Flash CS6 Mac Publishing issue

Hello
I am publish a Mac .app using Flash CS6 but I can not protect it with SoftwarePassport.
SoftwarePassport freezes during the protection process.
I already,  reset the preference and I had try to publish old and new files.
All with the same results.
Also i try to publish the files in Flash CS5
Any idea?

  • Correct Flash CS6 iOS publish settings for iPhone?

    My programmer and I are trying to publish an iOS app for iPhone from Flash cs6 and are being rejected because "Your app did not run at iPhone resolution and/or 2x iPhone 3GS resolution when reviewed on iPad. The contents of your app are not displayed within the confines of the screen."
    In Flash CS6 iOS publish settings there is an option to export for iPad Only, iPhone Only, and for iPad and iPhone. iTunes Connect is sending us a screenshot that shows what we see when we publish a development IPA file using the iPad and iPhone setting. But the IPA file we submitted to them was published using the iPhone Only settings which when viewed on the iPad2 shows up inside the little iPhone 1X frame and can be expanded to 2X as well. I believe this is what they are saying is not happening when they do the same.
    Has anyone else who uses Flash had this issue? If so what stage size and what publish settings should be used when trying to create an iPhone only app?

    iPhone only app should be published with stage size:
    640x960 for portrait view
    960x640 for landscape view
    ... if the app are going to be fullscreen.

  • Toolkit for Create CJ on Adobe Flash CS6 - Exporter.jsfl issue

    I am using toolkit for Create CJ on Adobe Flash CS6
    The animation need to be supported on HTML 5 devices. When I am publishing the below message appear on the Output window and cannot create the file:
    The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
    At line 264 of file "Exporter.jsfl":
    out of memory
    There are not images, only text and graphics mainly drew on Flash and just a few imported from Illustrator, and I used classic Tween and a few masks. No idea what is “Exporter.jsfl” file stand for.
    Is there anyone can help me with this issue?

    I follow your instructions and found the file, but what are you suggesting to do with the file, delete it? And then rename the file to Toolkit_for_createJS.zxp and loaded it again on adobe extension manager?

  • Flash CS6 fatal exception issue

  • Flash CS6(Mac)でステージに画像などを直接ドロップできない

    MacBook Pro(Mountain Lion)
    で、表題のとおりFinder等からステージにドロップでアイテムを追加できません。
    ライブラリにはドロップすることができます。
    Lion環境でも試してみましたがダメでした。
    Windows版のCS6/CS5.5では可能で、
    MacでもCS5.5ではできた記憶があるのですが
    CS6で出来なくなってしまったのでしょうか?
    もし可能にする方法等ありましたら教えて頂けると幸いです。

    周囲に確認した所、Mac版のFlash CS6でも機能自体はあるとのことで、環境依存のようです。
    そこで環境設定を削除してFlashを再インストールした後、
    画像をドロップしようとすると「読み込みの準備中」のダイアログが一瞬だけは出ますが、
    結局ドロップは不可能という状態になりました。
    読み込みを阻害している何かがあるようですが、さすがに見当がつきません。
    引き続き情報を待ちつつ、本国のbug Report送信や
    Globalのフォーラムでの質問をしてみたいと思います。

  • Adobe Flash CS6 movie test issue.

    I've been having trouble in Flash CS6 using AS2. I have created a character with an idle animation and a walking animation. If I try to test either of them (Ctrl-Enter) it just shows the first frame. It was working when i had only one set of animations, but after adding a second it seems to have stopped working. The main reason I find this odd is because I have not added any code into the actions yet, so the reason can't be faulty code.

    by default, only your main timeline plays. 
    only animation/text/graphics that's attached to the main timeline will display.  only code that's attachded to the main timeline will execute (unless you use class files).
    HOWEVER, anything (like animation/text/code) that's in a movieclip, as long as that movieclip is attached to the main timeline, will also be displayed and execute.
    so keystroke code could be attached to the main timeline.  it could also be in a movieclip and that movieclip is attached to the main timeline.
    note:  just because nesting code in timelines will work does not make it a good idea.  in fact, it's a bad idea.  the only code should be on nested timelines is stop(),play() and gotoAndStop() and gotoAndPlay()
    p.s.  nesting animations is a central part of animation with flash.

