  • Flex SDK Download - checksum error

    Hello,
I downloaded the Flex SDK from
    http://www.adobe.com/products/flex/downloads/
When I unzip it (with WinRAR), I get a checksum error.
    Any advice?
    Thanks.

Thanks!   I noticed the whole site was down for a bit and is now back up.    Just wanted to be clear that this was not my initial problem - it was just the flex sdk 3.1  - which is still not available, at least for me.

  • Flex SDK Download server is down.

Incase no one at Adobe is aware, none of the downloads work for any of the files found at:
    http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4
Select an item to download, click the checkbox and once you click on the "Download Zip" link you get an error everytime, regardless of which file you are trying to download.  I've tried off and on all morning and have had the same result each time.
Here is the error message for the latest full nightly build:
The requested URL /pub/flex/sdk/builds/Flex4/4.0.0.7573/flex_sdk_4.0.0.7573.zip was not found on this server.
    Apache/2.0.52 (Unix) Server at download.macromedia.com Port 8000

Thanks!   I noticed the whole site was down for a bit and is now back up.    Just wanted to be clear that this was not my initial problem - it was just the flex sdk 3.1  - which is still not available, at least for me.

  • Oracle-XE Download Page Broken

The Oracle-XE download page ( http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/xe/index.html ) appears to be broken. Clicking on either of the links for the Linux or Windows versions is returning a 404 error. Please pass this on to the appropriate OTN staff.

    Working now

  • Download page broken

The download page for OEPE, and the instructions page, both appear to be broken - Google has a cached copy from 29 May 2009
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E14545_01/help/oracle.eclipse.tools.common.doc/html/install.html

    Ha! Too funny!!
It does NOT work in Apple's own Safari, even after reloads and cache clearing, but works fine in FireFox.
For Safari screenshot, see http://nulookgraphics.com/nobutton.png .
    THANKS!!
P.S. Time to seriously reconsider browsers. If I didn't already have FireFox downloaded, I would really have been P.O.ed. I don't like the way FireFox renders pages, such as forms, etc. But, what the heck, it displays Apple.com better than Apple does!

  • Flash Player download page broken?

Having successfully updated Java I have repeatedly attempted to update Flash Player. Whatever route I take to the download page, the "Download & Install" button is always missing.
Firefox 19.0.2, NoScript set to allow Adobe.com - sucessfully or the Java download page would have been kaput, ofc.
    Please fix your website.
    Regards
    T.

Maybe it is incorrect but that is the only URL that Adobe's website routes me to. Since your reply I have tried (safter clearing the cache and the cookies)
Adobe.com > Download > Adobe Flash Player [in the dropdown menu]
    and via
Adobe.com > Download [page]  > Get Flash Player [leftmost/uppermost of the 4 boxes on the LHS of the page].
Despite these and access via other routes through Adobe.com over, now, several hours, I have only seen this page and have never been redirected.
Please post what you belive id the correct URL, I will be pleased to try that.
PS I just checked the Shockwave player page (which I installed successfully after multiple attempts to download Flash Player - without any cache-clearing, etc.) & that displays the download button correctly.

  • Weblogic Download Page broken

The download page for Weblogic located here http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/htdocs/wls_main.html will not let you download Weblogic.
An alert box pops up saying you have to accept the license agreement to download and this alert appears even if you do select the Accept License Agreement radio button.
This occurs in both FireFox and Safari.

I have the same problem with WebLogic Workshop. I'm trying to download it from here:
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/workshop/index.html
This brings me to this URL: http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/bea_main.html#devtools
And on this page I see:
An error occurred while processing the request. Try refreshing your browser. If the problem persists contact the site administrator
Happens with IE and FF. Cleared all cookies.

  • Trial Download Page Broken?!

    At...
    http://www.apple.com/aperture/trial/
...it states "To agree to these terms, click the "Request Serial Number & Download Aperture" button, and you'll be taken to a page where you can download the 30-day Aperture 1.5 Trial."
...I see no such button ANYWHERE on the web page!! Just the text boxes for my info. I have tried reloading, and no help.
Any ideas how to download the files and get the serial number?

  • The AE CC 2014 SDK download link seems broken...

The SDK download link is currently going to a 404 page:
    http://www.adobe.com/devnet/aftereffects/sdk/cc2014_eula.html
Is there a mirror site to download the SDK (or can someone prod whoever maintains the link to fix it
    Thx.

The link that you've pasted there doesn't seem to work, but the link on the SDK download page is a different link:
After Effects CC 2014 Plug-in SDK License Agreement | Adobe Developer Connection

  • Adobe Reader download page

Is the reader download page broken? I am getting an unavailable message.

Works for me now: try from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

  • AIR SDK vs. AIR Runtime (from the download page)

On the AIR 2 Beta download pag, I'm not sure what's the difference between the AIR SDK and  the AIR Runtime.
    http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air2.html
Do I need to download both? I know I need the AIR SDK to add it to my Flex SDK in Eclipse, but what's the Runtime and do I need to download that?

AIR SDK is for developers. So if you want to create an application using Flash Builder, you need to download that SDK and overlay it in your FB.
AIR Runtime is for end users. If somebody wants to use an AIR application, he/she first needs to download and install AIR Runtime (and then the AIR application can be installed).
    Hope that clarifies.

  • How to download Flex SDK 4.5 ?

    Hi,
I am having trouble to download The Open Source Flex SDK 4.5 zip file from http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4.5
The file is only 13.2MB instead of 63MB, and when I try to open it, the archive appears to be damaged.
Is there any other alternative url for downloading this SDK?

    Thanks Darrell,
The link you provided takes me back to the same download page:
    http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4.5
The  Open Source Flex SDK Zip file downloads fine here too.
However, I am not able to open or unzip it as the archive seems to be incomplete or damaged.
Can you open that zip file?

  • Unable to download any flex sdk from site

    Hi all.
I am unable to download Flex 3 SDK from site.
I am trying to download it from the following location http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+3
Downloading is not started because of a lot of errors like
    Unable to render embedded object: File (download.gif) not found. Download (ZIP, $Unknown macro: {main.file.size.MB}
    Is there any solution?

    hi,
you are right its broken big time, i've sent an email to the Flex project manager so hopefully he will pass that on if no-one else has looked into it.
    David.

  • Linux Download Page appears broken.

    Hi.
I've been attempting to download Skype for Linux.
I can get to the download page with no problem.
I'm presented with a list of Linux distributions, from a pop down list.
This is as far as things go.  No download commences, and there is no download button.
I've tried 5 different Internet browsers so far, and I have the same response from them all.  The Linux download page is behaving like a facade with nothing behind it.
    Any ideas?
    Solved!

Why does this have an "Accepted Solution"?  That is not the solution, it's an incorrect assessment of the problem.
I've got the same problem here, so have many others.  There are no network restrictions my end, no proxy in use.  The download page only allows selection from a drop-down but performs no action after selection.  The site code is broken.
Also Ubuntu 12.04 is the latest version offered?  That's 2 years old.  the latest LTS (Long Term Service) release of Ubuntu is 14.04
Ditto that. And, as usual, no one from the skype itself is listening.

  • Flex SDK 4.5 MPL download corrupt?

I was downloading Flex SDK 4.5 MPL, the open source version, but the downloaded file was only about 13M bytes and not a valid zip archive.
    Anyone can check that?
    P.S.
Where can I find MD5/SHA1 checksums to check the integrity?

Exactly the same, reported as a bug to flex bug tracker last week, no action since. I assume the zip is either part of a multi-part series or is just corrupt, very frustrating though! Hope someone spots this or the ticket soon.
