Flex 3 Beta 3 FlashVars, where did they go?

Did something change in the way FlashVars are handled in Flex
3 Beta 3?
I am working on an application and I need access to FlashVars
for some functionality, yet when the application loads,
Application.application.parameters does not get populated with any
information.
I have attached the snippet of code used in the HTML file.
In the HTML source from FireBug in FireFox, the <embed> shows
that flashVars is being passed.

Also, when using the old fashioned <object><embed
/></object> and appending variables onto the path of the
file, fileName.swf?xmlPath=moo does not populate
Application.application.parameters.

You can only sync with one computer. When you synced to the new computer it would have erased it and synced what was on the new computer.
You always need to have a backup, an iPhone is not a storage device.
When you get a new computer you need to transfer your library before syncing
If you don't have a backup you may be out of luck
The only thing would be if you're in the US and have access to the iCloud beta to reload purchases

Backing up does not transfer your photos to your computer, if you don't want to enable photo stream, you will need to transfer your photos when your device is connected to your computer using iTunes.

Thanks for the question. I understand that you are having trouble locating some application after the update to iOS 7. To troubleshoot this issue, let’s reset the home screen layout of your iPhone, which should move all of your applications to the second “page”:

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

I have an IPad and use Pages. Now half of my documents are gone. Where did they go and how do I get them back.

If you backup your iPad, then the documents should be in your backup. If you have important documents in any app, you should backup very frequently in the event that something happens so that you can restore them from the backup.
If you use iOS file sharing with iTunes, then the documents might be in your iTunes library.
If you use iCloud with Pages, check in iCloud,com and see if they appear in there. I don't think it is likely that they will be there, if they disappeared from the iPad, but it is worth a try anyway.
In the event that this is some software glitch, try closing the Pages app, reboot the iPad and then launch Pages again.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the Pages icon. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If you don't backup, don't use iOS file sharing or don't use iCloud, then most likely your files are gone and you will not be able to retrieve them.

If you backed up your iPhone to iCloud before updating the software, first try the steps under "Restore from an iCloud backup" in this article to recover your data:

IPhoto 6 "found" old photos - where did they come from?

When I opened iPhoto 6 for the first time, it updated my iPhoto library just fine. In the process a dialog opened saying it found 134 photos from somewhere, and asked if I wanted to import them. When I said YES, it created a new album and imported those 134 photos into it.
The photos ended up being old photos (2-4 years old) that I thought I had deleted a long time ago, many of my ex-wife during holidays and a vacation 3 years ago! Where did they come from? Needless to say, my new fiancee wondered why I had old photos of the ex! I thiought they were gone.
I used Spotlight to search for "IMG_0...) and found many old photos I had deleted! I do not have an old iPhoto libraray on my PowerBook G4, but the photos were still there in folders, deep inside iPhotos filing system. I deleted all the ones I needed to, all by hand within the Finder.
What happened?

I had well over 2,000 photos recovered... Also ranging from 5 years old to this past month.
There was no clear answer but the photos were recovered in large chunks (300 from December, 400 from March, 600 from January, etc...)..
The entire time I has iPhoto 5, it never worked properly (always crashed) so a lot of these photos clearly were photos not properly saved in iPhoto 5.
However, I don't see them in my main library. How do I move them from recovered to the Library?

If they were part of the backup, then restore your device from the iCloud backup.

I was having problems with getting mail from my verizon email account. Suddenly stopped working when checking mail. Sending was fine. No server settings were changed. So as a last try before the nightmare of finally giving up on them I deleted the account and then set it up again. I now get the emails but all the old ones are gone. Where did they go?
I've read all the posts about the verizon smtp ssl issues but this (the missing emails that were alreadiny in thunderbird) seems to be a TB question.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Lost photos I imported. Where did they go?

Imported digital photos from my camera to iphoto. For the first time ever they have disappeared. Where did they go?

Iphoto '11 in an imac OS 10.7.5. I have done this transferring from my camera hundreds of time to my imac. I have always selected delete photos from my camera and this is the first time in 7 years that this has happened. When i went back to iphoto the next morning there were not any of my photos there. I did a iphoto library rebuild and nothing came back. I probably should never delete the photos from my camera card, but now a lesson too late. Looking at Media Recovery? Any good?
