Flow of order reasons from crm to r/3

Hi All
I just want to know whether orders can be flowed from CRM to R/3.
In my scenario i am creating a return order in CRM with order reasons and will be replicating the same to R/3. Do order reasons also replicate to R/3 in this case.
If so what are the customizing settings i need to carry out????

However, I missed to mention that we have two set of users One is for Finished Goods and another for Spares.
Only Spares users need to be prevented from creating Direct/Manual Sales Orders in Oracle.
As you suggested, if this will be done at Form level, that may Disallow FG users also to create Manula Sales Orders which should not be the case.
Further, I tried to test one scenario through Processing Constraints but it did not work.

Hi Madhu,
You can do by making distribution lock set in further statuses of the CRM sales order.
It will stop replication of CRM sales order to ECC.

Order Reason in CRM

Hi Expert!
I have configured Order Reason in CRM downloading the object CRM_CATALOG and having configured the Catalogs, Code Groups and Subject Profiles. I need to know whether it is possible - via customizing - defaulting in one business transaction always one specific order reason.

Hi,
Putting a default reason code is not possible with standard. You can make use of Badi's for this.

Sales Order data from CRM

Hi all,
I want to upload Sales Order data from CRM to BW with DataSource "0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I".
The upload fails due to missing information that are needed in the first update rule of the Sales ODS "0CRM_SALO". In this update rule some formulars on data field level are created that require this information.
Examples of fields that are not delivered from the CRM:
0CRMLREQSCH     L. Req. Deliv. Date
0CRM_DLVSCH     Last Delivery Date
0CRMPAVSCHW     MAD (Requested)
0CRMPAVSCHC     MAD (Confirmation)

So what is to do? Enhance the extractor or are there alternatives.

Sales order replication from crm to r3

Hi All,
User created the SO's in web, that SO are replicated to the CRM online, when we validate the SO it flow into R/3.
There are specific three sales order which are not flowing into r3, in crm document flow it showing as document is replicated to r3, but when we check in r3 using the va02 transaction it showing the error msg as "Document in not exist in data base or archived" this msg.
We changed the values and try to replicated to the r3 but issue will be the same, still we are gettting the same problem for only these three document. even ATP check is not happing for these three sales document.
can any tel us report "SDRQCR21" will help us to solve this error.
Please help to solve this is issue on priority.

I checked the smw01, it showing error as Message no. V1302, "document is not in database or has been archived".
this is issue occurring only for specific business partner.
Is there any way to forcefully push the SO from crm to ecc.
standard report in ecc will help to resolve this issue "SDRQCR21" , even ATP check is not happening for this specific customer in production, we tried with same data in pre-prod system there is no issue.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

Sales Order transfer from CRM to R3

Hi experts,
I'm working on SAP CRM system (release 6.0). I'm trying to transfer a business transaction, a sales order, from CRM to R3 but, when I go to the transaction "SMW01" in order to check the BDOCS, I face this errors:
- "No authorization for maintaining sales documents in [client organizational unit][distribuition channel][division]";
- "R/3 adapter is called";
Nevertheless the opposite flow is performed: all the sales documents created on R3 are tranfered to CRM.
All the queues are registered.
The CRM business transaction has the same configuratiosn of the corresponding sales document in R3.
Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Stefano,
did you check the user authorization in R/3? The scenario you've described is possible it the user the R/3 uses to connect to CRM has full authorization, however the user the CRM system uses to connect to R/3 not.

Sales Order Issue From CRM to R/3

Hi Gurus,
We have an issue where all Bulk ISS orders are showing up in the OTD BW reports as unreported even though they have been reported shipped. The issue appears to be, that for ISS orders only, the schedule line item number for the base bulk line, shows up as "4001" and not "1" as it typically does. The manual orders and all EDI orders do flow through with a schedule line number of "1", but not the ISS orders. Please investigate why this is occuring for ISS orders. .
Further to this issue ...
Order XXXXXX is a CRM order for sales BOM material and this order in R/3 has the schedule line item number for item XX as XXXX. It appears that all Sales BOM orders from CRM are getting the schedule line item number of 4001. Please debug and investigate as to where this is coming from.
It is basically abt Schedule line number instead of
1 it is 4001 ...

You need to create a Site (r3) and suscription for replication in tx SMOEAC . The suscriptions area standard: product, business partner, sales document, etc.
Also you need defined filter for customizing replication and data replication in tx R3AS and R3AC1.
You can use best practice for replication. You can access on: http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/index.htm. Access to "C03: CRM Master and Transaction Data Replication".

Order reasons in CRM 4.0

Hi experts,
We are working on CRM 4.0 and R/3 4.6c as the background.
As part of our busines requirement we need to make order reason as the mandatory field while creating sales transaction in CRM .We have customized bringing order reasons through Activity Reason functionality in CRM .
we have implemented a BAdi "CRM_ORDERADM_H_BADI".for making this activity reason as mandatory.
every time we create sales transaction we need to put twice the activity reason inorder to get this BAdi to activate.
Can anybody plz advice me in this regard why it is behaving like this?

Service order replication from CRM to R/3- Error confirmation status

Hi,
We are trying to replicate a service order created in CRM 5.0 to R/3 ,
the service order is saved without any errors both the item and transaction have status released but when we try to create a service confirmation as followup it shows a message "Service process 8000000023 cannot be confirmed due to its status"
and on checking in txn:SMW01 it shows status as "sent to recievers" and a message "R/3 adapter called"
Please can you tell me regarding the status that is to be maintained for successfull upload of service orders to R/3.

The status of the item shows "To be distributed" when i try making changes it shows a message
"Document being distributed changes cannot be made"

Problem in sales order replication from CRM to R/3

As per the best practices I have done number range setting and other settings for sales order transction in both CRM and R/3 system.Though few errors the sales order doc is saved in CRM but it is not replicating to R/3 system.Can anybody help me how to solve this problem.

"Header Data-An error has occured in the system RTD_040(R/3 system) while copying the document.
"Item 10-An error has occured in the system RTD_040 while copying the document
I think the above errors issue from R/3,i find the error diagnosis report which says the following
Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
Diagnosis
Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log. Also Please check the STANDARD COST ERROR - CONTACT xxxx MARKETING.
Transmission log
SALES_HEADER_IN processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
Sales document 0009000051 is not changed (Notification E V4 219)
Can you please analyse and help me out how to sort out this.

Best practice to create order extract from CRM to Business Objects

Is there a "best practice" to extract orders created/changed on a daily basis to Business Objects. We have considered trying to use the standard CRM BI extractors, but we are not sure this is possible without actually running a SAP BI system. Is there a way to extract data already captured in the BDOCs.

Unable to print order invoices from CRM in V3

Hi, in old interface I can print off individual invoices for orders received but when I try in V3, I get a very poor result which looks more like a screen print.
I have tried doing this for individual orders and bulk orders but with same result.

I'm not seeing a difference when viewing the print previews in both v2 and v3. Maybe I'm missing something but if you could provide more details like a screencast of the differences please post here.

Creation of an ERP Sales Order or ERP Quotation from CRM Opportunity

The scenario is as follows:
I have done the cross-system copy control of transaction types and item categories to enable ERP Quotation and ERP Sales Order creation from CRM Opportunity. However, after saving the CRM Opportunity, when I click on the follow-up transaction and select ERP Quotation or ERP Sales Order from the list, the screen doesnt change and instead I got the following error:

"Enter either a reference or an interface view"
Any information on what should be entered in the reference or the interface view? What should be the used component name and interface view name in this scenario?
