Flashing text cursor not visible on portion of screen
I've searched all over the internet, and no one has a correct answer for this problem. Apparently the issue has been happening since as far back as CS2. The flashing text cursor is only visible in the upper left hand portion of the screen. If the text your are attempting to edit is on the far right or bottom of the screen, the cursor vanishes. Some people have suggested zooming in and out, but this only appears to solve the problem because the art board may get nudged into the "good" portion of the screen. I did a screen shot and found that the cursor is only visible in about a 930p x 600p area of the window (not including toolbars). Incindentally, the is the same size that the window defaults to when initially opened. On a HD monitor, this amounts to a very small space. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
You're not going to like me for this but it is intended to help you.
The idea that there is "Nothing on my system should have any effect on the Adobe software," is not a good concept, if you or I were engineers we might, and I mean might be able to determine that to be so.
But even a software engineer might not be able to determine this uunoess the did some trouble shooting.
Let me ask you a few question that help pinpoint a problem. Do you do any gaming on your system? Do you hsave any utility software installed? Any free fonts or fonts from small software developers?
Perhaps it is just the preferences which ahve to be refreshed.
1. Quit Illustrator.
2. Rename the AIPrefs file (for example, to AIPrefs.old) in the Users/(user)
/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator CS3 Settings folder.
3. Start Illustrator. Illustrator creates a new preferences file.
But it sounds like a conflict to me.

I udate my os to 10.6.7 and since then my Pages have color problems. The text is not visible (white on white background) it does'nt help to change the text color nor background color. I just download the recent trail version of Iworks and install it. The first document I opened it was ok. When I open the second one the problem appear again and stayed. Pls help
This behavior was described many times.
In every occurrence,the operating system was an uncompleted one resulting of the use of Software Update to update the operating system to 10.6.2, 10.6.3, 10.6.4, 10.6.5, 10.6.6, 10.6.7.
In such cases, the solace was to apply a combo updater.
As you are using 10.6.7, download and apply the combo 10.6.7 :

Field that is not visible in my editing screen but showing in web preview. How to remove it?
Hi Support,
When I preview my form in web preview, I am seeing a field that is not visible in my editing screen. It starts at the left margin of the web preview and runs off the edge of the right side of the page.
The form is also crashing when I attempt 'page view' or 'save as pdf' and I believe this phantom field is the culprit. I have spent considerable time on the form and do not want to recreate from scratch.
Can you please advise how I can make this field visible in the editing section so that I can permanently delete it?
Further information:
I do not have any rules set for any of my fields
I have tried to remove it in Chrome, IE and Firefox
My cache has been cleared today
My plug-ins and flash player are all current versions (updated today and performed a restart)

I could not send messages via imessage. The imessage icon is not visible on my home screen; however, when i type it on search bar the app appears. I it possible that i have deleted the app? If i did, can i reinstall one?
Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Screen Layout. The app/icon is just somewhere where y can't find it.

Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 For Mac - Text Cursor Not Stable!
I recently installed some fonts on my Mac Pro and besides the fact that Microsoft Office 2011 now crashes upon starting any program within that suite, I've also noticed that Photoshop, specifically the text cursor when you go to create or edit text, now changes between the arrow and the round circle of dots synonymous with a Mac. Oddly enough, I have THE EXACT same setup on my MacBook Pro and it IS NOT doing this! Has anyone come acoss this issue? I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop CC 2014 to clearing font caches using OnyX to making sure accessibility options aren't causing the issue and well beyond that! It's extremely annoying and yes I've even tried toggling between seeing the workspace background and seeing the desktop background in Photoshop and still, to no avail, this damn issue has been plaguing me all day! If anyone has a fix (besides me reformatting and reloading EVERYTHING) please, please, please post and/or e-mail me directly at [email protected] As I said, I loaded the EXACT same fonts to both my MP and MBP and the issue only arose on my MP, of course, the one that I NEED to work! Reporting Flag is not visible in the manage screen
Hi BI Experts, Good morning.
We load the inventory data daily in the night time which is delta load.
5 days back, we got 0 records and the request is in red.Then i rerun the infopackage manually and got the total records in to the cube.
From that day onwards its running successfully.
Yesterday i deleted the bad request from infocube.
But the Reporting flag is not visible.
Today i didnot get the records.
Please can anyone tell me the process.

