You can try installing the latest:Flash Player 13.0.0.182 or even the last supported version: Flash Player 11.2.202.350
Trouble is: The latest, while still compatible with XP, is probably too much for your processor, and the older versions will result in endless "You need the latest Flash Player" notifications, and non-working video content, especially with MSN and Facebook. -
Why so I keep getting 'blocked-plug in' message! Very frustrating. Never happened before. related to Adobe Flash Player for videos. Have deleted Adobe and put the new Adobe on, but still get message. Seems others have had this same problem.

I understand Adobe Flash player will have out an app to download to the newer android devices such as Kindles that they stopped supporting a couple of years ago soon. Any idea when this will be? Thanks.

We don't have any plans for a new version of Flash Player for Android. That said, some users have been able to get Flash Player working on the Kindle Fire by using third party browsers.

Flash Player version 10.1.102.64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users. However, this Flash version won't work for many videos on Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Adobe's latest version, 10.2.x or later, is only for Intel Macs. Adobe will not provide a newer Flash version for PPC Macs.
The message requesting that you download Adobe Flash Player takes you to Flash Player requiring an Intel processor. Doesn't work on a PowerPC processor. I found a hack, installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

Security updates for 11.2 Flash Player for Linux?
When attempting to download an update for 11.2 Flash Player for Linux, I saw the note saying that there would be no new development, but security backfixes would continue to be released. I've seen the security warnings for months on my Linux install in Firefox (which is updated) but there does not seem to be a security patch that would stop these "Allow - Continue Blocking" warnings for Flash Player.
When can we expect these to be completed? Linux users may not comprise a large portion of your user base, but the alternatives are extremely expensive hardware and/or software if you want to use an Apple or Microsoft product.I chose "Yum for Linux" and the file that was downloaded was:
adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
I see now that if I select the "rpm for Other Linux" it downloads the flash-player rpm complete with the version info, so perhaps the Yum version is a wrapper. I assumed that since Fedora (and Redhat/etc) uses yum, that I should download the YUM version... in order for it to take effect, I had to perform the following commands after downloading the above rpm:
sudo yum remove adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch
sudo yum localinstall adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
sudo rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-adobe-linux
sudo yum -y install flash-plugin
That allowed me to get the newer version of Flash player to show (and no longer receive the security warnings) but it seems if I had used the Other for Linux download that I wouldn't have had to take those extra steps. I guess we'll find out when the next security update to flash player is released.

I have flash projects (SWF) files created in Captivate 5 that play fine in Flash and Dreamweaver, but freeze up on the web in safari, firefox, opera and chrome. Even files that used to play just fine. This upgrade has been a nightmare - I have spent hours troubleshooting to no avail. It does not seem to be a problem for windows users - only macs.

The new versions of Flash Player for Android are still not in the Archive page!
I feel like something is missing in the Flash Player Archive page. Yesterday, I read that the new Flash Player version for Android 2.x/3.x is now version 11.1.111.73, and that the new Flash Player version for Android 4.x is now 11.1.115.81, but instead, all I see are previous versions of Flash Player for Android 4.x, 3.x, and 2.x! There may be a couple Apps that may help, but I understand they don't work very well. The best solution would be to contact the owners of the websites and let them know they need to update their site.
The alternative I use, is to download the problem video onto my computer, and convert it to M4V or MP4 format using a program like HandBrake <HandBrake>. Then it can be added to iTunes and synced with the iPad.

If you are talking about Safari on the iPad, there is no version of Adobe Flash for iOS and there never has been. Clear Safari, close the app and reset the iPad.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If you are talking about Safari on your Mac, you are in the wrong forum. But I would still clear the cache, quit Safari and restart the Mac. -

I have HTC Wildfire S, I can play flash content from most browsers, but i would dearly love to use the bbciplayer, but cant as it requires I have adobe flash player. I have gone to andriod market & their is know way of installing adobe flash player for my type of phone.
I have spoken with HTC & they say the only way i can get iplayer, is if adobe realease a install or update or a version for flashlite andriod phones like my HTC Wildfire to a version that would be compatible for this model phone. (HTC Wildfire S)

Firefox cannot download the files I want to download sometimes. For example installing Flash Player. It opens a new tab with URL "http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/mac/9.x/9.3.4/enu/AdbeRdr934_en_US_i386.pkg.zip" and title "adberdr.pkg.zip (application/zip object)" on it. It happens when I have to download some dmg or compressed files.
