Flash in Dreamweaver not working

Question

I recently upgraded from Dreamweaver CS3 to Dreamweaver CS4,
and im having an issue using .SWF files on my site. The code is
very different between the 2 when choosing "Media:SWF" from the
"Common" section of the "Insert" menu.
When i preview the site in IE7, it works just fine, but when
i copy the site to a temp web server, you can see the the SWF file
start playing maybe the first 5 frames or so then it dissapears,
but i have several different SWF files all over the site, and they
all go away. If i use the old code that is inserted when using CS3,
it works fine, but not the code i get with CS4, does anybody know
the problem?
When previewing the site in Google Chrome, it works, IE7 it
doesnt work. I'll post some code if its necessary

ok so the first block of code is the code ive been using that
CS4 inserts that for some reason causes my flash animations to
disappear the second they start playing. (EButton.swf is an flash
actionscript file with a button on it users can push that will
scroll over to a form they can fill out.)
The second block of code is what ive switched my code too,
its what CS3 inserts to do the same thing. The strange thing is,
after i changed out the code for the menu file with the CS3 code,
the page loads it works but nothing else does, if I click the home
button, then everything suddenly works. That home button loads the
exact page that just didnt work in the first place.
So with CS4 code, all my flash dissapears just as it starts
to show when a page is loaded
Having the menu inserted using CS3 and everything else using
CS4 will cause the menu to work, yet nothing else does. But if i
click Home on the menu, everythign else suddenly works..
Anybody know whats wrong or what i gotta do to stop this?
