FM req for PM--Func Loc's Equipment.
Hi
I need to display the no. of equipments under a Function Location in the PM,aslo the No. of Material under each equipment.
Is there any any SAP FM there to disply all the equip under each FL & so the no of matnr under each equipment.
Please tell me ,how to do this,or the tables so that I can relate all this.

For the equipment and functional location link, you can use view ITOB. For the equipment to material link, you will have to use tables EQST, STKO and STPO.

Material issues for equipment from already issued materials for FL(Func Loc
Hi,
At my client place, the working nature is 24x7. Store is closed by 3:00PM and no material is issued after that. So, Departments get issued materials for the Functional location at once and distribute(consump) materials for Equipments as per requirement under that Funcitonal location. Our client wants that when material is consumped for equipments it should be issued from functional location issued materials.
E. g. : For the funtional location "SSSL-1000-DG" 50,000 litre oil has been issued. Now, for lubrication of Equipments under this Functional location, Oil should be issued(debited) from this functional location. suppose, 1000 litre has been consumped for "ABC" Equipmnets. So, balance Oil of Functional location will be 40,000 litre.
Please help me.

Generally material/consumption booking is done thorugh warehouse only.
Once you issue the material from warehouse against F.L. cost center it will get updated with that F.L only.
If you want that material to be booked against equipment then you need to issue against equipment only.
You can create another store at maintenance side. Or just take the material from store and on next day book against required equipment.

if I run the report "RALM_ME_FUNCLOC_LIST" with SE38 and selection parameter func. loc. typs "S" I don't receive a newly created func. loc.
If I do the same using transaction IH06 with the same parameter, I receive the newly created func. loc.
The same happens I I start the initial replication for func. locs. The newly created isn't transfered.
Any idea?

Unfortunatly, if you look at the code a note is reffered: 772443 . There it says you cannot select from the FLTYP field (even if it is available for data entry).

Functional location for the respective material and equipment in a report
i want to show the functional location for the respective material and equipment in a report designed for plant maintenace module..how should i add a field in the report which already contains the order , material and equipment no ?..just have to add a field functional location in that report. Can anyone plzz tellme from which table should i fetch the data .?
From EQUI get the recent/valid EQUZ record.
From EQUZ get the ILOA record.
ILOA holds the TPLNR for the equipment.
And from ILOA you can get IFLOT.
edit: just noticed you can use V_EQUI as well.

I know that the minimum PSU req. for this card is 500W.
However, my system is a mATX MSI B85 motherboard with a i5 4570s, so it drains very little power as it is. I'm currently using ATI HD6850 and it never goes over 200W at the wall. (Idle's at 40W, 110W playback)
My PSU is a Silverstone SFX 450W 80 Bronze. (2x6 pin). Do you think my PSU will be able to power this card without problems? Will it be sensitive to the coil whine problems?
I'm waiting for the GTX970 "Lite" which is not overcloked" just to keep things under control power wise, but the GTX 970 Gaming edition seems appealing as soon as it comes back to the market.

as for your PSU it has alot more Ripple on the +12v Rail then a more quality unit!
a Corsair CX450W PSU has around 20Mv ripple at full load
yours has around 140Mv ripple (7 Times more) which is high and I would suspect quite audible Whine would be induced!

My Silverstone PSU is "supposed" to be a quality PSU. I needed a SFX PSU for my case and there aren't many options anyway.
the +12V is 36A.

Purchase req. for activity/element cannot be generated

I want to creat a new external activity,but the Purchase req. for activity/element cannot be generated. The Messagr No. is CN705.
I checked the network activity,I fount that the"Reservation/ Purchase Requisition" be setted option 2 ( From Release). I want this should be with option 3 (immediately).
I have checked network profile , the option 3 (immediately) is setted.
Is there any other place where we set this setting. Please share your valuable opinion.

If it is appearing in display mode only (It must be made to "display" only in SPRO at Field settings for Network) then it is not possible for the users to change it in the operative project. If you have made the changes in the Network profile for Pur.reqn. after the Project / NWA is created and released then create a fresh Network /activity and check.

The table which contains the document assignment is DRAD table. Where you have to pass your equipment number or Functional location in Object Key field DRAD-OBJKY along with this object as DRAD-DOKOB. In case of equipment the entry in *DRAD-DOKOB as EQUI and in case functional location it will be IFLOT.
This is how you can find out attached documents based on document type per equipment or Functional location.

