Flashplayer wont work and web sites are weird
i have a really old mac from my moms work and i cant down load flashplayer is says somthing about damaged or incompleat

You're probably going to need Flash Player 9 I think;

Download to Desktop, double-click to unzip then open the Read Me file and note the version for PPC Mac (Plugin: flashplayer9r280_mac.dmg). Then open the folder and choose that .dmg file; double-click to start the installer and follow the instructions.
It's best to remove the existing Flash plugin before installing another version. I'm not sure if the location will be the same on 10.3, but have a look in Macintosh HD / Library / Internet Plugins. Trash the Flash Player.plugin and the flashplayer.xpt files. Don't touch anything else.
Install the version 9. Note that it may ask you to install more than once if you have more than one browser.

If you look at the "More Like This" box (top right), other threads appear. Opening them usually displays other threads. It appears you are not the only two having this problem.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

Updated my 4s and ipad3 and now both are basically useless. Cant access itunes store, app store, weather app wont work and multiple bugs with facebook. How am I supposed to fix all these problems????

When you updated your iPhone 4S and iPad3 to iOS6, what exactly do you mean when you can't access the iTunes store? Have you checked your connection to the network?

The web pages (tried different web sites) are not being displayed but the line at the bottom of the screen indicates that I am indeed on the web site. Previously, before I downloaded the the nerw version of FF, displaying of the web pages seemed slow unless I ensured by cursor was "off" the space on the screen that shows the web page.
I have checked with another browser and the web sites I went to are working and are displayed in that browser.Could be that you need to clear the cache.

after updating to Firefox 7.0.1, menu bar for Google(web ,image,video,map etc),yahoo, Facebook (message,notification,profile,home) and others site are disabled. even I cant log out from different sites cz the log out bar is completely disabled. When it updated from 3.6.9 to 3.6.13, and from 3.6.13 to 3.6.18, I didn't need to follow that process. They were already present on their own.
BTW, I'm having no problems with 3.6.18 but after learning about the existence of version 5.0.1, I'm a bit too eager to lay my hands over it.

My iPad won't let me stay on some games and web sites for more than a few minutes . It closes the site and takes me back to home screen. Why and how do I fix this?
For Safari you could try clearing its cache and history via Settings > Safari.
For Safari and your other apps you could close them all completely and then see if they work when you re-open them : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Web sites are not in color, what to do?
The only information I have is that when I downloaded Mozilla Firefox a year and a half ago, no web sites are in color, including mine. I've searched and asked and dug and given up. Now, I need Firefox to be functional.

First question I have to ask is are your other applications in color? Have you tried Safari? Is that in color? If none of your programs are in color, it's a system issue and you have better luck at the Apple forums.
If you are sure it is only Firefox, I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. You should look at the [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting-extensions-themes Extensions and Themes troubleshooting guide ] and the [[Troubleshooting plugins]] article as well.

How to turn off email and web site links?
I'm making my own letterhead template for my massage business.
I want to turn off the automatic linking to my email address and web site which are both included on my letterhead. It's just annoying that every time I accidentally click on either of those I'm taken to my web site or my computer is trying to email me!
I only snail mail my letterhead and have no use for the linking. I can change the type format so it looks like the rest of the letterhead, but I can't turn off the linking.
PaulThere is an option under Preferences > Auto-Correction to "Automatically detect email and web addresses." You want that one unchecked. There is also a link inspector, second from the right, with options to enable hyperlinks or make all hyperlinks inactive. Seems contradictory to me & I've found that if a document already has some linked text, changing these preferences doesn't change the existing links. And, if you paste in something with a link the link will still be active.

My Ipod touch wont work and ive tried everything!!

My ipod touch (8gb) just stopped working one day and I think it had something to do with being Jailbroken and having less then 20% of battery, But now it wont work and ive let it charge for 2 days straight, Ive tried plugging it into the computer - Nothing, Ive tried holding down the sleep and home button - Still nothing! please help, i dont want to get a new one because this one has absolutly Everything on it.

When you held both Sleep & Home Button, did you hold for more than 10secs until you see Apple logo?
If that still does not work
try this.....
1. Plug into a power source
2. Hold down the power button(Sleep button) for about 5 seconds
3. After 5 seconds of holding down the power button, hold down the home button while still holding down the power buttom (so now you are holding them both down) for about 5 seconds.
4. After 5 seconds of holding them both down, let go of the power button - but still keep holding down the home button - hold the home buttom alone for about 5 seconds.
You should then see the apple icon on the screen. be patient. after about 5 seconds of the apple icon on the screen, the ipod should turn on. -

How can I possword protect some files and web sites on my mac air so others using my laptop can't access them?
Set a password for your user; create other user accounts for when other people want to use it. You can create a "guest" login which gets wiped after every logout, if that's more appropriate for them.

After the Airport update today, Airport Utility 6.0 no longer sees my new Extreme or my 2 new Airport Express relay stations (same network); however, my internet is working and all Airports are green? I'm running Lion on my iMac and updated when Airport Utility prompted me to do so a few hours ago. After applying the updates is when Airport Utility stopped seeing my routers. But they are working? Thoughts?
Did you remember to completely power cycle the entire network?
You would want to do this after any update or change to the network.
If you did not do this yet......things are out of sequence.
Power off everything on the network.....all devices.....power down order is not important
Wait a few minutes
Start the modem first and let it run a minute or two by itself
Start the next device connected to the modem the same way
Work your way out on the network starting each device about a minute apart
Check the network -
