Floating point key figure does not clear completely with delete function

When executing a planning layout and/or a planning function, a floating
point key figure with a residual amount attempts to be deleted but does
not truly delete. The residual value remains.
We wrote an OSS note and below is the response and this was few months before.
<b>Yes, unfortunately this is the effect of both the system design and the
database aggregation. So one has to live with these effects or you can
use other data types as packed numbers instead (type amount with data
type curr, here addition and deletion is always exact with the technicaltechnical decimals).</b>
Since we have already configured and the data is stored in database, not sure if there is a way to convert to Packed numbers as well.
Did any one experience the same issue and is there a solution ?

yes, I had the same experience once.
We did not find any better solution than use a "normal" key figure instead of the floating point.

Key figure does not exist

After SCM and Liive Cashe migration , when we run transaction /SAPAPO/SDP94 the following error message is appearing :
" Key figure does not exist " .
Does somebody has any Ideas ? any logical flow for resolution ?

Check on the following
1) Check whether the planning area is initialised after migration
2) Look for any pending transports during migration
3) Check any key figures maintained with calculation type N
4) Check sap note 1352371
5) In case if the error still exists, run report
/SAPAPO/PSTRUCONS

Average in Results row in calculation properties for Bex Key figure does not work in Analysis for Office 1.4.7

We are moving from Bex 3.5 to Bex 7.0 and using Analysis for Office 1.4.7
We have queries that do an average for the results rows of dynamic calculations and the queries will not open in Analysis for Office 1.4.7 (example is below)
We get an error message that can be found below
We were able to open the queries in Analysis 1.4.5 with the correct results.
We do not understand why it worked in an older version and not the new one.
Is there something missing in the version 1.4.7 of Analysis for Office that is preventing our queries from running?
We do not want to move back to 1.4.5 because the performance is better in 1.4.7.

I just checked 1.4.7 by making "Calculate Results As.." for Key figure and formula to Average(and also tried others as well). No error is coming in Analysis Office. reason might be because of other reason

Found a note explaining the significance of these errors.
It says:
"NZE-28862: SSL connection failed
Cause: This error occurred because the peer closed the connection.
Action: Enable Oracle Net tracing on both sides and examine the trace output. Contact Oracle Customer support with the trace output."

I know that the password is correct and have rechecked this by changing it a few times
and I still get the same result.
My network internet service provider is not interested and says to call Epson.

I personally suggest the new Drobo FS. Since it has an iTunes server built in and you can use any size sata hard drive in it it is better and a NAS that has to use the same size drives.

Please go to transaction code OB41 and for the posting keys 12 and 22 please ensure that there is a tick mark for the special G/L indicator. Then your entry can be completed.

Virtual Key Figures its not populated when execute query

I did a BADI for populate a Virtual Key Figure, I follow the instructions of link

I saw this:
I put a break point on P_KYF_ZVIRTKF = 16., then I saw that P_KYF_ZVIRTKF obtain value 16.
Then on sentence: assign component P_KYF_ZVIRTKF of structure C_S_DATA
to <FS_ZVIRTKF> , when the system pass this line, I review the sy-subrc and is equal 4, as I understood the ASSIGN sentence did not be complete, the value shoul be 0.
Then when the system try to run the sentence: <FS_ZVIRTKF> = 10 the system send an Execution error that say: GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED...
Error analysis
    You attempted to access an unassigned field symbol
    (data segment 32780).
    This error may occur if
    - You address a typed field symbol before it has been set with
      ASSIGN
    - You address a field symbol that pointed to the line of an
      internal table that was deleted
    - You address a field symbol that was previously reset using

F-32 - Posting Key 07 does not permit specification of a spl G/L Indicator

Pl help on following -
Customer has following
Advance Rs. 10000 - Entered via T.code F-28 (Note We have different type of advnces collected from a customer and therefore we entre special G/L Indicator here, .i.e. "A")
Outstanding Invoice Rs. 6000 - From Sales Module
In F-32, partical payment we want to clear the Advance, so that System should knock off Invoice and keep 4000 as credit balance for further adjustment.
However after we simutlate, we are getting error -
"Posting Key 07 does not permit specification of Spl G/L Indicator (Message No. F5761) which suggest to make following configruation changes.
To correct above issue, I tried to correct the accounting configuration (OB41) for posting key 07 and selected "Speical G/L' Check box in 'Other attribute. Here I have also provided the allowed Spl G/L Indicator i.e. "A".
However after above changes done, system is now reporting message F5311 "Incorrect automatic posting are cancelled" and coming out from F-32 Tcode itself.
One last oberservation, In OB41, for posting key 07 "Payment Transction' tick is NOT selected. Actually posting key 07 is "Other Clearing". In posting key 08 which is "Payment Clearing" , I can see 'Payment Transction" is Selected. Is this making the difference.
So I am in complete mess. Please help.

