Flash to 1.8, bios efi hang and mobo won't reboot

Question

my motheboard: P67A-GD65

same problem
used 1.7 with no one problems, like 1.4 version
i tried 1.8 and after many system boots (4-5), gone in windows without problem - to re-test oc settings and temps -, at my last time, i remember to stop me at new option led (blinking or dual lights, or something like that, dont remember)
tried to change in dual and bios efi hangs...
i tried ctrl+alt+canc, but nothing happened... last chance was power button
from that shutdown, mobo wont boot
all phases led on, but bios led off
i tried to remove all hw components unnecessary, and ram too
nothing happened
tried many clear cmos, remove and swap (+ -) battery, after take off psu cable and press power button (waiting many seconds)
mobo gone?

yes
i use to clear cmos before flash, everytime
and i never use buttons, in i/o shield, i always use jumper
shutdown
remove psu cable
switch psu to (O)
press power button again waiting all lights off
clear cmos for 60-120 seconds, and back to normal
while trying to oc with 1.7 i get some bsod with 124... and i learned to incrase vcore until bsods vanished
with 1.8 i didnt have not time to test nothing... doh!
