Flash Professional CS6 will not install

I keep receiving the error message: Installation Failed. Installation encountered an error. Please restart your system and try again. (15)
I have restarted twice and still the application will not install. My MacMini meets the system requirements necessary to run the software.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

It's strange that you ran the cleaner tool and still didn't worked
you can try to login to Root user account and then run the cleaner tool , and then check.

Which operating system are you running? It might still be running in the background. You may want to check your Task Manager or Activity Monitor. Or better yet, if you feel uncomfortable with that, try logging out of your user account, then back in. That might kill any stray processes.

Flash Player update will not install

I am unable to install the most recent Adobe Flash Player Update. All I get is a blank window. I've tried all the suggestion I have found, but nothing works. My system info is as follows;

Upgrade from cs5 to cs6 will not install

Hi, I purchased and downloaded the upgrade from CS5 to CS6 including the Akamai installer. but the upgrade will not install and I am unable to contact Adobe anywhere for a solution to my issue. I have uninstalled CS5 using Adobe CC Cleaner and it still won't install. Help!!!

Latest patch for Fireworks CS6 will not install

Tries to install latest patch but it will not install, the application manager just hangs and crashes, on OSX 10.6.8

1) Open Control Panel and Navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features .
Under Program and Features list, locate the option : Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall the same.
2) Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
3) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
4) Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

Then navigate to Local>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
5) Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud setup file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

I wonder how apple did not come up with a warning when you start the insatllation that would tell you that it would not work with an encrypted disk. These sorts of warnings should be standard procedure. Whatever, finally the red number disappeared. Thanks lemach again!
One small addition: After turning file wault off, you need to reboot before starting the update, otherwise the decryption does not take effect.

Help for Flash player that will not install

Flash player won't install on Dell with Mozilla Firefox version 33.0 for Yahoo 1.32. It does not matter what I try or even if I delete all old flash player files, folders etc. The download goes as far as the black box where it should be installing and just freezes there. I have pretty much tried everything to get it t0 install, including your troubleshooter. I also checked on Firefox and there is no available plug in download for the flash player. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and that will still not work. I tried to download using just Internet Explore 11 and that wont work either. It saves the file and I can make it run, but it goes directly to the black box fr Adobe flash player installation and is blank and will not go any further. help please!!!

I read your post about having difficulty downloading flash player 10 but that you also were able to fix the problem. I use IE8 and my operating system is XP Professional SP3. I'm hoping that you can answer a question for me.
In the troubleshooting tip issued by Adobe one of the things to do was to check my sercuity program. I use Norton and currently Adobe Flash player isn't in the list of allowed programs under my internet settings. My question is, would it be ok to drop the executable file of the Flash Player that is currently on my desk top, drop it into the programs file? There is a folder with all of the other Adobe programs in it because then I could select and add to the allowed programs in my Norton.
I hope someone can answer this for me.

Photoshop CS6 will not install from Adobe Apps manager

I have the cloud subscription and I tried downloading PS, it said it could not so so because i had the beta installed. So I got rid of the beta and tried again....still said no. So I emptied my trash and restarted, and it still will not download PS. I got all my other software ok, but cant get PS for some reason. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I talked with support, go download the adobe cleaner and it will allow you to see what files from PS CS6 are still on your system and get them off. I am trying now, will let u know if it works.

My adobe premier pro CS6 will not install

Hi there
I am trying to install the adobe premier pro cs6 trial version, when I go through the set up, it say's that Adobe Encore CS6 and Adobe Premier pro CS6 do not meet os requirments, 64 bit os recommended.
I really don't have much idea what that means or if there is a way around it etc. is there another version of the trial that doesn't require 64 bit? My computer is operating a 32 bit system.

Unfortunately not.
Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6 are 64 bit only. They will not run on your machine.

Extension for Motif Flash Ad Kit will not install

I followed the directions given on this page:

I downloaded the extension from Doubleclick. I installed the
extension successfully. The templates are not available in the
Flash UI. What did I do wrong? See this screenshot -

installed. But no way to use the templates... Very confused.

I'd like to add that there are several errors with this
Double-click extension. It would not install on a Windows XP
machine with CS3, stating "This extension requires Macromedia Flash
MX or greater. Quitting." Oh, CS3 isn't greater??
Also, I found the Window > Other Panels on my Mac version
(where the extension did install but doesn't show up on the welcome
screen) and when I try to open the Motif Panel, I get several

Flash 10.1 will not install!

I have a new win7 x 64 equipped computer. I use firefox as my preferred browser. I got a message to update to a new version of firefox and did so. I was then prompted to uninstall the version of flash player I had and get the new version. I did that only to be told by adobe installer that install failed. (your site says otherwise but it is not in my program list... why?) I have been trouble shooting using every suggestion on this website and get nowhere. so what now? adobe will not actually help unless I pay for it, way to back up your software! I guess I will have to find a "second tier" flash playing solution that will work with firefox. I would rather not do that so if there is anyone here with ideas, please share. thanks.

Hi, What site advised you to Uninstall the version of Flash Player you had and get the new version? Did you mean that you received a prompt from Adobe Flash Player on your Desktop asking if you wanted to Install the update? I'm sure you know that Flash Player is not supported on the 64bit system but you need to use the 32bit browser, which is the default.
Do you have Flash Player Installed in IE8?
You may want to test here; first using FF(Firefox) and then using IE:

Photoshop CS6 will not install: "The download appears corrupt... (-60)."

I've tried multiple times, but continue to get the same error. I've been able to download and install Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Premiere Pro with any problems.

I am experiencing the same problems on Mac OSX 10.7.3. I did have the CS6 Photoshop Beta installed prior to subscribing to the Creative Cloud, but uninstalled it per request of the Adobe Application Manager (Creative Cloud Client?). First few attempts of installing PS CS6, ended with "The download appears corrupt... (-60)". All of the other software programs that I needed installed fine. Numerous restarts did nothing to help. I then ran the CS Cleaner Tool and removed all of CS6 and also CS5 from the computer, and rebooted. The next attempt resulted in an error code -4. After another reboot, I am back at "The download appears corrupt... (-60)". Restarting the computer does nothing to help.
