Flex Builder serial numbers : how to enter them?

Hi,
I downloaded two months ago "Flex Builder alpha for Linux",
as an Eclipse plug-in.
As my company is a partner of Adobe, I have serial numbers to
register flex builder.
But I didn't find any way to enter those numbers.
Please help :)

I was wondering if maybe some of you have come across the following challenge and have already found a solution.
At my customer we are implementing R/3 warehouse management (LE-WM). We are going to implement handheld devices for the order pickers to enable them to pick using transport orders (T.O.).
Some of the materials they will pick have serial numbers and need to be registrated after the T.O. has been completed using transaction LM80
As the people will sometimes pick in bulk it is required that they should be able to scan the first and last serial number of a complete range and let the system fill in the blanks.
This is to save time and to be nice to the warehouse people. They would only need to scan 2 times instead of 50 times if they pick a whole pallet.
I would like to know if any of you have already come across this and how you handled this.

Firstly, considering the first and last serial numbers and filling in the rest is good. But the challenges will be as follows:
1. What happens if the difference between the first and last is too huge? The user will see a huge list of numbers.
2. What if some in-between serial numbers are consumed already?
One probable solution can be:
1. The system suggests the unconsumed serial numbers for picking based on the actual quantity that has to be picked.
2. The user can either choose these serial numbers or modify the list with scanning based on actual picks.
The solutions can be many based on the actual way the materials are organized in the warehouse.

If your program is Photoshop Elements, then you have posted in the wrong forum. Some how your thread got posted in the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum (video editing). Please re-post your thread in the Adobe Photoshop Elements Forum or wait for a moderator to see your thread here and move it from here to there.

For a possible Premiere Elements matter...
What will not open - Photoshop Elements 10 or Premiere Elements 10? And, what computer operating system is involved?
Are you installing from installation files from download purchase or from an installation disc?
You should be able to use one of those to install the program during which it should be automatically activated
if you have an Internet connection.
Let me know if this does not open applies to Photoshop Elements 10 or Premiere Elements 10. If Premiere Elements 10, I will
go through with your troubleshooting considerations related to Premiere Elements 10.

Pantone Matching numbers (how to find them???)

Printer is asking for PMS numbers She says..... In Illustrator. Pantone Matching numbers. Your art department has to know what those are.
I can't figure out how to get them... Do all colors have a PMS number? I'm using a red and a blue color and I can only seem to get CMYK values on them...

This means that you are not mapped as a worker in the system
Go to HRMS resp..create employment...then go to sysadmin user form and query the user for which u want to associate..
then in the person field map the user which u created employment
Then you should be able to access the all the purchasing forms

Check number of enteered serial numbers in sd order

Hallo,
i need to check wether a user how many serial number were entered into a SD order by the user. this should be checked before the sales order was saved.
to do so I tried to implement the logic into User exit USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP in include MV45AFZB. The problem is: All function modules I found to determine the entered serial numbers need a document number for the selection. Due to the fact, that the sales order is not saved, yet, a document number does not exist at this time.
Does anyone know a way to get access of the serial number data of a not saved sales order?

thanks for the answe but I think that I am missing something here..
In field ANZSN has how many serial numbers have been entered from Extras-Technical objects. And I want to check the numbers that have been entered if they allready exist in another sales order. And for those numbers I cannot find the internal tables that they are keeping them..

I am trying to locate my serial numbers for the two creative cloud products? Illustrator and Photoshop.

We subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud last October, purchasing a single copy of Illustrator and Photoshop.
The Web developer we had subsequently left the company, and I removed and re-assigned the products to our new Web developer in the Adobe Creative Cloud admin console and sent the 'welcome' emails to him.
He said the mails weren't sent, so I re-removed and re-added him in the console but although it states the welcome email has been sent, the user is still marked as pending?
James has fried to use the products, both of which show up as trial versions, asking for the serial numbers to be entered to unlock the full products & I don't have any record of them, nor can I find them under the CC profile?
I purchased the software through Softcat and received confirmation emails from Adobe that the products were activated and ready to download.
What have I done wrong?
All help welcomed!

Install Flash Builder 4.5.x Upgrade without Flex Builder 3.x installed?

Edit: Is the lack of replies because no one knows the answer or because this was a ridiculously dumb question?
Also, if I must have a prior version physically installed to do the upgrade, can I install Flex Builder 3 on a temp Windows machine, upgrade that to Flash Builder 4.5.x and then transfer the license to the MacBook? Seems like a very convoluted way of doing things but if that's the only way then I suppose I can go scrounge up a spare computer to do so. End Edit

I just got a brand new MacBook Air which has Lion on it.
I have an unused boxed copy of Flex Builder 3.0 standard edition.
I tried to install 3.0 and of course I got an error along the lines of not compatible.
What I would like to do is upgrade to Flash Builder 4.5.
So the question is,
Can I buy the upgrade edition of Flash Builder 4.5 standard for Mac, then install that on my MacBook even if I don't have 3.0 installed to upgrade from?
Is it as simple of just supplying the seriel number from 3.0 when upgrading?

