Flash File placed in template not loading

I've created a simple flash banner to use on a website I'm
developing. This website is built off of a template, in which I
placed the flash file.
When I preview the template, it works wonderfully. Trouble
is, when I apply the template to all my pages, and then preview one
of those pages, the flash file is not loading.
Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Go to the web

Make the link to the SWF a root relative one in the Template
page.

Sample Templates Not Loading Correctly

In Dreamweaver CS3, my sample template pages are not loading
with the CSS or image links. If I go into the folder where the
samples are kept, it will load the CSS and images. But in
Dreamweaver, I seemed to have changed something that I can't figure
out what it was and how to fix it.
Is there a way to redirect your site images and CSS to a new
folder or do you have to do each one individually?

If you drag your files to new folders WITHIN DW;s file list,
you should get
a message asking if you want DW to update links. When you
click YES, DW will
correct all affected links for you.

Adobe flash player download page will not load up

firefox will not load up adobe flash player download page.
Will load the site, but not the download links.
This was a previous problem in firefox 4 so I had to fall back to 3.6,
that eventually got fixed so I came back to 4, updated with version 5.... and here it is again, same problem.
Any fixes or recommendations would be helpful.

It's not an "officially" supported browser for Flash Player.

OBIEE installation error: file EmctlCommon.pm.template not found

I'm installing OBIEE 11.1.1.6.0 on Linux Centos.
I have this error running the installer
"/app/MiddlewareOracle/middlewarehome/oracle_common/bin/EmctlCommon.pm.template not found"
/app/MiddlewareOracle/middlewarehome is my installation home directory.
I don't understand why installer did not copy/unzip this file in oracle_common.
I don't think it's a permission issue: there are other files in the directory.
Log simply report the error with no further information.
Some advice?

Probably the error was due to an error during the unzip of files downoladed from Oracle.

Flash file works sometimes, but not others

Here is the page with what I am trying to do. It is volunteer
work for a non-profit, and I am not an uber flash programmer, but I
have come this far, and would appreciate any helps diagnosing the
possible causes for this. Please view this link to see what I am

with a photo gallery.

On my computer, this works fine, both on the authoring end
and the server end. On some others, reportedly, they can view some
of the gallery slideshows, but not others. The reports have been
random, so there is no consistency with which shows work and which
do not.
The flash file is the same exact file for each of the
galleries. Each gallery has its own folder on the server. In this
folder, there is a flash file(same exact file in all galleries) an
XML file specific to that gallery, and an images folder. The XML
file gives the flash file the location and respective caption for
each image that is located in the images folder. With all the flash
files named exactly the same in each folder, with exactly the same
code, how does it not work on only some machines??
Any light, anything at this point would be extremely
helpful..

The people that report problems are only reporting them for
one, two, or sometimes just three out of the 9 galleries.
Therefore, since it is exactly the same flash file used in all 9,
why would some choose not to work. And even worse, why are the ones
that do not work varied across each person?

When deploying an ear file the status is not loaded

I have installed Oracle application server 10g on a Linux CentOS 4.6 server.
When I went to deploy an ear file, it was a success; however, the status in the application at OC4J:home indicates "Not Loaded" and auto start is true. I have searched every where and cannot find the cause of this problem.
The development server on a windows machines works fine when the same file is deplyoed.
Does anyone know what might be the cause. Is there something that I have to configure that I am not aware of?
Any help would be appreciated. Been working on this for two days.

Hi, thanks for the response. I have over 20 EJBs in my ear file. I tried to use the verifier and here is the message that I am getting once I tried to deploy my ear file.
Error
Deployment Error -- Error while running ejbc -- Fatal Error from EJB Compiler -- -- Failed to load deployment descriptor for: account cause: Error parsing J2EE-specific application deployment descriptor: Element type "application" is not declared.
I checked my application.xml and it looks fine to me. please help.

Mainstage Starter Templates Not Loading

After updating to 2.1, I noticed the "Starter Templates" are not loading. I have reinstalled all Mainstage content but still not functioning. Any ideas?

Yes, all other templates work except the Starter Rig templates. When I click in Guitar Starter rig, only one rig loads rather than the dozen or so that used to load.

Flash and Java constantly do not load/work in Firefox, despite having the updated versions of all three programs. Why?

Java and Flash on web pages do not work, and I have to switch browsers in order to use certain pages. I would rather not do that if Firefox could handle Java and Flash applications. Sometimes, my browser just crashes altogether when trying to use a Java or Flash application.

This is not a problem specific to Lion, but most recent OS X versions. Regularly I receive email formatted as HTML, which includes JPEG images embedded within them. These images are technically attachments, and as such, Mail.app displays them as a placeholder. Other mail apps will display these images inline, regardless of them being an attachment, remote image or otherwise.
How can I make these images load automatically?

