Flickr set up does not work

When I try to upload a photo to Flickr this message keeps appearing:
"Do you want to set up iphoto to publish to flickr?"
I have followed the set up process a dozen of times, but iPhoto keeps asking the same question. In Flickr I can see the permission to use iPhoto uploader, but iPhoto doesn't seem to recognize it.
I have searched all over the internet and cannot find a solution.

Exact same problem here.
Environment:
- iPhoto '09, running on Leopard 10.5.8.
- I did not have a Flickr account yet.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Clicked the "Flickr" button in iPhoto 09, received popup "Do you want to set up iPhoto to publish to Flickr".
2) Clicked "Set Up", got redirected to Yahoo Flickr in Safari.
2) Created my Yahoo account as prompted.
3) Clicked "Flickr" button in iPhoto 09 again. Got same popup, clicked "Set Up" again.
4) In the newly opened Safari window, entered my Yahoo credentials. When asked, confirmed that I wanted "iPhoto Uploader" to have full access to my Flickr albums.
5) Verified that iPhoto Uploader had indeed been added to the access list in Flickr using the link provided on the Flickr webpage.
Actual result:
* Popup disappears from iPhoto, but immediately re-appears asking for same "Set Up" procedure.
I followed this endless loop about 5 times, each time entering my Yahoo credentials, each time verifying that iPhoto Uploader had been granted access to Flickr.
Conclusion:
* iPhoto 09 has high-severity bug, Flickr functionality does not work at all.

This is really unfortunate. I'm sorry that nothing works. I was going to mention holding down the power button and doing a force shutdown but you already did that. You might need to take it into the Apple store. I don't know if booting into safe mode would help. You would have to turn off the machine again, hit the start button and hold down the shift key after you hear the tone, but normally you would let go of the shift key when you see the apple logo and spining wheel. Maybe by holding down the shift key after you here the tone will cause the screen to come back on? The other option is to start up from the 'install disk' if your machine came with one. You would insert the disk, then shut down the computer, and hold down the C key right after hitting the start button.

Despite my spell check being set, it does not work in Hotmail and some other websites.

I have the setting for spell check set up but it does not work on some sites like hotmail. I go to the spell check button in hotmail and it tells me that my browser will automatically check as I type but it doesn't. I've searched to override this or to get the spelling checked independently but without any luck, Any suggestions?

Not all locales come with a dictionary installed for licensing reasons.
If you do not have the en-US locale then check that you have a dictionary installed (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions).
You can see which dictionary is selected if you right-click in a text area and open the ''Languages'' submenu.
Also make sure that [[X]"Check Spelling" in the right-click context menu has a tick.
You can also try to toggle the "Check Spelling" item off and on again.

Set CLASSPATH does not work, how do I run java.exe?

Hi guys,
I have a problem running the java.exe and I'm using Win XP. Here is my problem:
Under the command prompt, I set the path: path = C:\Program Files\Java 2\j2sdk1.4.2_05\bin
Then I created a folder in E:\Hello. I save my Hello.java in that folder, and I compiled it:
javac Hello.java
Now, there is a Hello.class created in that folder.
Then I try to run it: java Hello
but I got an error: "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Hello"
So, I try to set CLASSPATH, however, the problem remains, no matter how hard I try.
Any ideas?

You have a file named "Hello.java".
In that file you have a non-public class which is NOT named "Hello". Instead it is named something like "HelloWorld" or even "hello" (case matters.)

Adobe 6: Setting PrinterJobControl does not work

I'm using Visual Basic 5 for creating PDF-Files to archive some documents. I want Adobe to put the files automatically to a specified folder. In the Adobe-API I read that I have to set an entry in the PrinterJobControl-RegKey.
I tried this but it doesn't work. The distiller still ignores the entry.
Here is a picture of the RegKey.
The path of my application (300001.exe) is correct. The folder for the pdf-file also exists and the file doesn't.
What did I wrong? I become desperate with this.. !

