Flash Player Not Found in IE9 or 10

Hi,
I have been having an annoying problem lately. I recently got addicted to Facebook Casino games. About a month ago I started to have an issue with Internet Explorer 9 and Adobe Flash Player. While playing or trying to load the game, Flash Player crashes then when I reload after the crash it tells me that "Flash Player version or later must be installed to run the application". I have re-installed Flash Player numerous times with the same result. Here is the kicker, all I have to do to get it to work again is, close Internet Explorer and then restart it. It all of a sudden recognizes Flash again and works properly for a while, then of course crashes again. I have tried to fix it by updating to the newest version in Internet Explorer which is of course IE10, but I still have the same problem. Now I also have Google Chrome and Firefox and neither of these browsers have this problem. I know that some of you would say to not use IE if I use the other 2, but because of the way I have things set up I need to be able to use all 3 browsers properly. I have the latest update for Adobe Flash Player which is 11.6.602.168.
My Computer specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Internet Explorer 10 32bit ( I have not found a 64bit version yet)
Adobe Flash Player 11.6.602.168

I have tried to open new tabs to see if it will work but it still tells me that I need to download FP. The only way to get it to work properly is to close and restart the browser. My problem seems to happen randomly and occurs probably once or twice an hour. It crashes during pretty much every Facebook game. I play Jackpot Party, Caesars Casino, and Wonderland mostly. But I do play other games as well that crash on Facebook. I have read that there is a problem with Flash Player and IE 64bit but it doesn't look like I am using 64bit, even though I have tried to download it and have been informed by a pop-up that it is already on my computer. When I go to the actual folder for the 64bit programs and start IE, it starts what appears to be the 32bit version instead. Then again maybe the newer versions of IE don't specify it being 64bit?
I am starting to think about uninstalling IE entirely and then reinstalling it, but I am not sure how to do it properly.

Flash player not working in IE9 Window 7 64bit.

Ever since I upgraded my IE8 to IE9, flash player didn't work. For example, white screen shows up in the flash player box. Consequently, i did some research trying to fix this issue by re-installing adobe flash player, and re-installing IE. I even tried every solution applicable via forums, but still no luck. These steps should get you to the 10.3 version of Flash Player that you’re looking for (It’s called the Flash Player Square version 10.3.162.28):
1. Go to this link first, http://www.adobe.com/support/2. Under "Product help and support centers," select the link for Flash Player;
3. Under “Flash Player doesn’t work,” click the link for Windows 7;
4. Under “Related content” (right side of page), click the first link, "Flash Player on 64-bit Operating Systems;"
5. Under the first paragraph (in the note), click the link for Adobe Labs;
6. Scroll to the middle of the page to the section “64-bit Release Flash Player Downloads.”
7. The first download link is the one you want for Windows 7 (and Vista) users.
BEFORE YOU RUN IT, uninstall whatever version of Flash Player you already have in your browser at the moment. I’m sure you’ve probably mastered the uninstall/install tango at this point, but here is the most thorough guide for doing this that I have found to date:

I really like the fact that Step 6 points you to a page where you can test your browser to see if Flash Player is still there. Once you are sure it's gone, return to the Adobe Labs page and run the link that installs Flash Player's Square Version. You can then come back to this same Step 6 and use the test page to see that the new version 10.3.162.28 (or something 10.3-ish or above) has been installed correctly.

Note: This Square version is not an offficial release. In fact, it is not even a beta version that is made easily available to end-users. They're calling it a pre-release build, so its really a tool for software developers, not the rest of us. It will, however, work better than anything else for us desparate 64-bit browser users who need something now. I, myself have a problem that I think is Square-related, and lucky for you, I stumbled across your situation while trying to resolve my own. I hope someone stumbles across me in the near future.

Flash Player not working in IE9

I have the latest flash player (I reinstalled it twice today). However it won't work in Internet explorer 9. I downloaded Google Chrome and it does work in Google Chrome but not in IE9.

The current Flash Player version only works on the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

I am trying to use the most recent version of Flash Player on Internet Explorer 9, but the computer is not reading it on NBA.com nor Pogo.com. I am able to use the player on Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Chrome, & Opera. Is there something missing?

System Type: 64 bit operarting system
Internet Explorer 9 32-bit edition
Flash Player Version: 11.1.102.62

I keep installing the latest flash player, but some of the sites I try to open in internet explorer cannot find the flash player. Why? How can I fix this?