I tried to run it manually but it gives error.
The error message is:

Park button not visible in F-63 screen
Hi,
I created a role that will alllow a user to park the document using F-63. In DEV it's working fine however when I transported it to PRD. The Park Document button (SAVE) is not visible or deactivated in F-63 screen in PRD.

Table ctrl - no screen-name - hav groupid but not visible in Loop at screen

In pa30, for a pernr, of infotype 0008, we have a table control.
In that table control, i hav to hide a field. ex: bet01
it has value..by default it will appear on the screen...
Now I want this value not to appear on the screen.
in loop at screen, i am not able to find the sceen-name(Q0008-bet01 or no Q fields...)
It loops for all the p fields..and exits the loop.
How can I hide the q fields..
I have tried with groupids...but, in loop at screen unable to find the groupids...so no use..
screen name and groupid are there for this field...

Some flash content (like flash player settings) not visible

I am running the newest versions of Flash Player in both FireFox 3.6 and IE8 on Windows XP Pro.
I can see most Flash things (like this page: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ which in both browsers says "You have version 10,0,45,2 installed"). Several things do not appear. For instance, none of the Settings Panel windows show up. Also, some Facebook apps do not work (i.e. Pet Society) while others by the same vendor (i.e. Crazy Planets) work fine.
Both browsers behave the same. I cannot see the settings windows in either one.
I have run the uninstaller, and re-installed Flash several times.
I'll be grateful for whatever help can be provided.
JI actually tried an older version of 10, but yes, I went back to the current version.
The only Java is Java 6 update 18, I ran the Java update and it confirms that I'm current. Adobe DLM and GetPlus are already gone.

Could we concentrate on getting it running in IE? I never use IE and am willing to do any necessary experiements on it. It's more difficult to type up all my Firefox extensions and plugins (no easy copy & paste), and I would rather leave my otherwise fully functional Firefox installation alone. If not, maybe there's a plugin that dumps info about all the plugins into a text file.

I go to facebook and click on one of the toolbar options like messages. The drop down window opens but no text is visible. If I click on a region of the open window, sometimes it will take me to a message. This also happens on yahoo.
Have you noticed any other problems with the colors or styles on these or other sites?
If you use command+a to Select All text on the page, can you see content in the blank box?
Here is some general advice:
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Command+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
"3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Tools menu > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* click the padlock or globe icon in the address bar > More Information > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page. Does that help? -
Hi:
I've used Captivate for a couple of years now but never used
the Text Animation feature. I want to use the Shatter animation but
it won't appear when I preview it. Nothing shows up. When I play
the slide (in the Edit tab), it works, but not when it's actually
being run. Other animations do work but not Shatter--yet I need the
effect of the text breaking up as I am using it in a slide where I
dispell myths. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Anne from NDUsual reasons are text colour is same as BG colour, or text is very small, but you say you have checked those.
The default text size of Points, can lead to tiny tiny text when working on high pixel counts with low dpi. Easiest way to test for that is with Free Transform. I always set text size to mm because it is more predictable regardless of images size and dpi. If the image is 10 inches high, then 25mm is going to be on tenth the height of the image.

Its all depends upon your design of xml forms. Normally you will provide little information in the Renderlist Form like (Title, Image, Date )
In the Show Form, complete information about the news. For ex: Title, Image, Date, Author, Text, Readmore etc..
correct me if i am wrong, You probably might not placed "Text" field either in the RenderList Form and Show Form.
If you've created Schema for "Text" and placed either of the forms then it should show.
