Flashing light and 3 beeps (over and over) - what can it mean?

I'm using a used T23 Thinkpad. It has a new hard drive (installed 3-4 months ago) and some new memory, but otherwise is the original machine. I'm using XP Pro, sp 3. Everything's been working nicely.
This morning I powered it on and it immediately started giving me 3 short beeps, over and over again. One of the little icon lights in the upper right keboard was also flashing continuously, in green. (Not the battery icon; the one with an arrow and an 'x'.) In the upper middle part of the keyboard, the icon that looks like a can, and has an arrow, was also flashing, in green.
This went on for 2-3 minutes. Windows XP loaded, I got connected to the Internet. And then suddenly the beeping stopped, and the flashing stopped.
Now everything appears to be normal but, of course, I scared that there is something seriously wrong. I've tried googling for beep codes and flashing light codes, but not come up with anything helpful.
Does anyone have any idea what would have caused all this scary activity??

I think you will need the services of an iPad repair center. If you search for an independent iPad repair center, the cost of a non-warranty repair should be less than at the Apple Authorized Repair Centers.
One thing you can try is to reset (reboot) your iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.

FWIW, think I found a solution to this problem elsewhere on this forum. Go to Settings / General / Accessibility on your iPad. Check to see if you have enabled "Bold Text" and if so turn that off. The iPad now restarts. In my case (and others) things are now back to normal with iWorks file management functions.
I can now rename files, delete them, and do other file management tasks in all iWorks apps on iPad without the apps freezing or freezing the iPad. Would like to give credit to the user who posted that but can't find it at the moment - he claimed that an Apple Tech suggested the fix when he called about it, so they know about it and hopefully will get fixed eventually.

This error happens when I try to import into Dreamweaver. Sorry, I wasn't clear on that earlier.
I thought maybe it was because I had saved my image as a png. So re-saved as a svg, still get the error.
DO I have a setting is Dreamweaver CC that is wrong? Should I try this in Dreamweaver CS6? I might try that next.
Why is this program so difficult? I know Flash. I know After Effects. I can work the timeline part just great. It's always in the export that I have problems.

They can share an Apple ID, but each device must use a different email address when setting up FaceTime. Create a gmail email (or hotmail, or ...) address and use that on one of the devices when you setup FaceTime.
You don't actually have to use the 'new' email address, it is probably just used as an index to reference the correct device when initiating a call via the FaceTime server.

WithOUT purchasing a Mach or iCloud (I actually think I have one of the later, but rarely have checked it) account, is there anything I can do to responsibly protect my account?

These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

Hard to help without knowing which variant of iMac you have. They've been in continuous production since 1998 in four major families, and what works for one familiy of iMac may not work to diagnose one from another family.
Doing "About ths Mac" will show the processor info. Post what it says about your processor (and Mac OS version while you are there) and that will narrow what family of iMac you have.
