Flash Player download access is denied in Iran.

Hello.
I live in Iran. My Firefox was updated to 3.6.14 version. "Firefox Updated" page warned: "You should update Adobe Flash Player right now."
By clicking the related link, "http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/" appeared. But when I click "Download Now", in the "http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe" appears this message:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe" on this server.

Please help me.

Hi mozi2015,
Thank you for posting the screenshot.  I'll forward this to the folks who handle the online installer.  To help us troubleshoot further, please provide the 2 log files saved at C:\Users\YourUserID\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs using the instructions here How to share a document.  In the mean time, you can use the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page in the 'Still having problems' section.  There are three install files.  If you use multiple browsers you'll want to install the ones for the browsers you use.

  • Flash Player Downloads to Firefox but not Safari--Why???

For some unknown reason my Adobe Flash Player stopped working.  I followed all the instructions and managed to get the 10.3 Flash Player downloaded so that it would work with my Firefox browser. But when I tried to  use my Safari browser to access YouTube a message said that I'd have to install Adobe Flash Player..  So I followed the instructions again, and a message said that "installation ws successful" yet when I tried to see videos on YouTube with Safari it claimed that I had not installed the Flash Player.  I am using OS X5.8. The only
change I made in my system was switching from Java 5.0 to Java 6.0.  Would that have any impact on the Flash Player installation?  Thank you very much for your help.

    I don't think you're understanding exactly what
    crossdomain.xml is for...
These major sites have it wildcarded so that people can
    develop Flash
applications that use those sites API's/services - and run
    them from any
domain they like. So, I can develop a Flash book finder, that
    grabs data
from Amazon, and stick it on my blog.
Other sites that don't want to let just anyone access their
    data, specify
only the domains they want to allow access from. I use a
    crossdomain.xml
file on a current project and it works as it should - only
    allowing access
from the three domains I have listed.

Does anyone know how I can get past the Flash Player Download? I already have a newer version then what is trying to load. Therefore, I get a screen telling me the same, but I still can't access the files I need. It is a vicious loop I'm stuck in. Can anyone help me?

    Hi..
Are you running Lion v10.7 by chance even though your profile indicates v10.6.8   ??
I ask because you can only reinstall apps using Lion Recovery
Much better to ask for help with Safari here before trying to delete the app and reinstall.
Is the Safari app still in the Trash by chance?

You haven't actually asked a question, but as stated you should only download Flash Player directy from Adobe.
Nor have you said what version of OS X and Safari you are running.
You can check here:  http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/  to see which version you should install for your Mac and OS. Note that version 10,1,102,64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users*. The latest version,10.3 or later, is for Intel Macs only, as Adobe no longer support the PPC platform. Version 11.0.1.152 is for Lion.
    * Unhelpfully, if you want the last version for PPC Macs, you need to go here:  http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html  and scroll down to 'Archived Versions/Older Archives'. Flash Player 10.1.102.64 is the one you download. More information here:  http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/838/cpsid_83808.html
You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):
    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/909/cpsid_90906.html
and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.

System preferences firewall is off and apps are allowed from anywhere and in Safari other plug ins are allowed and cookies are not blocked and pop up windows are not blocked. Why won't Flash Player download?

Don't DL Flash from web sites. If you have Adobe Flash installed it should be in System Preferences and you can find the latest version and download from there.
If you are installing for the first time, this is where to DL it.

Does Macbook really needs adobe flash player download in order to watch video clips on the web?

    Hello Angel8C,
Your MacBook Air running Yosemite will need an updated version of the Flash Player plugin to play web content that is in the Flash format (not all video content is Flash; there is also HTML5 video, amongst others). If you are being prompted to update your Flash Player plugin, you may find the following article helpful:
