Flash is showing all animations on screen load? How to stop this?!

I'm creating a Flash presentation and when I export it to SWF from InDesign it's not behaving like it does inside INDD (SWF Preview). When I arrow left/right to the new page it's quickly flashing ALL the animation elements on screen and disappearing ...only then allowing the animations to load in correctly as set up in the file.
What's going on? How can I make this "quick reveal" of the slides stop so that the animations load correctly?

Honestly, I've tried every conceivable combination of settings on the export to no avail. Any further suggestions?

Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

I can hear a childrens show playing whenever I go online, how to stop this please.

My grandchildren go to pbs.org and and play games and watch videos on my computer. Now one of the shows keeps playing in the background whenever I go online. I have no idea how to delete it from the system. FIrefox is the only browser I have this issue with.

In your "More system details" you didn't list your extensions (to upload those automatically, you would have been prompted to install a Troubleshooting extension during the posting process).
For your security and possibly your sanity, you should review those and disabling everything that is not essential. You can do that here:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category
You also might want to consider creating separate profiles for your grandchildren, i.e., creating a different desktop shortcut for each profile. This way, your own settings are less likely to be disturbed. (Article on profiles: [[Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data]].) If you're interested in that, a volunteer should be able to point you to some resources for how to set it up.

I have the same blueparrott headset headset with the directions. Actually reading them just fixed my iphone pairing issue.
Here they are in case u still need them along with what I needed to do to get mine to work with iphone 4
Pair Headset with Phone
Turn off headset off
Hold down headset's MFB (large top button) until red & blue lights flash and you hear 2 rising tones, followed by 4 more tones. Must wait for all before you release the MFB button!! (I had my hubby hold the MFB while I waited for the tones since both come from the headset
Release the MFB and follow your phone's instructions to place it in 'bluetooth' discoverable mode. With the iphone4, go to "General" and then "Bluetooth" and turn indicator to "ON".
This is where my issue occurred as the phone could not find the bluetooth, although it worked with my LG phone. So after trying it several times thinking I was nuts and that the issue was with the iphone, I looked further in the blueparrot's directions and found this step that fixed the issue.
Reset Paired Devices List
On the bluetooth, press and hold down both the volume up & volume down buttons for 5-6 seconds. A double beep will be heard and the list will be reset. Pairing info for devices previously paired will be lost.
The bluetooth directions provide this as step 4 but that did not work for my phone (see below)
4. Once the phone discovers the headset, select "pair" and enter "0000" code and that when pairing is complete the blue light on the headset will stop flashing and phone will prompt you to 'connect'.
This is what I had to do after resetting the device list on my bluetooth
4. My iphone instanting discovered the headset and displayed it under 'Devices" but showed a message that it was 'not connected'. Once I selected the device on the iphone by pressing on it then it changed to "connected".
Even when I turn the bluetooth on and off the device remains on the list and alll I do is select it to connect and disconnect after I turn on my blueparrott bluetooth

With regard to what? I assume that since the link connected to your question was from the "How to update your iDevice" kb article, you are talking about seeing this behavior after you updated the iPad.
So, if that's the case, it really shouldn't take but a minute or so, if it even takes that long. If this has been going on for minutes and minutes, the update process is stuck now. You can try restarting the iPad and see if the iPad behaves normally. That might be all that you need to do to set things right again. If restarting just takes you back to this page loading again, you can try rebooting the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I'm having the same problem. I have my main Library on a WXP machine and a new W7 laptop. My iphone 4 sees the library from the W7 machine, but neither the laptop nor the iphone see the big library on the WXP machine. I have configured firewall settings, tried the network wired and wireless, using same apple id on all devices, restarted itunes on all computers, turned sharing off and on on all computers. Nothing works.

My iPhone 3GS (iOS5) shows default email as AOL (and sends as AOL) but recipient gets it as my live.co.uk account. Any ideas how to stop this??

I'm having a recurring issue on my iPhone 3GS. Latest iOS is loaded (last night) but for several months now I've noticed that email sent to me on my aol account and read on my iPhone, if i respond it is received from my live.co.uk account. The email reply clearly shows aol as the sending account and under settings AOL is shown as the default. I have even tried deleting my live.co.uk account from the iPhone, but the problem still happens.
It's annoying as further replies then go to my live account and it is just getting messy.
Any ideas on how to stop this from occurring?

The default email account selection has nothing to do with the email account used when reply to and forwarding a message received by an account.
Have you tried deleting and recreating the AOL account?

I can't answer your Thunderbird "configuration" questions, because I'm in the living room, using the crap Vista laptop, on which I plan to install Thunderbird, and then take Windoze Mail out in the street and drive over it a few times.. I'll get back to you one way or the other, and let you know if your instructions solved the problem, or not..
I don't understand why Thunderbird "out of the box", so to speak, simply doesn't forward HTML emails with embedded graphics, (like Outlook Excess, and Winblows Mail do).. without having to go through those steps. I personally HATE HTML email, but over the years, it's become more and more prevelant.. so it's a problem I must fix..

If you have enough room on the boot drive, head to System Preferences > Accounts and create another Admin Account, log out and into it and try your Software Update again.
If this doesn't work, connect a Ethernet cable to the router or modem (power off/on) and try again.
If this doesn't work then run through this list of fixes.
