Flash CS6 will try to run in a native iOS Simulator

I CCT users.
Flash CS6(ver 12.0.2.529) will try to run in a native iOS Simulator
But it does not run.
I specify the path below, but this should not be running.
Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/App lications/IOS Simulator.app
The OSX version is 10.7.5.

Flash cs6 exe crash once run it on long time

I had an .exe file export from flash pro cs6, once i run it on lont time it will shut down it self.
For this exe file i using as3 for coding, is it there is enter frame keep checking my code so that exe file will close itself ?

Flash Movie will not display in Dreamweaver

A movie that I created with Flash CS6 will not play in a webpage that I created in Dreamweaver CS6. When I select "Live" in Dreamweaver, I get a prompt to download the Flash 11.7 player. I've downloaded this player several times, and the movie still does not play in DW. The movie displays when select play in Flash.
How can I get the movie to play in Dreamweaver?

More to the point: Does it play in any browser on your system? If not, you may have to fix that first. In nay case, ask your question in the DW forum and provide more details like soem system information to begin with...

Difficulty with Licensing Android apps developed with Flash CS6

Hi, I'm heading down many a blind alley with this one. I have developed an Android app using Flash CS6 and it is ready to be published on Google Play. However, as it is a paid app, it is strongly advised to license it to protect it.
There is a bit of documentation on how to do this with Flash Builder, but I need to be able to do it with Flash. The following link provides some info, though it is far too confusing for me to follow.

I've seen a few other threads on here touching on this subject, but I have not had any luck with them. There's lots of references to Air Native Extensions that handle licensing but I don't understand them.
I'm quite surprised that there is no support from Adobe on such a fundamental stage of the app production. Basically, anyone developing Android apps using the otherwise fantastic Flash CS6 will have trouble protecting their apps with licenses once published, meaning that anyone can just grab the .apk file and redistribute it anywhere.

Publishing air apps with native extension with Flash CS6 on Windows

Hi all,
is there any trick to publish air apps with Flash CS6 on Windows?
I tried all native extensions from devnet, but nothing work to me.
I read on Mac is possibility to specify the iOS SDK folder in publish
settings, but on Windows it´s missing.
Is there anybody who has some experiences with publishing apps
with native extensions for iOS and Android with windows Flash CS6?

I sympathize. I recently found a native alert for iOS and Android that's working with Flash CS6 on Windows with AIR 3.2.0.2070 but not AIR 3.2.0.2060. You can get the ANE here:

What to do if my pc is too slow for Flash CS6? may i try (and find) older version?

Hi all
I tried the trial version of flash CS6 but my computer is too slow (less than 2 GB of RAM available) and I 'm not able to use it. i need it to make animated cartoons and I do not need to code in order to do it .. What do you recommend me, please? If I use an older version (which one? flash 8? is there a trial version on the site? ) it can work out ? i mean can i consider it valid for my works or is it a point against me for the market?
i want to be sure before buying the product ...

First of all, check if your machine meets the system requirements for Flash CS6. If yo do, then i will recommend to cleanup your machine. Delete the temp files(Run->%temp%) and empty the Recycle bin.

Flash CS6 professional iOS Player Settings will not open.

Please Help.
I am unable to open the Player Settings pane for iOS.
I can get to the Player Settings for Android and everything else, but if I try to open player settings for iOS, at first nothing happens and then after a while Flash IDE crashes.
It was working at one point yesterday. I was resolving an issue I had related to provisioning profiles. And then all of a sudden I am unable to get to this panel.
I have run uninstall, and CC cleaner and removed all things Adobe from my machine and did a fresh reinstall of Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium.
I started a brand new project and still, no Player Settings pane for iOS.
Please Help!

Which operating system are you running? It might still be running in the background. You may want to check your Task Manager or Activity Monitor. Or better yet, if you feel uncomfortable with that, try logging out of your user account, then back in. That might kill any stray processes.

Adobe Flash Player will not run since installing Firefox 25.0 upgrade

Windows 7 Home Premium X64.
My question says it all. Within Firefox's own system it says the flash player is update and enabled. Any place I go today and want to play something the page posts "Get Adobe Flash Player". I upgraded to Firefox 25.0 just before I retired for the night. Today Flash Player will not work.
Within Tools>Options>Content the option to turn java off and on is no longer there. I believe you folks have CREATED A BIG BUG!!!!!

I didn't read anything anywhere, nor was I aware of the fact that Firefox may have changed "my" plugin settings, or broken them. How many users do you think there might be that have NoScript set this way for one or more sites.
I'm just saying it might have been nice to have been forewarned about this - obviously something that was KNOWN that the update was going to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

System Requirements Confuse Me. Will This Laptop Run Premeire CS6?

Hey, I know many people ask these questions but requirements/recomendations/technical specs have me second guessing myself. I know that no laptop is great for heavy video editing, but will this laptop run Premeire Pro CS6 for regular stuff?

5400rpm hard drive is below the 7200rpm specification... so editing would be VERY slow and subject to "jerky" editing playback
IF the laptop has a USB3 port (I don't see such mentioned) you could use a 7200rpm USB3 drive for your projects and video files

The same happens if I try to run CS5 instead. How do I resolve this?

I have uninstalled color effex pro 4, the plug in running when CS6 crashed. CS5 and CS6 now run OK. On re-installing color efex pro 4, they both crash again. If color efex pro 4 file had been corrupted, I would have thought that re-instalation would solve the problem. CS5 and CS6 are both fully up to date. I'm wondering if I should uninstal CS6 and re-instal it. I just don't want to loose a 'life' on CS6.
