FlashPlayer keeps crashing!

My FlashPlayer keeps crashing.  I do not know why.  I have uninstalled it and re-installed it with the flashplayer appropriate for my operating system.  The DEP on my computer advises that it has closed it due to viruses.  I have taken DEP off of everything except the necessary Windows programs but it still crashes.  I have to click close program approximately 10 to 15 times before it stops depending on what page I am on - facebook, yahoo, etc.

Recent crashes of certain multimedia contents (this includes Youtube videos, certain flash games and other applications) in conjunction with Firefox are most probably caused by a recent Flash update and/or a malfunctioning browser plugin such as Real Player.
In order to remedy the problem, please perform the steps mentioned in these Knowledge Base articles:

If all the above fails, please try the following steps in order to fully uninstall Firefox:
#Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
#After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
#Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
