Flash Player 10.1 beta 2, MAC and camera access

Anyone else having this issue? If you go to a site that has a swf, which wants to access your camera it gives you the popup but you can't click the popup? That would help them. The forum here wouldn't help with that since Adobe already
has a site set up for feedback on the beta. Just thot I would mention that, but you'll see that in that pdf article.
The more feedback of issues from end users the better. Makes for a smooth final release, so thanks for helping. A lot
easier to get all of the "bugs" out now than have to deal with them after the f.r.

Flash Player 10.1 Beta cause Mac screen to flicker

I installed Flash Player 10.1 Beta and started noticing my screen to flicker ( fade to blue desktop color like the monitor was being unplugged and plugged back in ).
I uninstalled 10.1 and went back to 10.0.32 and now everything is working fine.
I figured it was screwing with the video card (details below) trying to offload processing. Not sure what type of flash use was causing the problem.
Here is my configuration for Flash dev team.
Mac Pro 2 x 2.66 Dual Core Intel Xeon
9 GB 667MHz DDR2
Mac OS X 10.6.2
nVidia GeForce 7300 GT (Stock and single monitor is plugged into this card)
nVidia GeForce GTX 260

I tried to install a new flash player version "setup.exe" but it said the file cannot be opened because the application is not supported on MAC OS X, does anyone have same problem? please help.

Problems since the Update on Flash Player 11.0.1.152 (Mac)

Hello.
I have some Problems since I updated my Flash Player.
I have a MacBook Pro (Mid 2010 13" 2.66GHz). I played a Flash-Game named Zombie Lane on Google+. Since the Update it judder. A friend of mine has the same Macbook Pro, but a Mid 2011 model. As you maybe know, this model is not mentionable better.
But he does not have the same trouble as me.
If i look at the activitiy-display of the Mac, I can see that the Flash Player uses 80-100% of my CPU with an overall User-Usage of 40-50%. Isn't that a little bit to much?
I also delete the Flash Cache and uninstall Flash to install it again. But that was not a solution.
I hope you can help me...

I have spent countless hours trying to get my flash player working and have tried EVERY kind of possible answer through many forums and websites to solve this. Does adobe have anything currently that will solve this flash player problem?? I have the lastest version of Safari 5.1.1. and I have the lastest version of adobe flash player 11.0.1.152, I have even tried the debugging installs adobe put out for flash player. I have tried the "working around lion flash player video thing" where you try private browsing. I have tried going into system preferences and entering into the flash player settings in the storage tab the allow this sites, etc. NOTHING HAS WORKED!! I still get my local storage pop up message whenever I try and watch a you tube or any site that has flash video on it, that flash player settings box still pops up and is stuck on my screen and I cant click allow or deny or get it off. So many people I have read have the same problem and I only the same answers pop up that I have tried again and again, does anyone have a real resolve to this yet??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Why will adobe flash player not work on my mac?

Hi, I just got my mac back from the apple store and sadly I lost all my data so its a 'new mac' and i had to set it up from scratch etc.
I am unable to watch videos on youtube and other sites that need Java or Adobe flash player EVEN THOUGH I have downloaded and uninstalled several times and each time it doesnt work. Ive checked in safari prefferences that 'enable java-script' and 'enable plug-ins' is on but it still will not work!
Ive been on system prefferences and checked the java and adobe application prefferences to see if i can add the websites oor something but it will not work.
my mac is deffinetly up to date to the latest version, i have checked several times and i have made sure that it is the correct adobe flash player most recently updated etc, but it will still not work! ive been researching for a couple of days now and cant find anything that works.
Someone Please Help!!!!!

When I downloaded video from my phone, I couldn't hear the sound because Quicktime player 10 automatically opened the file and there was no sound, When I opened the file in quicktime 7 Pro, the audio was fine. I would prefer to have all movie files open automatically using my Pro version. Any suggestions? When I trashed the QT player 10 and clicked on the .3g2 movie file, it didn't automatically open with QT 7 Pro. Instead a window opened wanting to convert the file to Flash. I don't want that to happen.

In the Get Info window, scroll down to "Open with:"

For the past week, I am unable to view videos. The page comes up with this comment: "Blocked plug-in" and it suggests that I download the latest version of Flash player. I have downloaded that and still get the same comment. Please help.

I've been trying to install Adobe Flash Player 11.7. on my Mac for months. Finally, today I decided to "take the bull by the horns" and have spent several hours trying to get to the bottom of the problem -- to no avail. I've followed every support directive on Google, on Mac Support, and on Adobe Support and Forums (so difficult to use, by the way). I can't download Adobe Flash Player? It gets to 50% and fails, saying I must close 'Safari'. Safari is no open, yet it gets stuck repeatedly on this?

Is this a problem with the DOWNLOAD or with the INSTALLATION? You should be able to download with Safari open but you do have to quit Safari in able to install. Try downloading the dmg file, restart with no apps open and then trying to install Flash Player.

Starting this past weekend, users that have Flash Player 11.4 beta 1 installed are now receiving regular updates via the Flash Player update service!
We would like to encourage everyone interested in using and testing the upcoming release of 11.4 to take a minute and install the current beta on labs.adobe.com. Sorry I hadn't gotten back to you. I just searched through my email and couldn't find anything from you except a post back on the 20th of December regarding a crash when watching Flash video. This was around the time we take our winter break though and I've been out of the office a large percentage of the time since so it's possible it slipped though the cracks.
If you have the crash dump still, I'd definitely be interested in taking a look ([email protected]). I'm glad to hear you were able to work around the issue, though I do admit I'm not sure why setting a fixed page size should matter to Flash. I would imagine you might run into other application crashes if this was just a memory issue.