Lead Selection does not work after setting filter for ALV.

Hi, Can you please suggest on below scenario :
I have a Node with a sub node in it .
I am using the supply function on Sub Node to retrieve the date based on Parent Node.
There are two ALV's to display parent and item data. The issue is when a filter(user defined filter) is done on Parent table, the supply function does not work. The value is that of the selected row before setting the filter. Even after removing the filter, the item data is stuck and does not change on Lead Selection.
One thing I noticed is if the child table is a table UI, there is no issue. The only problem is when the second table is ALV

Write the below code inside the event handler method

The above code sets the data node of child alv based on lead selection of parent alv data.

If you want to control the data of child alv on filter function, you can use the event ON_STD_FUNCTION_AFTE and once you define the filter you get the r_param->id = 'SALV_WD_FILTER_DEFINE' & now you can clear data of child alv.

Silverlight 5 binding on a property with logic in its setter does not work as expected when debug is attached

My problem is pretty easy to reproduce.
I created a project from scratch with a view model.
As you can see in the setter of "Age" property I have a simple logic.

Case 1: Debugger is attached =>

Case 2: Debugger is NOT attached =>
TextBox value will be "18" and TextBlock value will be "18" - CORRECT
It seems that when debugger is attached the binding does not work as expected on the object that triggered the update of the property value. This happens only if the property to which we are binding has some logic into the setter or getter.
Has something changed in SL5 and logic in setters is not allowed anymore?

Inputting the value and changing it straight away is relatively rare.
Very few people are now using Silverlight because it's kind of deprecated...
This is why nobody has reported this.
I certainly never noticed this problem and I have a number of live Silverlight systems out there.
Some of which are huge.

As above, I have also tried downloading a later version, also tried downloading Google Chrome, none work. I have tried using my laptop at several different wifi connections in USA and Firefox does not work on any. So it is not a wifi set up problem in our home in USA. I am running X.P and I.E 6. When I downloaded I.E 8 that would not work either, so I had to re set the laptop back to a date a week ago.

You have to slide to unlock to bring up the keyboard if a passcode is set. If you can't slide then try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order

Get/Set-NetQosPolicy with GPOs does not work

   I am trying to set the QoS policy in a GPO via P$; I am using the latest patched 2012R2 Windows P$. I have noticed that when you run the command and use the
switch -PolicyStore GPO:DOMAIN\GPONAME the command does not work. Bug ??
   If you type an incorrect/non-existant GPONAME the command returns an error correctly saying:
PS C:\> Get-NetQosPolicy -PolicyStore GPO:DOMAIN\GPONAME
Get-NetQosPolicy : Group policy object not found on domain controller.
   If however you enter an existing GPONAME, the command simply returns without giving any error or output (regardless of
whether or not the GPO has a policy in it).
   Further, if you try and set/new a policy in a GPO the command returns a very odd error:
PS C:\> new-netQoSPolicy -Name "TestPolicy" -IPProtocolMatchCondition TCP -DSCPValue 24 -Port 5067 -PolicyStore GPO:DOMAIN\GPONAME
new-netQoSPolicy : The system cannot find the file specified.
Any Ideas ? I know I can use the Set-GPPrefRegistryValue or Set-GPRegistryValue; but I was looking for a neater way of doing this.

Try " | get-member" to see if it returns anything...

I also notice That when I make a pattern of a single color, when I fill a selection with the pattern I get a rainbow of different colors.
I am running a 64 bit version of Photoshop from the CS6 Masters Collection
I am on a PC with a Intel i7 1366 4 physical cores and 8 threads, 24 Gig of DDR memory, A Crucial 512 Gig SSD and a NVIDIA GTX 570 with 2 Gig of memory.
The document size is 2100 by 1500 Pixels at 300 PPI only two layers

Make sure you are linking to the application and not a shortcut. If using Mac OSX you may need to reveal hidden folders.
