Flash Loads but "submit" or "continue" functions don't work.
FP 10.1.82.76 installed ok. IE8 XP SP3. Checked IE security settings are set correctly to "medium" and "scripting" allowed. Checked AddOn settings also.
When I go to websites such as http://files.hyfn.s3.amazonaws.com/skyy/go_natural.html I am allowed to fill in the form, but the submit button is dead.
A similiar issue occurs at http://disney.go.com/partners/rockyourlunch/ (daughter is a JB fan, wants to enter contest!!!!!). Site loads just fine and I am allowed to enter upc 7294570544 and then "click to enter". The next screen that loads should be an account login, but the box just sits empty.
I have also reset IE8 defaults and uninstalled/reinstalled FP. Issue persists. I also have FF and above pages are experiencing same problems.
The account that I surf web from is a non-admin account for security purposes. Have set to admin priv - still same issues.
I do have a primary admin account - these pages work correctly for that user, but for the life of me I cannot pinpoint why FP won't work for this user. Possible registry settings??

Im having this same problem an my phone is about 3 weeks old. I am not sure about the voice over part though...I have not yet figured out how to work the voice recognition part of the phone...I am such a newbie with this phone. I did the power off/on suggestion, several times. I tried leaving it off for 10 minutes. Tried to reset with the power on/off and home button pressed at the same time. Charged battery. Still makes no difference. You cannot scroll any direction. Have to double click to open apps. Have to double click letters when texting or emailing in order to get the letter in the text box. Can scroll through app choices, have to click on the line with the dots in it and move from page to page. Can't access the settings - > general - > accessibility - because it won't allow me to scroll down to "general".
Anyone help you with your fix yet? -
Mobile wifi mouse back and forward functions don't work
I just bought the hp wifi mobile mouse model MOWFFKUL and back and forward functions don't work and it's driving me crazy. I bought it for these specific functions. At first I thought that it was a broken mouse. So I went and returned it, got back home, and the same thing. I set the side buttons to other functrion options and they work. What the hell??? just the back and forward buttons don't. I'm losing my mind big time because I REALLY NEED those buttons/functions to work!! All the regular top buttons functrion fine, it's only the back forward setting that DOESN't WORK.
I restarted my laptop, and the buttons worked! For only 2 minutes. Then nada ever again. What a POS. Come on HP, give a solution. I bought and returned it twice, which makes this my third wifi mouse. What a waste of my time. I think I'm just gonna return this mouse and forget the wifi mouse. Functionality is more important than a freed up USB port. I bought it for the forward/backward buttons specifically. HP used to make wonderful products, but this experience bring that into question now.

Asynchronuous functions don't work in a C# dll used by a CVI application
Hello,
I have an existing application written with CVI 9.0.1, which have to interact with a C# 2010 dll (which doesn't have any window) via a CVI<->.net wrapper (created using the usefull .net controller of CVI).
This C# dll uses asynchronuous functions, like NetworkStream.BeginRead() and EndRead() functions of a System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient object for example.
These asynchronuous functions work fine when the C# dll is used by a C# application (having a main window) or when the C# dll is converted in a standalone C# program (having a main window with buttons, to call its methods, just to try), but asynchronuous functions don't work when my C# dll is called by my CVI application (which is my goal): execution stays inside NetworkStream.BeginRead() for example (for the concerned thread).
NetworkStream.BeginRead() can be successfully bypassed by using the synchronuous function NetworkStream.Read() instead, but the C# dll uses others asynchronuous functions wich have no associated synchronuous functions.
Here is a portion of C# code (I don't have the source code for the Snmp object ; got_trap() method is never called when asynchonuous calls don't work):

InDesign copy, cut or move box functions don't work
I am having trouble with the copy, cut and move box commands. When a text or shape box is active, I cannot move it with the cursor. It will move if I use the arrow keys, but the box behaves like it were "locked." I deleted my preferences, but that makes no difference. This problem persists whether I am in an existing ID document, or if I start a new one.
The copy and cut functions don't work either.Of course replacing your prefs is a possibility, and has nothing to do with the need to force quit (but will probably cure it). Replacing prefs is done with the application closed, either using the keyboard combination as you relaunch, or by deleting or renaming the specified files, both ow hich are desribed inthe link in the previous post.
You posted that you had already deleted the prefs, I believe, but many users are not aware they can use the keyboard or that there are two files involved for ID and are not successful, and thus think repacing the the prefs is not going to solve the problem. Hence my previous question. Did you use one of the methods in the link? -

After updating OS X 10.8.5, bluetooth is not available in the menu bar.
The Magic Mouse is recognized and working but the bluetooth mouse functions do not work.
I have downloaded and installed 10.8.5 combo but it does not help.
Menu bar - System Preferences/ there is no bluetooth item
I restarted with cmd + alt + P + R it doesn't help.Did you try the suggestions from your other post on this?