  • Flash CS6 Note Publishing Properly

    Hello All, I am on CS6 Flash and I've come across an issue. I have a multi-layered document that has images that fade from one to the other. It's a simple set up, and the only actionscript being used is to link these images in external URLs. I have successfully created this file in the past, and I am now adding an image to it. My problem is, every time I go to publish the file, the SWF and HTML files do not load all of my images. The first image (the new one) loads as intended, and then fades to image #2 as intended, but then it stops, and doesn't continue the pattern for the remaining images.
    Thoughts? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
    I've checked the publishing settings and everything seems to be in order.

    Thank you Ned. I'm afraid this is far above my head, I'm only a beginner. The only ActionScript (3.0) I have used at all is linking to URLs (4 of them), nothing else is used. The trace function seems to be for more complicated projects, no?

  • Illustrator CS6 mac performance issues

    Hi there,
    Ever since I've been using Illustrator CS6 on my Macbook Pro Retina, I have noticed the simple, but anoying performance issues.
    The scrolling is so laggy, it gets irritating to move arround the project.
    Is there any problem with the software? Compatibility issue perhaps? or am I doing something wrong?

  • Premiere Pro CS6 Mac Playback Issues

    I've searched for similar issues, and while I found plenty of playback issues, I didn't see anything like what I'm experiencing.
    MacPro Quad-Core Xeon 2.26 x2 (8b cores)
    12 GB ram
    OS 10.6.8 (can't update this due to other infrastructure)
    Nvidia GeForce GT 120
    FAST Fiber attached SAN
    Local Raid0 media drive
    I know the GPU isn't compatible with the Mercury hardware acceleration.
    I've been a Premiere Pro user since version 2 and have kept current through the years.  I'm happily running CS5.5 on PC's in my home office.  I recently installed the trial version of CS6 on my Mac at work to evaluate for that environment, and I'm pulling my hair out trying to get over some basic issues.  I have no problems with Media Encoder or AE. 
    In Premiere using preview or program (timeline), playback stops after roughly a second...  though it varies by several frames each time.  I tested this with various video files, .wav files, stills (jpeg, psd), etc.  I even tested with black video and bars generated inside Premiere.  The problem persists with all of the above...  click play, and playback stops after about a second.  Scrubbing works great...  I've tried different playback resolutions.  I'm not using any 3rd party monitoring devices or I/O cards on this machine.
    I have FCP 7 installed on the same machine and have no trouble editing and playing 1080i video all day long.
    Any ideas?

    The above suggestion worked for me briefly, but the problem keeps re-occuring. 
    I too am using Snow Leopard 10.6.8, NVIDIA gfx card (8800) and an ATI Radeon 5500.
    Premiere played back fine in Lion and Mountain Lion, but I downgraded because I have old quicktime files and Final Cut 7 projects that i need to work with so Lion is not an option for me.
    Bizarre behavior if you ask me.
    Any help on this?

  • .Mac publishing issues...

    Okay, so I loved making my site with iWeb, and assumed publishing to my .Mac account would be just as easy, but unfortunately was not.
    Yes, I'm using the latest (1.1.1) version...
    Here's my error message:
    "Publish Error
    An error occured while publishing file "/Web/Sites/iWeb/kleen_kompanion/Blog"."
    And nothing else...no clue why it's erroring out.
    This is ridiculous...any ideas?
    I've already tried deleting my preferences file, reinstalling
    the latest update, an still no luck.

    Hmm. No, every other .Mac feature seems to be working properly and as expected - that's why this makes no sense to me.

    I think I'm going to try reinstalling iWeb and see if that makes any difference.
    I might reset all my sync data as well..not sure what else to try.
    One more thing, however, is that I believe iWeb is trying to publish to my iDisk in the wrong folder to begin with. The help files tell me that if you only have one site, it will publish to: http://web.mac.com/ppmdrumma.
    Well, even though it's not actually publishing, I still have the "visit" button,
    which takes me to: http://web.mac.com/ppmdrumma/iWeb/Site.
    Makes no sense to me...I don't have multiple sites!!!

  • Flash CS6 :: Cant access fonts installed on Mac

    Mac. 10.6.8
    Text Tool does NOT provide me all the Fonts(typefaces) installed on my mac. Particularly i would like to use certain Fonts, so any solution leading to just bringing individual fonts would be good enough for now.
    What i did so far:
    I use Font Book to manage my fonts, the font I have in mind is not damaged and there are no conflicts. they show up in all other Adobe software. I tried to clear my Font Cache and it didnt work (as suggested in few discussions).

