
I can crash any browser just by repeatedly reloading the page
with that movie in right as it loads. Eventually, with enough
repetition, it will crash and take down the browser with a fault in
"Flash_EnforceLocalSecurity". If you have video on every page of
your site, you can see how this might become a bit of a problem...
Network latency will increase the frequency of crashes.
I've been chasing this for months in our own player (AS2).
Finding the same thing with such a simple test case in a bare clip
using the native AS3 component is really surprising.

This log is from Safari on Mac OS X, but the same crash
happens on Vista (FF and IE7) and Mac FF.

  • Yoga 13: Adobe Flash crashing with Transitions?

Whenever I have Firefox open and flip from laptop to tent or tablet mode, Adobe Flash crashes.  This is a major annoyance because really the only time I go from laptop to tent or tablet mode is when I am watching a video within Firefox.  I've searched Google but haven't found anything... I have the latest version of Flash (11.6.602.180) and the latest version of Transitions I've found on this horrible Lenovo site.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem, and have you found a fix?  Thanks in advance!

I, too am having this issue - however instead of crashing, my PC usually slows down.  For anyone at Lenovo that cares to actually test this issue - just open up any web browser and watch a YouTube  video.  Play the video in laptop mode.  Then when you're done, switch to tablet mode and play it again.  That same video will either become choppy or crash.  Likewise, when I try to use a program to play DRM videos (Vudu) or play flash-enabled games I have the same issue.  I have tried to look at task manager and do a comparison of programs running before and after transition to tablet mode, and all I can see is a .1% spike in memory usage by Lenovo Transition.
I think this is a more recent problem as I don't remember this being an issue from the start, but I can't identify how recent.  I used to play a game called SoulCraft from the Windows 8 store back in January.  This game is most easily played in tablet mode, and it played perfectly.  It quickly got old and I stopped playing after about a week.  I came back to it about 4 weeks ago but it was choppy in tablet mode.  When in laptop mode it plays fine.  So I reckon that this issue came with a software update that occurred sometime between late Jan and early Apr.  That's just my speculation, though.  I have also installed/uninstalled programs which may be messing with the transition software.

  • Adobe Flash crashes, continually causes Firefox 13.0.1 to crash

Firefox continually crashes (approx. 6-8 times a day or more) due to Adobe Flash player crashing.
I'm running Firefox 13.0.1 and Adobe Flash 11.3.300.262
I noticed that since the second-to-last update of Flash Firefox has been crashing a lot. Before that Firefox crashed 'only' once a day or so.
Over the past few months I've read just about every thread related to Flash & Firefox and I'm not about to spend hours troubleshooting stuff, trying to disable hardware acceleration, etc, etc. I've done that before when the Flash-crash issue started a couple of months ago. (Also, Firefox is sometimes sending you automated crash reports, so you should have that data.) I would expect Firefox to simply "work" reasonably well, and as of the past couple of months or so, it hasn't.
W.T.F, Mozilla? I've used your browsers (Netscape) since the early 90s and have been quite happy - until recently, that is. As of now I'm having to go back to using Internet Explorer.
I sincerely hope Mozilla can finally resolve this issue as I still believe Firefox could be a great browser if it didn't "fight" with Flash all the time.

whatev, For issues using full-screen mode, turn off hardware acceleration in your [http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/help01.html Flash Player display settings]:
#Right-click on any Flash video or animation (or on the Flash logo on [http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues this Adobe help page]).
#Click "Settings" and uncheck “Enable hardware acceleration" in the Display tab.
This isn't the best workaround since the setting may not hold, for example, if you clear all cookies in Firefox or with an extension such as BetterPrivacy. Updating your display driver would be the best solution,

  • Flash crashes every time in Firefox 27.0.1 on Windows 8.1

Flash crashes every time it tries to load in Firefox. I've tried safe mode with extensions disabled, and it still crashes. I tried disabling protected mode, upgrading to the latest version of Flash, and downgrading to 11.7. I also have updated my video drivers to the latest versions. None of those things helped. Flash works fine in Chrome, though.
Has anyone else had this problem, and have any idea how to fix it?

Flash Player™ works in Chrome® because Chrome® has a proprietary plug-in which Google® modifies and embeds in the browser.
If you've "been through the works" with troubleshooting Flash Player™, try resetting Firefox® (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems). You'll be surprised what that'll fix.
You should alwasys use the latest Flash Player™ and I'd recommend reinstalling it using the FULL installer: Flash Player™ 12.0.0.70 Plug-in (All other browsers)... but use the Flash Player™ Uninstaller to remove the old one.