"Skip to the next chapter" & "Return to the previous chapter" functions don't work in the iOS 6 Music App when listening to Podcasts and Audiobooks through Headsets (Apple & 3rd party), Speaker Docks, and in my autos handsfree bluetooth system (Ford Sync).
Listening with the Podcasts App allows "Skip" and "Return" to work. So, this is either a bug or Apple is forcing the use of the Podcast App to get the "Skip" & "Return" controls. All the other headset functions work as designed.
I listen to news Podcasts in chronological order. In iTunes I set up smart playlists sorted by release date for the podcasts. The Podcast App doesn't support playlists therefore I need to use the Music App.
Is anyone able to get "Skip" and "Return" to work in the Music app?

I have acrobat pro on my lap top and recently installed acrobat pro on my Mac Mini, but the text recognition function is not working, does anyone have any advice on how to remedy this problem?
On my laptop when I open up a pdf file and do a search for a particular
text phrase it prompts me to run a character analysis. Whereas on my mac
mini, when I try to engage the same process it just says it couldn't find
the phrase and doesn't even try and run a character analysis. I tried
clicking on the tool bar and the recognize text tab but nothing there seems
to do anything.
In trying to figure out the issue on my own I noticed one thing. I run a
small law firm in St. Louis and I scan in all my files to which are
subsequently emailed to my outlook account where I will save them as pdf's
to their respective folders. On my laptop when I open up an email from my
scanner I see the image of a acrobat document next to the attachment
paperclip symbol. However, when I open up the same email on my mac mini I
notice instead of an acrobat file image it shows a Preview file image (the
program used to open up pdf's before I installed acrobat).

I have loaded Flash 7, or whatever the latest is for Linux.
When I go to sites like youtube.com or anything like that that uses
flash. The video loads, but I cannot play anything. Anyone have any
idea why this isn't working? I have tried to reinstall the plugin

Button functions don't work AFTER loaded onto website.
Created a document in Indesign 5.0. Created buttons to click to "next page" and "previous page." Exported to interactive PDF, launch the pdf (full screen) and the buttons advance to the next page when clicked. Problem arises when document is loaded on website. Button functionality disappears. So when a pdf is launched within a website--it is forced to open in a preview mode...even though I have Acrobat on computers tested with it?
The other interactive functions (like the hyperlinks) are working fine.
When the document from the website is saved to the desktop, it opens in Acrobat and all interactive functions are still there. -
SWF loaded into MainNav SWF - Rollovers & Links Don't Work

This is probably a very basic question!
I have a Fla file with Text and Movie clips in it. The Text
is animated when rollover occurs and thumbnail images click and
link to the full size versions.
It works when published (Say "LatestText.SWF").
But when I call it from my Main Nave FLA/SWF, upon loading
the Text.SWF, the rollover anim doesn't happen and the picture
links don't work when clicked.
I have the latest flash player installed and the actual
weblink cursor appears as if the SWF acknowledges everything is
working, but nothing dynamic actually works.

is loaded into the main.SWF.
So i'll try my best to flesh this out:-
I have a Navigation FLA which publishes to SWF (at the moment
Allow access to Local Files - tried network).
This Nav.FLA is the main bulk of the website, it has all the
links and window panes.
I have a downloaded window pane style component which is an
autoscroller (in case this could be the problem).
I can load my info.SWF's straight into the container, by way
of an Actionscript Anim Frame (1) and when the Nav.SWF is tested or
published, it indeed loads in the smaller info.SWF no problems and
scrolls around beautifully,
The Info.SWF's I'm creating is just basically embedded
dynamic text, with a few movie clips that have Behaviours when
clicked or rolled-over.
These Behaviours do not seem to work when the Nav.SWF's
window pane loads in the Info.SWF - they APPEAR clickable (mouse
pointer changes to hand) but nothing clicks and THEN works. The
rollover animations (actioned via behaviours from LABELS - not
frame numbers) also do not work?
Any ideas from those that know to those that struggle would
be greatly appreciated! It's the first time I've encountered a
problem with my Flash website that I can't seem to find an answer
to in all my tutorials and books!

When browsing a Form PDF on my MAC is working but on my site it don't work
Could you help me. It's so strange. I work in acrobat Pro and run the preview in acrobat and everything is ok. But when upload it to my site it don't work. The submit don't work and the required file does not scan.
Well, I'm in UK and I picked NY as the closest offered city. The test reported 9.61Mbs download, and the upload test hung. I tried again with a broadly similar result - the upload hung again. Indeed everytime I have run the OOKLA provided tests the upload has hung. My ISP uses the OOKLA test as well.

5800 expressmusic functions don't work after updat...
Hi!
I bought my 5800 expressmusic, and was glad for it, until i updated it first time. After the first update all the shortcuts and functoins on the background didn't work. I could live with that, so I waited for the next update.
Now i've updated it again, now the functions didn't work before, they work now, but now the musicplayer don't work probably. I can go into the musicplayer, but when i try to update the library and get the music from my SD card into the player like I used to do.. It only finds about 20 songs of 180 songs..
Anybody now how I can solve this problem?

Soft reset (reformat). Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Soft reset wipes the C drive.

I am a new Ipad2 user and have a problem that I'm not sure what to do. When I try to open my homepage I created or the Safari icon, it opens fine, but they don't work. The page is shaded, does not scroll and is locked up. I can tap google and a keyboard come up and I can search but the results are shaded and are frozen(does not scroll). Does anybody know whats going on? I appreciate your help.
ThanksTry clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