Some time ago, I've installed the nuGet package for self-hosted signalR applications on a project. Today, I went to start a completely unrelated project, one that does not have that package (or any package at all), and has absolutely nothing to do with owin,
asp.net, signalR or anything else related to that package.
Now in this project, when I try to create a Socket, I get an InvalidOperationException: "The key 'LocalizedPerfCounter' does not exist in the appSettings".
The exception seems to be handled and the program proceeds, but it's annoying.
Also, I'm seriously concerned. Here I'm not trying to create some arcane ASP.NET thing that calls down into a dozen layers and six different configuration frameworks before actually getting to the TCP stack. I'm doing a plain straight new Socket(AddressFamily.InterNetwork,
SocketType.Stream, ProtocolType.Tcp).
How is it possible for a nuGet package that installs unrelated DLLs to another solution entirely to affect something that resides in the basic System.dll? What business does it have interfering with very low-level network calls?

Getting Process instance with key '0' does not exist.

I am doing a request based provisioning task.When I request for a resource the approvers are able to approve the request but the user is not created.

Process instance with key '0' does not exist
Such issue typically appears when the Provisioning is initiated without "Auto Save" i.e. before ORC_KEY entry goes in the OIU table...
Second possibility can be that the mandatory attributes in the process form are not populated..
Third possibility can be that the Status is Waiting... And Resource is dependent on another Resource...
Are you able to Direct Provision the account? I mean without raising Request Based provisioning?
Please give us following details:
(1) Resource Profile:-status of Auto Save
(2) Approval Process:- status of Auto Save and Auto Pre-Pop
(3) Prov Process:-status of Auto Save and Auto Pre-Pop.
(4) Is the object form properly populated?
(5) Is the Process form properly populated?
(6) Any Exception occurred during Approval process?
(6) In the OIM Database, fire the following query:-

MQ Adapter does not clear the rejected message from the queue

Hi All,
I'm using a MQ Adapter to fetch the message from the queue without any Backout queue configured. However, whenever there is any bad structured message found in the queue, MQ adapter rejects the message and moves the message to the rejmsg folder but does not clear it off the queue, as a result of which it keeps retrying the same hence, filling the logs and the physical memory. Somehow we do not have any backout queue configured so I can move the message to blackout queue. I have tried configuring the jca retry properties and global jca retry as well but to no avail.
- Is it not the default behaviour of MQ Adapter to remove the rejected message from the queue irrespective of Backout queue is configured or not? The same behaviour working well with the JMS and File Adapter though.
- Is there any way I can make MQ Adapter delete the message from that queue once it is rejected?

After hiighlighting a word and pasting it into another document, the clipboard does not clear ;when I hit enter it pastes again and again. How do I fix it?

When I highlight a word or phrase and copy to the clipboard, then paste it in another area the clipboard does not clear the phrase. Therefore, every time as I type and hit the enter key it continues to paste the phrase all over my document. I do have the latest download of Firefox installed (16.0, win 7 and that is when this started. How do I stop this obnoxious behavior so I can type a sentence with normalcy?

BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST - DOES NOT CLEAR OUT ERROR

In ME21N I want to validate the field Commodity Code - STAWN. I have used the BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST*
. Have used get_foreign_trade() in the PROCESS_ITEM method . I am able to throw an error . It is doing it but*
after throwing error then when we give a valid Commoditycode too it is still showing the error and not clearing the error .*
As suggested by Dean Q I used INCLUDE mm_messages_mac,
tried im_item->set_foreign_trade( ls_mepo_eipo) still when a valid Commodity code is entered after an invalid one it does not clear out the error. In fact on checking using break-point I found that the second time it does not enter into the method PROCESS_ITEM. Any help is welcome

In SE18 give ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST as the enhancement spot and display. At the left side of the screen you can see the badi definition ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. Expand the tree and double click on implementations. You can see the enhance implementations created. Double click on the enhancement implementation and in that screen there is a check box 'Implementation is active' and field 'Effect in current client'.
If you know the enhancement implementation name(not the badi implementation name), you can check it directly from se19.
