FlexConnect support for AP 1600 an 2600?
Hi,
Does any body knows if the access point 1600 and 2600 support flexconnect mode?
thanks
Hello Alejandro,
As per your query i can suggest you the following solution-
Yes, the access-point 1600 and 2600 will support flex-connect.
You can refer the link to know how to configure flex-connect on these AP's
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/7.4/configuration/guides/flexconnect/config_flexconnect_chapter_01.html
Hope this will help you.

Add support for SCXI-1600 in 64-bit Windows
Hello,
I recently discovered that the SCXI-1600 is not supported in 64-bit Windows. From what NI has told me, it is possible for the hardware to be supported, but NI has chosen not to create a device driver for it.
I'm a bit perplexed by this position, since I have become accustomed to my NI hardware just working. It's not like NI to just abandon support for a piece of hardware like this -- especially one that is still for sale on their website.
Please vote if you have an SCXI-1600 and might want to use it in a 64-bit OS at some time in the future.
Thanks,
Doug
Hi All. Just reading about the lack of support for the
SCXI-1600 and Windows 7 (64bit) It sounds like I am in the same boat as the
rest of you. I have 4 SCXI systems and IT head office is rolling out Windows 7
(64) across the board. (Worldwide). so now I have the choice of either
purchasing 4 new systems ($160K USD), Trying to just get the Windows 7 (32)
operating system (if possible) or start buying new hardware. Then I need to
justify why I am spending this money. Like you all, it has been just so easy to
use the NI stuff but when you are forced to upgrade and there is no support for
one party it does make our job so much harder. Yes I would like 64bit support
for the SCXI-1600 module. -
Truetone for nokia 1600 and 2600
can i put a truetone to my nokia 1600 and 2600??how?
The 1600 has not PC, Bluetooth or Infrared connectivity as far as I'm aware, so you cannot transfer files to/from other phones.
If the ringtone on the old phone was supplied with the phone, it may not be transferrable or downloadable anyway, because the standard tones are normally copy-protected and supplied exclusively with the phone. -
AVC support for 3500 Series AP on 5760 platform
Hi all,
The title says it all. According to the 5760 Configuring Application Visibility and Control guide only the following AP types are supported
Cisco Aironet 1600 Series Access Points
Cisco Aironet 2600 Series Wireless Access Points
Cisco Aironet 3600 Series Access Points
What about the 3500 Series? Is it not (yet) supported? They are still relatively new and AVC works on AireOS based WLCs.
Had not yet the chance to do a test myself, so I am asking here.
Regards,
PatrickHi Patrick,
Here is the latest AVC guide for 5760. Only addition was 3700 to the list of 1600,2600 & 3600.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/5700/software/release/ios_xe_33/iosXE_3point3_AVC_DG.html
So no support for 3500.
I do not think Cisco will make it work as they want to discontinue 3500 series.

Support for C 'n' Q with CG-revision Athlon 64
Recently I bought a MSI K8T FSR motherboard and an Athlon 64 3000+, CG-revision. The new system is very stable and fast, the processor seems to be correctly identified, the only problem is Cool and Quiet isn't working.
I've installed clean copy's of Windows XP and Windows 2000, installed all latest software (corecenter etc), biosses and drivers, configured power management in Windows and enabled the feature in the bios, installed the special processor driver/software but still the clockspeed seems to be locked. The AMD cpuinfo tool and the msi corecenter both report a constant clockspeed of 2000 Mhz when run in Windows 2000 and a constant speed of 1600Mhz when run in XP. Heavy benchmarking or let the pc idling for 15 minutes, clockspeeds won't change. The constant 1600 Mhz reading in Xp is especially starnge, according the to AMD whitepaper this isn't a speedstepping for the processor, it should be switching between 1000/1800/2000Mhz. (see http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/white_papers_and_tech_docs/30430.pdf , page 9, at column ADA3000AEP4AR)
In the release notes, it says support for the CG-revision of the processor is added in the last bios version, but C 'n' Q for Cg is still to come?
In a dutch forum, I'm not the only one encountering this problem, so I suspect it's not a standalone case.
The other hardware in my system, just for the reference: zalman 7000A cooler, nexus 3000 psu, 40 GB maxtor harddisk, geforce 2 MX, 512 MB PC3200 Kingston mem.Quote

That worked! I went to the AMD site you mentioned, more specifically, this page, and downloaded the last program on the bottom of the page. After a restart, vwaa-la! 800 MHz! Never thought I'd be so happy to see my new machine run slower than my old machine.
Anyway, it works now... thanks for the help ... hope you get yours working too. -

WLC 5760 centralized mode Flexconnect support?
Hi all,
I am currently digging through the documentation about the 5760 WLC and converged access mode and found one particular information, which I need more clarification for.
This is the link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/wireless/ps6302/ps8322/ps12598/qa_c67-726507.html
And here the specific snippet:
Q. What deployment modes can the Cisco 5760 WLC and Cisco Catalyst 3850 support?
A. The Cisco 5760 WLC can operate in centralized mode (also known as local mode) as well as converged access mode, whereas the Cisco Catalyst 3850 operates in converged access mode. At this time, there is no support for office-extend access points, indoor or outdoor mesh, or FlexConnect access points on the Cisco 5760 WLC and Cisco Catalyst 3850.
Now my questions are:
Does this apply to the converged access mode only or also centralized mode?
Do 5508/WiSM2 WLCs still support APs in the specified modes even when using the new mobility architecture?
When is it planned to add support for the new platforms, if at all?
Hoping for some answers!