No-one replied, but I found a solution on another board. Run Terminal (do a Spotlight search if you don't know where to find this), and type:
defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -bool false
This will force Mail not to disable inline attachment viewing. Obviously, to reverse this, simple replace 'false' at the end with 'true'.

How do I find the bookmarks file when I can not load the application? I.e., I can not get to the library.

My laptop died. The hard drive is in a case and accessible. It is connected to a 10 year old Pentium. How can I retrieve the bookmarks file from the Laptops drive when I can not load Firefox from that drive? I.e., I can not get to the library on the Laptop drive. I do have full access to it.

You can locate main bookmarks file, '''places.sqlite''', for restoration in another Firefox install, in your profile directory.
Since you profile is on another hard drive, the normal shortcuts to find it won't work.
On Windows XP, you can find the profile here:

Where:
* C:\ is replaced by the drive letter you mounted the laptop drive on.
* Windows login/username is replaced with your windows user name you used on that hard drive.
* xxxxxxxx.default is replaced with 8 random characters followed by .default, and should be the only folder in Profiles.
Once you've found the old profile, you can copy files over to a new profile. See https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile and [[Recovering important data from an old profile]] for other files you may want to restore.

Query Template Not Loading

Hi,
We are using XMII 12.0 and NW 7.1,
We have deployed Query templates in web pages and while loading , applets are not loading...
in NWA we saw the following error
Unable to load template PATH [pathId=<id no>,<Query Template Path>]..
Category: /Applications/XMII
Location: com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.templates.TemplateManager
Application: sap.com/xappsxmiiear
but the template mentioned in the error is in the same path and working fine if we open from work bench.
and also we are seeing the following error.
Exception of type com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException caught: Synchronisation reader could not access data source java:comp/env/jdbc/XMIIDataSource..
Pages are not working...
What is the problem? How to solve it?

I think that you have the wrong version of NW for the installation of MII 12.0. It is not NW 7.1 (NWCE), but rather 2004s (7.0?).
Check the installation guide. There may be some other downloads required before loading NW.

What would cause an OAM file placed in InDesign not to show up in Adobe Viewer?

I have created an OAM file using edge animate. The file works perfectly when I preview it in the browser through edge. I placed it in indesign and added the timing to start automatically on page load.
I have many other OAM files on other pages that I have done exactly the same way and they all work perfectly. BUT this time it just won't play and when you open the page in the viewer. In fact, it is not there at all. It's just blank.
Does anyone know what can cause this?
PLEASE HELP I have tried every thing.

Hey Angel,
Are you using the desktop or the iPad viewer? The desktop one can be a bit wonky sometimes, try it out on the device first and see if you're still seeing the problem.

Templates not loading...

Hi,
I've just upgraded to the latest Final Cut Studio (from FCS1). All is good and rosy, but if I try to open a template in Motion 4 (or FCP7), nothing happens.
This is on my Mac Pro, which previously had FCS1 installed. I put a clean install on my Macbook, and it works without a hitch.
I've not changed anything in Motion; in FCP I've only changed the scratch disk...it all worked fine prior to upgrading.
Lost file links maybe? Any ideas?

Page template not loading into BC

HI there
I have created a new template by creating a page (not from masters) and have added {tag_pagecontent} by adding HTML, and uploaded it to BC. The template is not ppearing in templates.
Can anyone please help me? Has something changed with last update?

ok so I have create a page in my muse file and called it template_recipes
Last time i did this I was told not to use a master page. So i created this page from scratch using no master, and embedded the html code tag {tag_pagecontent]
Published it to BC and no template was found in "Page Templates" in BC
So then i did the same steps but created the page with a Master and published it to BC.... Still no template in "page templates"
Nothing is working and I am tearing my hair out... can anyone lhelp me please????

Why do PDF files on a URL not load in Firefox (and are black in Safari)

I have had this problem in Firefox version 3. I updated to Firefox 4 and again I received a message that Adobe Acrobat could not be opened witthis browser.
Howver, I went to "Opening PDF files in Firefox" in Firefox support.
I followed the instructions under "Check Firefox settings". Iset the Action for Adobe
Acrobat Document to "Use Adobe Reader 9.4 (default)" and IT WORKED.

Flash 10.1.82.76 not loading in firefox 3.6.8

i'm on a mac os 10.6.4 and recently installed flash 10.1.82.76.
it's loading content fine in safari and chrome. in FF 3.6.8 it doesn't load flash content. i can read that i have the right version, but loading any flash i get a blank div. no "no flash" message either.
i uninstalled and reinstalled flash but the same problem occurs.
any ideas?

I just looked at the online version, works fine in firefox, too.
Probably there is a problem when testing offline.
