Flash Player / Your installer is broken and has been for some time
Regarding the Flash Player Installer on Mac OSx: I've uninstalled the old version, and verified that it is uninstalled. I've updated all software on my computer and then installed the latest version of Shockwave. I've rebooted and shut down all other programs. Still, the installer is stuck at 25% download. Repeatedly. Based on searches, this has been a problem with your installer for about a year. It's beyond imagination that your dev team hasn't fixed this. A fix should have been out in a day.

SLOW download on Airport Extreme wifi. Wired is great. The download speeds are next to nothing above 25 feet away. When i stand next to the AEB it is fine. Anyone know why? Doubt ill get another AEB, very unreliable and has been for some time.
No cordless phone (two iPhones and two iPads though). It does have one or two walls on line of sight. A few wireless door security zones. When the update fails what if any error report do you get, specifically? Please do this before trying again:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X. -

iPad started acting up, would not open books, screens come up that I never touched etc. so I did a reset, the apple icon showed up and has been on now for about 18 hours I can't even turn it off I plugged in in over night but still screen frozen? Any suggestions?

When we first got our new iMac we were able to send e-mail through Safari - somewhere in the last 2-3 years it stopped and we got the failure to deliver message. We then sent e-mails through Mail - it works well and we have gotten used to doing this. However, every once in a while I retry send e-mails through Safari and we still get the failure to deliver notice. This has also happened when we try to forward some e-mails we receive (not all; most get forwarded).

Updated 5c to 8.1.3 but its stuck on the loading screen and has been for hours
I updated my iphone 5c to the 8.1.3 and its been stuck on the loading page for hours now. I've tried pressing buttons and unplugging it but it won't do anything.
"Pressing buttons" is vague, make sure you've tried a reset:
Hold both the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears.

I have always had trouble with e-mail. I have deleted cookies, etc. Checked connections. opened firewalls/closed firewalls. I have tried to go thru all the suggestions from Yahoo and Foxfire and this is the first time I have done this. E-mails are a real problem. On a system check, it says computer is working and other programs are working, JUST e-mail system.

Safari keeps quitting on me and has been for the past few weeks.. help!

For the past few weeks safari will quit out of now where and any page I was on will be gone, which is very inconvenient if I'm doing research for school and such because everything will be lost. i have recently had my mac hard-drive replaced and consequently have lost all my old stuff - had to download a new itunes for example. i synced everything onto my iphone before it broke luckily. some songs i purchased on itunes, others i downloaded ages ago from CDs. how do i transfer these onto my itunes library again so i can sync?iTunes can transfer your purchases or you can download them again. Ever since I updated my iphone3 to ios 6, I am unable to make purchases on itunes or Apps. I click onto what I want and it appears on my home screen but justs keeps saying waiting. Does anybody know what to do to rectify it.

Ipad mini screen is frozen. Message says Not Enough Storage. Cannot be backed up ect. problem is I can not enter settings to manage storage or even turn the device off. the screen is frozen and will not allow me to do anything. Anyone got any ideas?