You can try to check out the Function module ALM_ME_TOB_CLASSES to see how they fetched class, characteristics and their values.
You can keep a break-point in this module and run MAM30_031_GETDETAIL and check how we can pass the appropriate values.
However, above FMs are available from PI 2004.1 SP 14 of release 4.6c, 4.7 and 5.0.
If you are in ERP 6.0, the FM's are available.

Req for new s/w platform upgrade
many of asha 311 are asking for full software upgrade i.e from DP2.0 to ASP1.0x . With humble req to nokia s/w developers pls provide software upgrade to ASP1.0 x
look asha 311 is a high end fone with good hard ware but do not have perfect suitable sw thats new ASP1.0x it has good memory as compared to asha 500 series .
As we all know that asha 500 series has very less internal memory ram and rom. But still they are equipped with asp1.0x . If we install it on asha 311 it will sell more fast like hot cakes and more than its brother asha 500 series . And will have very good speed .
DP 2.0 is just a bulk of useless sw .
So pls provide ASP1.0x as next sw update pls pls plsEven lumia series have got new software upgrade to amber

Tables or FM needed to get purc req for a sales order

when you go to the /sapapo/rrp3 transaction ( product view ) in SCM system you will get lot of views for a given product and location like elements, periods, pegging overview etc.,. . In the pegging overview for example we have recpt element and reqmt element colums which contain the sales order number and purchase req number. I want to know the database tables names where i can get this information. basically i want to what are purchsae reqs or purchase orders linked to a given sales order or material.

Than you have to go to individual table and read actual product from GUID.

We have material planners who use MD07 (traffic signal screen) Stock/Requirements List, Collective Access tab to review material requirements by MRP Controller. Once the list is created, they select individual materials and review them in MD04. In a lot of cases, Purchase Reqs (PRs) are reviewed and adopted into POs individually for each material. Sometimes they will combine multiple PRs for one material into one PO. This is a good practice. However, from what I have found, it is not possible to combine multiple PRs for multiple materials into one PO. If this was done it would dramatically reduce the number of POs that we are issuing to suppliers. Problem statement: We issue too many POs which causes additional influxes down the line (receiving dock/goods receipts processing, receiving issues, invoices, invoice issues, etc.). Does anyone know of a way to address this problem without a major overhaul in approach or customization of the system? Thank you in advance!

As far as I know, this is not possible directly from MD07, only from the MM transactions.
The following thread suggests the following procedure to convert several PRs into one PO:
Conversion of multiple PR into single P.O
Drag and drop the first PR from the item overview to the shopping card on top of ME21N,
then open the PO detail delivery schedule tab and drag and drop all other PR to the shopping card shown in the schedule tab
You can use the same procedure, calling the order conversion from MD07 and then drag and drop another PRs into this PO.

Automatic Inspection Lot Creation for HUs (storage Loc.) in WHS

can someone guide me through customizing/with end result expected from client. How can I setup this configuration.
The requirement is all Chem.Raw Materilas are subject to Quality inspection with HU managed storage Loc. with WMS.
Good Receipt is posted Via Vl31n into Quality Stock. Subsequently a Transfer Order will be created & confirmed to transfer of materials from 902 interim storage type to destination storage type and bin. (due to lack of space in the Whse).
Now expected is that when Usage decision made (Quality Managment) the stock type should change from Q to Unresticted within the same bin and same storage type and material should be made available to issue for orders.
Also when GR is done 101 mvt. an inspection lot should generate automatically in Whse under the quant.

Generally WM movement type '309' is assigned for posting change (Sap standard setting). This movement type is generally assigned against 321 IM movement type.
Modify the settings for WM movement type '309' as below:
Path: LE -> WM -> Activities -> Transfers -> Define Movement types
- Automatic TO X (activate)
- Activate 'To item can be confirmed immediately'
- Activate 'propose confirmation'
- Activate 'post to same bin'
This should solve your problem.
On your other question
Generally the inspection lot is assosiated with the WM
stock and Quant if the stock Quality stock is posted to bins directly.
Please display the Quant using LS23 and let me know your findings.