PatrickHi Patrick,
Why not post your question here;

Patch to add support for asynchronous validators in ValidatorGroup
I have uploaded to the bug system a patch that modifies ValidatorGroup to support asynchronous validators, that is, validators that communicate with the server to give an answer.
Feel free to comment, I am not an expert, so...
https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/CGM-45Hi All.
OEAP602 - Support for APs behind NAT
Support for APs behind NAT
In the 7.2.103.0 release, you can deploy up to 3 OfficeExtend access points (OEAPs) behind a NAT device. You can deploy up to 50 FlexConnect access points (with or without Data DTLS) behind a NAT device.
Source: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn7_2.html
I'm confused, does it mean I can't have more than 3 OEAP602s deployed in the same remote site (let say, a Hotel) with the same Public IP back to my OEAP-WLC ?I know on 7.0 MR1 only supports 1. I learned that the hard way doing a meeting at a hotel for our staff.
One thing we did was hook up a switch to port 4 and did HREAP with 2 other aps.. Not ideal but I like to test limits ..

Please Add LTE Band 12 Support for better connection
I was deeply disappointed to find the recent 5.1.1 release of Android didn't include adding Band 12 support to the Z3C! The Sony representative I spoke to in March said the phone had the radio to be able to connect via Band 12 and just needed to be enabled in the software. Recently you enabled Band 12 for the Z3 (http://www.androidpolice.com/2015/06/03/t-mobile-updates-its-xperia-z3-to-lollipop-throws-in-band-12-lte-support-for-good-measure/) so you clearly have the software to do this already, please please please add it to the Z3C software!!! For anyone on T-mobile it will equate to a substantial improvement in signal availability and strength, and everything else you do is much less important than that! Thanks.

Lte support for lumia 1520 model in india
hi,
am planning to buy the lumia 1520 here in india.
What is the model number [ rm 937 or rm 938 or rm 939 or rm 940 ] of the model sold officially in india ?
does this model have support for 4g/lte networks, irrespective of the fact that carriers in india currently do not offer 4g/lte networks ?
is it true that even if the model has 4g/lte support, it is disabled for sale in india ?
Thanks in advance
Solved!
Go to Solution.Hi hardisk88,
Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions!
The RM model compatible with India is RM-937. The phone supports LTE frequency bands, however your network provider should also support this service to enjoy LTE connections using your Lumia 1520 in India. Here's the supported LTE frequency bands: LTE bands: 2100, 1800, 2600, 900, 200.
Hope this helps. -
What IOS to get support for IGRP
Hi
Have an 2600 router, with IOS IOS (tm) C2600 Software (C2600-I-M), Version 12.3(3), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
I do not have support for the IGRP prot?
How do i get support for that, any ideas about what IOS i have to download?Access the software advisor tool on CCO at the following link and choose the option 'Find software with the features I need' and select IGRP and to find images that support IGRP.
http://cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_most_requested_tools.html
I don't know what's the model of the 2600 you have. IGRP on 2611 is supported in 12.2(11)T7 or earlier versions. It appears you may have to downgrade the code to 12.2 or earlier version to enable IGRP. But, check the software advisor tool to pick the right image.
BTW, is there any specific reason why you want to run IGRP. You can consider EIGRP, successor to IGRP, and there are lot of similarities between them.

Photoshop has detected graphics hardware that is not officially supported for 3d
From what I've read I thought 512 MB or vRAM would work with 3d. It used to anyhow. I get the pop up that says it's not officially supported for 3d, and has temporarily disabled 3d functionality.
I've tried setting the prefences under graphics processor settings to Basic, Normal, and Adavanced with no luck getting the 3d to work again. It was working fine before the last update to 13.1

Anyone have any ideas, or maybe I'm missing something. Nothing like getting an update and it busting what used to work. Dang!I can get into the 3d pref area, but not the pull down menu area at all. It's grey'd out now that I did the update.
I just find it weird that the card is on the approved list, and meets the requirments and used to work. But yeah this mac is a few years old at this point. I'm just hoping that someone at Adobe reads this and can shed some light. I'm hoping maybe there's a button I need to click on, or something cheaper then buying an entire new computer when I really don't think I need to. Photoshop has really bloated up! -