Well, thought I should update just in case someone else has a similar thought.
I ran out of time to wait and it seemed I wasn't going to get a response so took the chance and bought the upgrade.
The install couldn't find any prior versions so just asked for the serial for Flex Builder 3.0.
After entering that in, it thankfully installed just fine.
Would have totally sucked if it didn't work and was forced to then buy the full version.
Anyhow, relieved it worked.

Understanding Flex/Flex Builder

I'm very new to the Flex environment and I have a few broad questions I am hoping to get help understanding:
1) How does Flex work with ActionScript? Is there an ActionScript editor inside the Flex Builder app?
2) I want to import projects I developed from Flash into Flex Builder but they have timeline and ActionScript components - is this even possible?
3) Will objects I have layed out in Flash also be editable in Flex Builder?
4) Finally, should I just re-do the entire app in Flex?
The reason I am even considering using Flex is because of the ability to import text/xml data once and then compile a swf that doesn't call on the text/xml data at runtime.

When working with Flex, you use MXML and ActionScript, but after compilation it all gets compiled into ActionScript.
Flex Builder has an ActionScript editor, but it really just a text editor. Open an .as file and edit it.
2) I want to import projects I developed from Flash into Flex Builder but they have timeline and ActionScript components - is this even possible?
You cannot just import stuff you've done in Flash into Flex, and certainly not as a Flex project. But you can work in Flash and use what you have created in Flex. The Flex SWFLoader component allows you to load a SWF created in Flash and click its buttons, etc. access its data etc. Watch out though as there can be issues with versioning and security.
And then there is always Flex Component Kit for Flash.
3) Will objects I have layed out in Flash also be editable in Flex Builder?
No, you can access them and their data, but you can't edit them. You might be able to add components to containers in a Flash generated SWF, but it is not seamless by any means.
4) Finally, should I just re-do the entire app in Flex?
Hard to say. It is probably just a good idea to rebuild it in Flex, because if you are using snippets of ActionScript throughout the timeline, well that's why Flex came to be, Flash creates timeline based application nightmares, Flex is event based, which is what you want when creating real applications.

Interface: Populating serial numbers for materials in idoc

Hello All,
Do you know how can we transfer serial numbers in idocs and then updating them in sales orders agains materials......
Lets say, i have 10 materials as 10 line items in my sales order so i would get these details in idocs and then we need to create one sales order with these 10 line items and assign serial numbers to all of them......
Could you please reply me at the earliest if you know how to do this.....

Currently I'm having a dilemma with my serial numbers. I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 and Premier Elements 13 and received the "Redemption Code" to get my serial numbers. I entered the code the serial numbers were there literally 1 second, and my browser closed before I could write them down. Now I'm trying to see my serial numbers but they are no where. I'm not at all happy and some of you can imagine, my computer has never had issues with any software and now I can't install my products fully because of this issue.
Does anyone have any solutions to my issue? Much help appreciated. Cheers!

The only thing I can suggest is to try again, perhaps with a different browser that doesn't crash.
If you still can't get your s/n, try to Contact Customer Care via chat or phone, or post in a relevant forum like Downloading, Installing, Setting Up.

Inbound Delivery (WM) with Serial Numbers and HU's

Hey,
I want to use Serial Numbers with Handling Unit Management in WM.
I want to use MIGO to GR a Purchase Order and then Auto Pack the Inbound Delivery.
I also want to be able to Auto Pack the HU's with the Serial Numbers that i enter into the WM tab of the MIGO transaction.
I post the GR of my PO and get my inbound delivery. The delivery is Packed onto an HU ... BUT the serial numbers i enter are not present in the HU ?!?
Does anyone know if this is possible via MIGO? or is this available only when receiving IM deliveries??

Hi Nagesh,
The process will be to use transaction MIGO for all goods receipts, therefore i would like to automate the Inbound Delivery Create AND pack process so that we minimise the amount of user input.
Once we have entered the GR for the PO i want to automatically do the following:
1) Create the inbound delivery (which the system does because the item is going into an HU managed storage location).
2) Pack the inbound delivery (which the system does because i set the Delivery Type to 'Auto Pack')
3) Assign entered Serial Numbers to the HU - which at the moment is not happening.
I thought that by entering the Serial Numbers in the 'Serial Numbers' tab in transaction MIGO that these would be copied into the HU but this is not happening ?!?
(NB: I have serialisation procedure MMSL: Maintain goods receipt and issue doc. - set on my serial number profile).
We do not want to go into the Inbound Delivery and manually assign the serial numbers as this adds complexity and is time consuming for the User.

Laptop was stolen and I don't have serial numbers written down for police.

I had some one take my laptop while I was away from the house. I know I registered the laptop, is there a way I could find out my past information? I mean, find out what the serial numbers were by entering my name? Anything would be helpful.
