- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Volume up and standby button both have double purposes

Hello,
I got a problem with my iPod Touch 2G 32GB. It worked perfectly all the time, until yesterday. The buttons look like the got a second purpose. When I push the volume up button, my volume indeed goes up, BUT... after I release the button, I hear the click and my screen goes to standby (and if I push my volume button long enough, I even get to see the red "power off" slide). Some goes for the power button, when I push it, it indeed powers off the screen, but it also turns up the volume.
In other words; The volume up and power button both have their own fuction, but also the function of the other. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
Things I already tried;
-Restore the settings via iTunes.
-Go to settings-->regular settings (the button above the music button)-->restore all settings.
-Go to settings-->regular settings-->Delete all content and settings.
I really hope you guys can help me, because I really need this thing. I can't just bike 70 minutes a day without an iPod...

How can we have a column having text and radio button in the same line?

Hi,
I have a column which needs to have data with a radio button. Was able to achieve this by using <trh:tableLayout>. But when i select the radio button it shifts to the next line. Want to stop this behavior of radio button of shifting to the next line. This column also includes a hyperlink.So the text and hyperlink are made visible invisible based on radio button action.
Adding one more doubt. Can a particular columns horizontalgrid can be made invisible?
Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the <trh:> components. Put the other components as direct children of the PanelGroupLayout:

Flash button link will not work in CS4

Can anyone walk me through step by step to get a flash button link to work in CS4? I tries action scripts 2 and 3... I cut and pasted a bunch of code on line, watched tutorials, and no matter what i do, the link won't work in CS4. The button looks and works fine, but won't go to the web site ot web page after clicking on it.
At this point, I am so confused, i think it would be better if someone walked me through step by step. My email is [email protected] I can email the button is that would help. Thanks.

Bullets and Numbering buttons/options?

Hi. Am in a bit of a bind, hope someone can help.
Using InDesign CS 3.0.1 on Windows. Packaged and installed by the company I work for, so I cannot update manually (if it turns out I need to....?)
My problem: Cannot find any options for Bullets and Numbering.
It has just occurred to me, as I type this, that "InDesign 3.0.1" might not equate to "InDesign CS3" ? This is potentially very confusing! Do I have a version of InDesign here that doesn't have Bullet/Numbering buttons in the Paragraph Control Toolbar?
If these buttons should exist, I'd like to know why I don't have them. I have tried restoring prefs etc. to defaults but they're still not appearing.
Interestingly a search in the Help doesn't yield any answers, so I'm thinking I may have a version which doesn't have this feature?!?
Could someone confirm/deny, and let me know what version I need if it's the case that I have a previous version.

Otomatic set text and push button

I want to ask one question about ASP.NET htmlparser.
I want to go one url and i want to find textboxes and buton .
After that i will set a value in this textbox and i will push the button.But i want to work this otomatically.I used agilepackage and i went to adress otomatically,i wrote XPATH and i found what i want to textbox and i set in my code
this XPATH.

But this node is null ...I want to text website's textbox element.
How can i take text box. I will set textbox like down code.

Mouse Control Panel Looses scroll options and multi-button options

Hello-
I just bought the new Magic Mouse. Once it is paired with my bluetooth the mouse works fine but the Mouse control panel looses the secondary button and scroll options. Mouse will not scroll normally or momentum scrolling. As well the Bluetooth control pane does not show mouse battery level reading, and there is no Mouse name. What's happening here??
G5 PowerMac with 10.5.8 and normal wired extended keyboard.

How can I go back to text and pictures when I have set for only text?

I set to view only text when I am on a website. It doesn't show pictures. What can I do so that I can see pictures and texts on websites?

I rolled back a system from OS X 10.6.0 to OS X 10.5.8 via the Archive & Install (non-preserve) and it was successful. Now it didn't have any 3rd party applications installed. It just had the default OS bundled applications, iLife '09 and iWork '09. So that could have assisted in my success, I'm unsure how successful the process would have been if there was a lot of 3rd party framework modification. Although most of that would have been wiped clean in the Archive & Install, thus negating the problem.
Personally, I'd be more inclined to have you copy the contents of your Home folder (minus the Library) onto an external HD and manually reimport after a clean install of Leopard. The problem with that, however, is you'll lose Safari bookmarks, iCal data and Address Book data. So for something like you'd need to manually dig through the appropriate Library folders.
Are you near a Genius Bar? It might be worth visiting them and asking them for some assistance. I know when I worked there I was always outwardly accommodating when the issue was caused by inappropriate information that led you in the wrong direction from the start.

Hide text and show it optionally?

Hi. Can I hide some text boxes and only have them appear if I press a certain key?
I have som data that will clutter the slide, but I might get a question and only want to show it if I have to.

The best way to do this is to set up a hyperlink to another slide that has the information. Make this the first slide of the presentation and then start the presentaiton on the second slide. Include a hyperlink to the first slide that has the extra information and then on that slide, include a hyperlink back to whatever the next slide is.

Please allow for text and window colour options

Dear sweet lord, I understand that skype is free with premium options. It's wonderful for that, HOWEVER, I cannot read the names or timestamps easily in convos because I cannot adjust the pale, low contrast colours. I am 23 years old and am losing my eyesight. I'm not old by any means and I'm willing to accomodate the changes that inevitably happen with UI's, but I hate having to resort to changing my entire system scheme to something from Windows 98 just so I can read my darn convos with people.
The system theme is awful and distracting, blocky, and badly designed, and it makes web browsing irritating. Being forced to use it on my whole system just to use Skype more easily, and having the accessibility panel with a single checkbox and no actual in program options to make the different elements easier for me to see is irritating. I'm not to the point yet where I need a black and white scheme or need it read to me, I do like the simplicity that was being aimed at, but in the quest for Aesthetics it missed the boat on accessibility. As of right now I have my font set on large and bold so I can see it better, but the lack of contrast between the colours really is an issue and could even be solved by having presets built into skype itself so I don't have to mess with my entire theme.

I could work with that so long as it was limited to skype and not my entire system. The big issue here is while yes, it integrates with my computer's accessibility options, I cannot adjust anything in skype itself. It is literally a single checkbox that says "enable accessibility mode". I'm guessing it's their attempt at idiot proofing or something.

After each line of text and radio buttons are these squares with numbers inside them. How do I turn them off? Only on firefox does this display happen.

Numbers seem to be in order. they look like modeling codes used when setting up a website.
I did not have this problem until I upgraded to the new firefox update.

Try to set the Boolean pref gfx.font_rendering.directwrite.use_gdi_table_loading to false on the about:config page to see if that helps.

Which numbers are in the boxes?
If you see a box with hex code in it then that means that Firefox can't map a character to a specific font and you have to install a font that covers the affected characters.

In one Firefox window both the "+" sign to add another tab and tab groups symbol have dissappeared. Can't access tab groups nor add tabs anymore.

Both are present in other windows I have open inside of Firefox.
Software OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)
FF: version 22.0
All new tabs open in a different window than the one with missing tab groups and "+"-sign even when generated from this window. Closing open tabs does not help.

This could be a problem with an extension that you have installed. 
Run Firefox in Safe Mode and see if the problem still occurs.
