then i try it again and same problem occur
i have a good internet connection and my computer fresh from formatting

Download the current 32 uninstaller   Uninstaller for 32 bit Operating Systems
Close all browser windows and run the uninstaller
    Restart Windows
Delete all remaining files and folders located in the following directories. (tip: copy and paste these paths into the path bar in a Windows Explorer window)
    C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
    %appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player
    %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player
Verify that the file “FlashPlayerCPLApp.cpl” in C:\Window\system32\ for 32 bit systems has been deleted.
    Download the following files:
32 bit Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
32 bit Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Physically disconnect from the Internet and run the files.

  • Adobe Flash Player will not download

Suddenly my Firefox server is saying that I don't have Adobe Flash Player installed, but I know I've used it before. I checked my trash to see if maybe it accidentally got deleted, and I didn't see anything there.
When I go on the website to try and re-download it, it doesn't work. And keeps directing me back to the site to download it. I've gotten as far as to download the file and begin to have it download to my computer, and it says "Download failed".
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

You can download and save the Flash player installation file to the desktop. Then you can close Firefox and double click that icon to start the installation of the Flash plugin.

    Windows 7 - 32-bit or 64-bit?
Make sure you use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer when you try to use Flash Player, or checking the Shockwave Flash add-on.
What files do you have in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash (32-bit Windows), or C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash (64-bit Windows) ?

  • Flash Player can't download?

I have Windows Vista Home Premium and when I try to download Flash Player 10 it downloads all the other things such as the unplug or the update helper but not the actual flash player, I have read the troubleshooting instructions to download on Vista but it does not work for me. Can you help?

Hi, I understand what you mean. I just set out instructions for another user today. Following is the thread:
    http://forums.adobe.com/thread/581376?tstart=0
The instructions are for Firefox. However you can follow everything in Post#1, except the 2nd link(that's the Install
link for FF) you would use instead the link listed in Post#3. Everything else is the same in Post #1 including the Go here to test. Right below that if you know where the Flash files are, you can do that. "The FF plugin for SWF" of course you would skip over. Instead you would go to Tools, click on Manage add ons and find Shockwave Flash Object...ActiveX Control...
Flash10e.ocx and make sure it is Enabled.
Checking the Flash files is something that is done after you test at the Adobe site.
If you have any questions, please just ask.
    Thanks,

The server is failing to download some updates.
This error is happening everyday. Please advise for a fix.
If this is happening on an UPSTREAM server it is because you have approved updates that are no longer available from Microsoft. Almost always this involves approvals of *EXPIRED* updates (which have been pulled from the catalog and cannot be downloaded).
If this is happening on a DOWNSTREAM server it's because something/someone deleted the files from the upstream server. It can also happen if the entire upstream ~\WSUSContent folder has gone amuk.
For an upstream server, find the expired updates, remove the approvals, cancel the downloads, and then decline the updates.
For a downstream server, figure out what the affected updates are and fix the upstream server.

  • Flash Player won't download for IE7

Since the update of IE7 of last week, I can't download Adobe
Flash Player. I tried downloading it using Firefox and it downloads
but installs only on Firefox, so I suppose the player is browser
    specific.
I need the player when I go to www.nytimes.com and click on
the video box, which now a days says I need to update the Flash
Player. I click on the button and it takes me to Adobe downloads,
but when I click for download (agree and install), a new page says
I have to allow downloads and instructs me to "Important Message:
You may need to click the gold bar at the top of the browser window
to allow the install." The thing is that there is no yellow ribbon
for the Adobe website, so I can't really allow for the pop-up
(download). I switched off the pop up blocker and still can't get
the player to download. As I said, this all started after that rush
job by Microsoft to update IE last week.
    I run Windows XP, SP3.
What could I be doing wrong?

I am having the same issue -- IE7, XP SP3... Flash Player
will not download or install, but will download and install for
Netscape. Must be an IE7 issue, but I can't find a solution. If you
find something out, it would be freat!

  • AIR Flash Player configuration file location

What is the name and location of the AIR Flash Player configuration file? I'm assuming the name should be mm.cfg like it is for the flash palyer on the desktop, where do I put this file when I compile my AIR app?

The "per user" config file, mm.cfg, is outlined here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flex/using/WS2db454920e96a9e51e63e3d11c0bf69084-7fc9.html
If you want to modify the system level mms.cfg, that'll be in your C:\windows\syswow64\macromed\flash folder

  • Content file download failed.

I haven't been able to find anything on this anywhere. Trying to get Windows 8.1 Update (KB2919355) to download, but it keeps failing.  I'm using WSUS 3.2 on Server 2008 R2, 156GB free space on E drive.
This error has been occurring since April, but all other updates are downloading fine.  If I sort by file status, only the 3 updates for 8.1, 8.1 x64, and 2012 R2 are stuck trying to download.
    Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone know if this is still an issue in WSUS 3.2:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974500/en-us ?
All existing WSUS v3.2 hotfixes were rolled up into KB2720211 (so they are also present in KB2734608, KB2828185 and KB2938066).
[Edit] Ehhhh. but that's actually a WUA issue that's *not* been resolved to my knowledge. It's not really a bug, just a fact of how the WUA caches content.
Method #2, however, should be the option of FIRST choice. DECLINE the update, and force a client detection. But note that even this methodology is designed to be a *reactive* response, only if the client freaks out.
Then, once the client knows the update is no longer available, you can re-approve the update, and the WUA will RE-download the content that is available. (Of course.. what's also not written in that KB article is that the 'issue' only applies to updates
that actually HAVE EIFs that the client can download!) :-)
