Flashplayer update doesnt work with XP with IE 8

I have recently had an update from flashplayer on m old WindowXP with IE8 after trying to fix the problems it caused for my viewing of news channels and other sites like hulu.com and yahoo vids nothing works! I uninstalled it 3 times and reinstalled it 3 times. The player says it updated fine and is working, yet the websites either do not play the needed video or it stutters and skips on hulu.com Can someone fix this problem? My job depends on accessing my news stations, since I am a freelance reporter for several news sources!

iTunes 10.6.3 is as high as you can go with OSX 10.5 To use your iPhone 5 you will need iTunes 10.7 at least which in turn requires OSX 10.6.8 or higher.
1) Make sure your computer meets Snow Leopard technical specifications - http://support.apple.com/kb/SP575 This mostly means making sure it is an Intel Mac and has at least 1GB RAM (at least 2 GB is recommended). Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window to "About This Mac". Does it mention "PowerPC" (not Intel), or Intel? To check RAM continue to "More Info...". It should say you have at least 1GB of "memory".
2) Buy a Snow Leopard disc from Apple online

3) Backing up your computer before upgrading is always a good idea.
4) After installing from the DVD, update your Snow Leopard installation using Software Update or manually downloading and installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v.1.1 - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399

Why EPCM.donavigate doesnt work for Iview with isolation type embedded

I am using EPCM.donavigate in JavaScript in portal jspdynpage to navigate to different page. This works fine when my iView isolation method is URL but it doesnt work when it is embedded. Am I missing something here? some import?

In Javacript of Portal jsp page, we are calling EPCM.doNavigate method as below:

Final URL look something like this...

This Code works only for Iviews with URL Isolation but doesnt work with Embedded Iviews as my Page which contains this Iviews is also Embedded and Desktop is also embedded.

G510 Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio doesnt work driver problem with Windows 8.1

Hi,
my Lenovo G510 has Windows 8.1 64-bit.
In the system menue of Hardware and Sound I can see two entries:
1) Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio
2) Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio (32-bit)
Clicking on the first entry a control panel appears. Does this mean that Dolby Digital Plus Advanced Audio is always running in the backround? There is no entry in the systray.
Clicking on the second entry this error message appears:
Your current installed version is 7.3.2.2 of the Dolby Digital Plus audio driver. The software needs the driver version 7.5.1.1. Installe a correct combination of driver and software.
What to do with this? I searched for a solution and drivers but couldn´t find anything.

I’m sorry to hear that “Dolby Digital plus Advanced Audio” is not working as expected in your G510 Laptop and displaying an error message to install the upgraded version of the Dolby driver in the computer, below are the troubleshooting steps to check and resolve this issue.
Open Device Manager. (Right-click on the Start button and choose Device Manager).
Expand the Sound, Video and Games Controllers section.Right Click on the Conexant Smart Audio HD item and choose Uninstall.
Still in Device Manager, click on Action>Scan for new Hardware.
The Conexant Smart Audio item will re-appear.Right-Click on it and choose update driver.Navigate to d:\drivers\audio.When that's done, close Device Manager.Open File Manager and navigate to D:\drivers\Audio\DolbyGUI and install Dolby Digital plus Advanced Audio.
That should get rid of the error message and this version of Dolby Digital plus Advanced Audio should be working as expected.
Do post us back if the issue persists.

Windows Update not working after clonning with Arconis 2013 WD edition

I thought I posted this two days ago... but I didn't see it.
Anyways, it's a Gateway desktop running Windows 7 64-bit with a bad disk which I cloned (it wasn't that bad). I was able to image it with Acronis 2015 retail before this. The Windows Update just said, "Restart" and I tried everything I could find on Google. Now, I just blew it away and am doing the restore from the Acronis 2015 image. I'll post what happens.
BTW, sysprep just destroyed the desktop's ability to restart - it said something about an unsigned driver before going into an en endless loop of restarting after the Windows splash screen where it says, "Starting services..." then gives up and you click Ok and it restarts.

Lenovo System Update doesnt work under Winows 8

Hi,
I formated HD and installed Win8 on my SL500 (2746). I installed the newer version of Lenovo Update (5.02) but it detected Activie Protection System only. I read lenovo solution about it and i installed framework 3.5 not helped, Lenovo also wrote that it happend when proeviously it was ver 4.00 installed but i formated my disk before i installed SU.
I also can't installed hotkey manualy from site:

I got message that i have wrong system.
Could You hel me what i should to do more to fix it?

Have you tried an external keyboard and see if that works?
Try doing a power drain
Remove the Battery and AC adapter,
hold the power button down for at least 15 sec.
Plug in the AC adapter only and try turning it ON, As soon as you press the Power ON start hitting F2 to reach the BIOS set up.
Then press F9 then Enter, then F10 And press Enter
See if That will help

I need to activate director MX2004 with my Serialnumber (Acitvation Server isnt available any more), because otherwise Xtras doesnt work any more

After the last Win7 OS Update i hade to reactivate my Director MX2004 installation as described in the link.
Then OSControl doesnt work any more with this key. (Maybe also other Xtras)
I still have several Projects built with Dir MX2004 where i have to do frequently updates.

i am not sure any more about the exact way i did the registration.
right now i have the problem that i find now way to deactivate the director installation to try again
transfer license doesnt show any effect.
i am also a bit in a time stress, so i dont want to uninstall and install the program at the momen, as i am not sure if this will affect registration.
