Flash site fails to display properly in firefox & ie.

Greetings all,
site below fails to display properly. When i visit the link
below using firefox or ie6, i see it fine. but when anyone else
visits it they see it with defects.
defects include product text overlapping the fg&m logo,
ferrioni home designs, inc header is cut off and only part of it
displays, featured products headers is also cut off and only part
of it displays.

have tried the following.
**made sure latest flash player is installed where customer
fails to see the site display properly.
**made sure latest ie and firefox browsers are installed
where customer fails to see the site display properly.
One important note, we are export flash movie using flash
vesion 6.
Need some insight on how to make sure everyone sees the site
displayed properly.

This is just a wild guess but... Be sure that you have
properly embedded any needed fonts for dynamic or input
text.

What version of flash you are using to create that swf?
Make sure you have compatible version of flash player for
your internet explorer.
Try update your flash player to the latest version.

My site fails to display properly, but seems fine when previewed in Flash.

Very basic set-up: I have a Flash page that previews perfectly fine when in Flash, but after uploading the .html and .js files to my host, my website doesn't display. However, the color background of the page is displayed, and the vertical scroll bar is active (because the page is very tall), but nothing shows up. Might anyone have an idea of what my problem is?

Why Is Dreamweaver CS4 Tooltips Not Displaying Properly in Firefox?

I used tooltips to provide answers to questions on my "Frequently Asked Questions" page (there are 19 questions).
In IE, the pop up displays in the default setting as each question is moused over.
However, in Firefox, the pop up window stays at the top of the screen. So by time you mouse over question 5, the top half of the pop up is at the top of the page and cannot been seen. As you go further down the page, the pop up cannot be seen at all because it stays at the top of the page.
I would really appreciate any advice on how to make the tooltips display properly in Firefox. Thanks, Theresa

It's usually the quickest way to get an accurate answer.
You're describing page behaviour which doesn't have an obvious cause since it depends on your code syntax and structure. If we can see what's going on, we can probably isolate the issue.
Showing is always better than telling.

Animation not displaying properly in Firefox

My animation not displaying properly in Firefox. I have searched this forum and others but am only able to find outdated solutions (such as updating to the latest release of Animate). I am on the most current versions of Animate and Firefox and still having problems. Does anyone know of a solution to this, or can direct me to a discussion that already covers it?
An interesting thing to note is that only the center tree is acting differently, though the commands for each seem to be the same. Also the small mountains are fine, but not Mt Rainier.

TDF not displaying properly in Firefox 4

Hi, just an FYI to the TDF team...the web version is not displaying properly in Firefox 4.0.1. The main browser window (for lack of a better description) is slightly off-set maybe 10 - 15 pixels down and to the right. Because of this it covers up some of the TDF navigation tabs.

In case anyone else runs into this issue, I was able to resolve it by rebuilding those portions of the animation.

Banking web site after login fails to display properly and says I need to have CSS enabled. Can't find how to do that.

Running FF 5.0 on Win XP Pro. Several web sites stopped displaying properly overnight without a computer shutdown or FF shutdown. One of the sites is a banking site which displayed normally until after login when it failed to display and there was a message saying best viewed with CSS turned on. I've restarted both FF and then the computer and FF to no avail. Tried both No Style and Basic Style Views with no change. Did not do a power off full computer shutdown and restart yet. Has only happened in FF 5.0. Never happened in previous versions.

CSS not displaying properly in Firefox

My new CSS layout looks beautiful in IE7 (weird), however, it
is not rendering properly in Firefox. I always do research before
posting here, but I'm completely helpless now. I'm very new to CSS,
this is my first page I've layed on using this language. Pretty
much none of the top margins are working, and my faux column image
isn't displaying. I'll attach the HTML and the CSS and see if
someone can point out what is wrong with Firefox.

Wordpress theme not displaying properly in Firefox, but shows well in Safari and Chrome

I have a Wordpress site that i'm using a custom theme with. Starting yesterday, my website's layout is shifted around and very distorted when viewing in Firefox, but it's perfectly fine in Chrome and Safari.
I tried deactivating the plugins, didn't help. I checked the site in multiple computers, same issue on all of them.
When checking on Windows PC, only Chrome displays the site properly, both firefox and IE are giving the "Exploit Black Hole" warning. I checked the site with URLVoid and VirusTotal, it came up clean.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a high value can cause issues.

Facebook Apps do not display properly in Firefox

Some forms or articles (content) are cut off and don't diplay all fields or buttons or text,

These same Facebook pages display properly in Safari 5.1.1

That content is in a not scrollable iframe. 
The height of that frame is probably set via JavaScript to the correct height after that iframe has loaded and that didn't seem to have happened in your case and you only get the default height of about 600px. 
You can try to right click in that frame: This Frame > Open Frame in New Tab
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

All of a sudden some of my sites have stopped working properly on Firefox and I have had to (reluctantly) go back to Internet Explorer to get them to work properly. Why??? Please help because I always prefer Firefox in all internet stuff

The problem sites have always worked properly on Mozilla Firefox until 2 of them stopped giving full access. I reverted to (yuk) Internet Explorer to see if the problem was still there, but, surprisingly I had full access with both programes. I repeated the attempts a couple of times in Firefox but now have to use IE when I require proper access.
Is the problem in a setting somewhere??

Muse site doesn't display properly

Here's the deal. I created a site in muse, then exported to html. Muse created index.html inside of the folder where the muse doc is located. That's exactly what I expect. Now, when I ftp to my webserver, all I get is plain text. I don't think the server is the culprit, because it hosts other muse sites properly. if I navigate to the UNC path and launch index.html, it displays properly. it's only when I hit the url from a browser. What could I possibly be doing wrong here?

On running the pages locally from the location where they were exported to, if they look fine and load up as they are supposed to, then it confirms that Muse exported the pages fine. This then leaves only two possibilities where things might have gone wrong, as mentioned below:
1. Either the upload didn't go fine. In this case, try re-uploading using both the "File -> Upload to FTP host" and "File -> Export As HTML" and then using an FTP client to upload to the host.
2. Or the host isn't rendering the site as it should. In this case, have the host "Reset your FTP permissions" and then reupload the site to see if that resolves the issue.

Upgrade to ver 1.6 pages not displayed properly in Firefox

Hi,
I upgraded HTML DB to Ver. 1.6 today. The installation was okay, did not raise any errors, but when I use Firefox to log on to HTML DB, the pages are not displayed properly. IE is able to resolve the pages correctly.
Do I need to get a plug-in for Firefox? Ver. 1.5 was working perfectly with Firefox.

My design view won't display properly in Mozilla or IE. The images show. The CSS (core and flow) are found according to the access logs. But it doesn't display nicely at all. This was an upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6. 1.5 looked fine. My old applications from 1.5 display properly.