  • Color Picker in Flash CS6 Changing My Picked Color

    Program: Flash CS6
    OS: Mountain Lion
    Hardware: Intel MacBook Pro 2012
    Steps to recreate issue:
    1. Paint a color on the stage (brown seems to have the most dramatic results)
    2. Use the color picker to sample the (brown) color from the stage
    3. Use the paint bucket to apply the selected color to the stage
    Result: the color painted from the sample color is not the color that has been originally sampled.
    If you then sample the new color you have just applied, it again changes the color. Repeating this process over and over again eventually turns the color into the brightest red on the color palette.
    Is anyone else have this issue or know how to correct it?
    UPDATED: Attached is a link to the video of the issue in progress. For whatever reason my cursor doesnt show up correctly in the video, but what I am doing is using the color picker to sample the color and then painting the sampled color. As you can see from the video, the color becomes more and more red until it maxs out, even though I am just sampling the same color over and over again. The color on the left is the control color (the one that I originally sample) and the color on the right illustrates the bug.

    I'm updating this thread mainly because it's the only thread I could find that describes my exact issue. I am having this problem. When I select a color using the color picker, it settles on a different, lighter color. THIS HAPPENS EVEN WHEN I ENTER THE HEX CODE VALUE. It's like Flash is auto-correcting a problem that doesn't exist. Help? This is becoming a serious problem for me!
    Also Flash CS6, Mac OS X (10.8.2). The monitor I'm using shouldn't be relevant; Flash is literally changing the hex code value after I type it in or select it.
    EDIT: Just did some research, found out that Flash isn't 10.8 compatible. When is that going to be fixed?

  • Flash CS6 publishing issue using accordion plug-in

    I apologize if I have limited info on this issue. i'm providing remote support and my user is only providing limited intel...
    I have a user running Flash CS6 and has designed a site using the accordion plug-in with XML. When she publishes it from her Mac (10.6.8) then views it the SWF doesn't play nicely. The buttons function for a short period then freeze. She had another user open and publish from a PC using CS5 it works fine. They've compared the code between the 2 and there are supposedly no differences. She has this problem when publishing from CS4 as well (again, on Mac, 10.6.8). To add to the confusion, I've been sent the URL to both her version published from the Mac, supposedly not working correctly, and the version published from the PC. I've tested them both in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on my Mac, and Chrome, Firefox, and IE on my PC and I'm not seeing any issues.
    Anyone have any ideas?

    Most accordion components I know need an additional xml file to fill them up with content.
    This must be loaded properly into the swf, to make it show sth.
    if you only have a swf file to test, its likely that the xml was left out.

  • Flash CS6 does not publish for iOS with ANE included

    Hi,
    I'm creating a game to run on iOS devices and one of the game requirement is for the device to vibrate on some action.
    I added the Vibration.ane file (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/native-extensions-for-air/extensions/vibration.html) into the library path in Flash CS6 and also added the extension ID to the XML file. However when I publish the Flash file to check on device, I only keep seeing the "Publishing" loader bar. I've even waited for over 15 mins for it to complete. I get no error, nor does the PC hang, but I can't seem to publish my .app file for device testing.
    Also I assume we can't test Vibration functionality with the Simulator that opens during desktop testing. I get the error "The content cannot be loaded because there was a problem loading an extension: Error: Requested extension com.adobe.Vibration is not supported for Windows-x86."
    Would appreciate help.

    IPA is ok at the CS6 flash' standard 3.2 export, just tried the new AIR 3.3 also - no problems. I just included the Gyro ANE file, not the SWC
    However, because the adl still does not want to preview this thing, development/testing the Gyro stuff is difficult...
    I discovered the accelerometer is something different however. Adobe's little remote control thingy on which you can simulate phone position and multitouch emulates the accelerometer, not the Gyro. The Gyro extension taps in to a piece of hardware which really displays the position of the device, not the movement it's been receiving.
    Maybe obvious but I thought I'd post this little find, after a day of testing and exporting, syncing, ... this was a tiresome experience...
    After all this I can advise to sync the .ipa's with xcode though, instead of iTunes. This works MUCH faster (if you're on mac). Just run xcode, pull up the 'organizer window', select your device and go to the subbranch ' applications'. There you can add the .ipa by clicking on the '+' button