Flash Player Not Found*** Flex

I'm having a problem running anything on Flex Builder 3. Whenever I run any of my codes a message comes up that says -
Flex Builder cannot locate the required version of Flash Player. You might need to install Flash Player 9 or reinstall Flex Builder.
Do you want to try to run your application with the current version? Yes or No
- I have gone back and reinstalled the lastet Flash Player and have tried again, the same message came up even after restarting Flex
I also tried reinstalling Flex but I still get the same message when I try and run my code
If I click yes it takes me to the Command Prompt window, and nothing is executed
If anyone knows whats going on please let me know, I really appreciate it.
I'm only 16 and have just started learning action script and using flex, I have been programming with Java for several years so I usually know whats wrong when I see something. But there are no Errors or anything else that I can take into mind that will help me solve this.

You may want to try manually uninstalling all versions of Flash Player you have installed, then reinstall Flash Player.
You may also wish to do a Project - Clean from the main menubar.
You might need to specify the Flash Player for the project Project - Properties - Flex Compiler - Require Flash Player version

Resolve installed Flash player not excuted for all the Vista users on my PC?

I have a Windows Vista 32-bits system.
I have created 2 admin and 2 standard users.
Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) 32 bit is installed but also Chrome and Firfox are used.
For 1 admin user Flash works fine when accessing a site in IE9 that requires Flash.
For the other users, including the admin user, IE9 must be run "as adminstrator" by specifically choosing that option.
If not run "as administrator" IE9 states that Flash needs to be installed. That either leeds to Flash player not being installed (error is that it is already installed) or that after a succesful installation the problem simply occurs again (and again and again ...)
I want the standard users on the pc to be able to navigate to trusted sites without running IE9 in "as adminstrator" mode.
What do I need to do?
Can I set Adobe Flash player to be available for all the users for Vista and IE9?
Do I need to alter registry settings manually?
If yes - how and which?

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately it does not resolve the problem.
Other users (including the other system administrator) still need to run IE as administrator.
When in my sysadmin account the shortcuts for other users to a URL requiring Flash and using IE9 execute fine GRRRRRRR.
This is very frustrating.
On my pc Chrome aand Modzilla have no problems.
The childrens protective software I have however is based on IE.
Do you have any more suggestions?
My alternative is to downgrade IE9 to IE8 or 7 but that is also not an easy exercise ...

Flash player not working on safari; any reasons why?

I just recently noticed that my safari flash player isn't working. As i was trying to watch some youtube videos, it keeps saying "Blocked-Plug in" when i continued to click on it, it then asks me to get the lastest flash player which i did. Even after downloading, redownloading and repeating the process, it still won't allow me to watch any videos. I've found some comments in here from the previous year with people who had experience the same things but their techniques aren't working either. If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test.
1. If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, triple-click the line below to select it:

Using OSX 10.8 DW CS6 when I click "live" it says "flash plugin" "not found".

My default browser is Chrome. DW uses Chrome as the primary browser. (FFox is secondary.)
I do have Firefox and do not have Flash on it. I open Flash content Chrome, and I installed an HTML5 video viewer add-on in FFox (but haven't tried it yet).
I also have the Dreamweaver HTML5 Video View add-on, so why am I getting that message? Furthermore, the HTML code doesn't have any Flash objects. (The code is the source HTML from www.google.com page, without any changes.)
How do I make DW display the "Live" view of the code without giving me an error? (My end goal is to find out what google does when you enter something in the search box and hit the Enter key, actually, I'd like to see why the result of the search is displayed the way it is - default should be Web view, but Image view shows instead. I want Web to show!)

I'm sorry Phil, but you can't learn much from Google's source code because search engines are dynamically programed with behind-the-scenes code and content from databases that you can't see. You're just spinning your wheels here. If you want to learn how to make a search engine, I'd be happy to point you to some relevant PHP & MySql tutorials.
The issue still remains that DW is giving me the error (flash plugin not found)
When DW starts acting weird, the first thing to try is Deleting Corrupted Cache in DW

Why does flash player not work with facebook?

Why does flash player not work with fcebook? Whenever I wish to view a video, I get the message that i need to upgrade my flash player. Then no matter how often I download and install flash player I still get the message that I need to upgrade my flash player. When I go check which version I have, I always get the message that I have the most current one. I run Mozilla Firefox with Windows. I don't know anything else.

This means you don't have the latest version installed. Update to 11.9.900.117, and Firefox will allow it: Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

There is no more Flash Player for Android and there won't be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Playing Flash content is very processor consumptive and it drains your battery, also shortening the life of it. Android (Google) recommends using either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to view Flash content with a mobile device running Android. They're both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use "server side" rendering to reduce the load on your device.
