Flash player wont install for me. plz help

I am using IE9. i tried uninstalling,installing.. i have gotten to the install page and it looks like it will work but the box that says installing adobe download manager. Just disappears idk wat to do. nothing will work for me. if you can help TY.
Youtube and all other sites just tell me that i need to upgrade to the newest version.

i have recently had to wipe my partners laptop it is an older laptop and using xp when i reinstalled windows half of the drivers where missing i had put the drivers back on to the laptop but now i need to install flash player as the laoptop doesnt have it the problem is then i will download in the browser but when i click run to install it on the laptop it opens up but all i am left with is a gray application with adobe flash player instilation but it wont do anything or display andything i have closed all of my prosessors in the task manager incase it didnt close the ones it needed to but still nothing please help

Flash player wont instal

I have IE 6, FireFox and Opera browsers installed, flash
works in them all except Internet Explorer. I've uninstalled the
flash player and reinstalled but it still wont work on IE... any
thoughts?

The normal installation at Macromedia was doing the same
thing for me but using this installer from there instead worked..

I use a program called RegCure. Every time I run it, it
deletes the Flash OCX files as unused. Could be something happening
to
others too. Finally I went in and changed all the reported
Flash OCX/DLL errors to 'ignore' so that won't mess me up anymore.

Latest Flash Player Wont Install

I can NOT seem to get flash installed on my computer. I went to download the current version and I am getting this error "The installation encountered errors: No error information is available." I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I get this error whenever I try installing the current version or the beta 11 version. Appearently there is some version installed on my machine because I can see it listed on my installed programs list however, I dont know if it is corrupt or not, but it doesnt work either. I can't even uninstall it because I get the same error.
I saw someone suggested in another post to copy / paste the contents of FlashInstall so here is what is in my file if it helps.

Are you installing Flash Player as an Administrator user?
It seems that the installer is unable to access a certain key in the registry.
Can you download the uninstallers
for 10.3 from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
for FP 11 from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer11.html (near the bottom of the page)
and run them as Administrator?
If the uninstalls go fine, try installing any of the versions again.
If you still have problems, how versed are you, e.g. editing the Windows registry?

Flash Player wont install with IE10

I cant get Flash player to work with Windows 7 using IE10. It was working before but when I tried to update it , it wont install.

I have the same problem , I cannot install adobe flash for ie 10 / w 7 / 64 bit !
upon trying to install flash , I am informed that I have to close ie 10 in order for the program to install !
ie 10 is closed , yet the error still appears ! trying to uninstall the same program , it says the same , close ie 10 !

Flash Player not installing for IE8

I'm trying to install Flash Player into my IE8, but when I go to "Get Adobe Flash Player", it brings up a page saying "Sorry Adobe® Flash® Player is not available from Adobe.com for your device's operating system or browser." I checked the 'supported operating systems and browsers' list, and found my OS (Windows XP) and my browser (Internet Explorer 6.0 and above) in the list. I also have it installed on Firefox, so I'm wondering why it won't install into IE8? Thanks in advance!

Hi, What Service Pack do you have Installed on the XP? FF uses plugins. Flash Player Installs an ActiveX Control into the IE browsers.

Hi I had flash player working one min then I went to nxt vid (I could play flash games tho) wtf nothing was working i put my question in google and Went on first site.
Then it told me to uninstall it and install it again. So i did uninstall,but now everytime I try to install it just stops at 52% _________________________________PLease HElp

Flash Player 10 Installed for 1,256th Time

I cannot view videos. I get prompted to re-install flash each time I visit YouTube or this other site I use. I've uninstalled and re-installed. But keep getting prompted to re-install, and still cant see the videos. I tried installing FireFox because one of the admins on a site recommended it, and I can watch videos. I don't care to use FireFox, and I'm trying to find a solution for IE.

C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash Right click on the Flash folder and post back everything listed. You'll need to right click on the NPSWF32.dll and the NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe and click on Properties to get the version numbers, which
I need along with the IE files.
Then using IE, find Tools>add ons and look for Shockwave Flash Object...ActiveX Control...Flash10e.ocx and it must be enabled. If any other is listed, I need to know that also. (vs 10.0.45.2)
Then using FF, find the SWF plug-in vs 10.0.45.2 and it needs to be enabled as well. If there is another SWF listed, I need to know that also and the version.
Are you the Administrator?
What Anti-Virus/Spyware do you run and version number please.
Any 3rd party Toolbars installed? If so which?
Ad-block with FF?(Firefox)
Any pop-up/ad blocker software installed?

Flash Player wont install on my macbook pro

I have a macbook pro with Mac OS X 10.6.8 system, and each time i try to upload the latest version of flash player it will stop half way and tell me installation failed!!!! please someone help me, i need to get this installed

look at Safari-Help-Installed Plug-ins - does the flash plug-in show up there? just once? - could you copy/post the entry(s) for flash & shockwave here?.
Also look at your console & system logs after quitting/restarting safari & attempting to view those problem webpages - occasionally there's an entry there that helps identify the difficulty. If there is something - you might find this thread useful - esp the bit about rolling back QT
Finally ( for now ); even on single -user machines some people have found that /home/library/internet plug-ins/ folder has plug-ins inside it. Yours may well be empty, but if not - move the files somewhere else for now & quit/restart safari.

If it won't download directly, right click and "Save as" - DO NOT mount the DMG ir run it yet!
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Internet Plugins
Trash the Flash Player.plugin file from there
Go to: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Trash the Flash Player folder (the whole folder)
Empty the trash
Reboot
Mount the DMG and run the installer.
BEFORE opening any Flash content in Safari, open Safari>Preferences, and check the Security tab to make sure "Allow all other plugins" is checked.

Need help Installing Flash player 10.3 for firefox. It stops at 50%

So I have Windows Vista Basic Home, I tried updating my Flash version in firefox because it was out of date, but everytime it start downloading it , then I get the a message that says "Error " Appliation in use." I uninstalled it and followed all the suggestions on the websites nothing is working. I even uninstall google chrome thinking it was the problem but I'm still having that problem so I really don't know what to do because now the only place Flash player is installed seems to be Google chrome that I had to redoawload, but everywhere else tells me that I need to install it.
