Flash media encoder is not responding

Question

I stream video games and i occasionaly get this message which goes away afte few seconds. Please help. Windows 7 x64
FME version 2.5 withvhscrcap

same problem with fmle 3.2 :S
It actually accurs more often with 3.2 then 2.5. I get that windows 7 msg that says program is not responding, however stream is running fine.
