Hi Experts,
I need FM to create equipment task group counter by copying the existing one.
Manully we do this through the Tcode : IA01 but i want to do this through the Prog... for that i wrote one bdc it is creating some problem.
Please let me know any FM avaliable IN 4.0B

UWL - Subsitution rules: create new tasks group

Hi all,
When creating new substitution rules in UWL, we can choose between three task groups (All, Disciplinary, Professional).
Is it possible to create new task grouping, and so, group task by task type/ID ? How can I define new grouping?

This can be achieved by maintaining task classes and assigning substitution profiles to task classes as per your needs.
Then you can assign the required tasks to the task classes.
There is a very well explained document on this scenario.

How to Create New Maintenance Order using IP30 against the deleted one

Dear Sir,
We have an equipment having Monthly Maintenance Schedule . Using IP30 , we had generated Maintenance Order for next 3 months (i.e Jan / Feb / March ) . Due to some change in the Task List , We decided to Delete these earlier generated Maintenance Orders and then generate the fresh Orders usiing IP30 . To set Delete Indicator , we used Tcode IP02 and these Orders were marked with Delete Indicator .
Subsequently using IP30 , we tried to generate fresh Maintenance Orders ( for month Jan / Feb / March ) for this Maintenace Plan. But no fresh Orders are getting generated . On Analysing it further , we find that for this Maintenance Plan ( Tcode IP02) under the tab <Maintenance plan Schedule Call > , against the Jan / feb / March months Sceduling Type/Status is appearing as "Schedule Completed" .
Kindly guide us as how can we generate the fresh Orders .

I would suggest two option for this query:
Option1: You can use the existing (deletion flaged) orders, by deleting all the operation in the created PM order and in order, goto Extras - select the Task list which you have done changes. In this option your exsisting plan is not distrubed.
Option2: If any way you want new PM orders, then Goto schedule of the plan & restart, system will ask wheather to delet/ skip the existing schedule.
Hope this options will help you to take decision.

I want to create a "batch file" that will copy files from one folder into another, overwriting what is currently in there.

I've got a game that has a folder with Saved Games (Okay, it's Minecraft). I don't always have my external drives because I take my Mac Mini from my house to my friend's house and of course back after we finish playing.
There are times where I want a back up so that if something happens we can restore it as easily as possible.
What I've been doing is copying the particular saved game and pasting it to my desktop, replacing the new backup over the old backup. I'd like to be able to create a "batch file" so that I can just double-click on it and it will copy and paste overwriting the old version.
Since this is being automated I've been thinking. It would be nice to have 10 backups which I would like to have numbered from 1 to 10 (and not 0 to 9).
I'd like the batch file to delete backup 10 then rename backup 9 to 10 and 8 to 9 and so forth until backup 1 becomes backup 2 and then my live copy then gets copied to my desktop. I guess that one really doesn't need a number after it. It can have the exact same name.
Don't worry about automating the restore. I just want the backup part of it automated. I'm not a UNIX guy but I've tried to figure it out and it is just not working. So ... if someone out there can reply with a solution for me that would be great.
Extra credit for automatically compressing the backups with the built in compression utility so my backups use less space.

I have another psd (adjustment_layer.psd) file that only has one layer, and it is an adjustment layer. .
That is possible. An adjustment layer must be over a layer. The layer that it is over can have its visibility off but there needs to at least two layers in your (adjustment_layer.psd) file. For you can not have and adjustment layer without a layer to adjust.
Are all your PSD file the same in size x px by y px at z DPI?
It would be easy to create an action just to add the adjustment layer you want if your (adjustment_layer.psd) file adjustment layer, layer mask is a reveal all or hide all mask. You can Batch the action or use the Image processor script and have it include your action that add the adjustment layer you do not need to write a script.
I would also record that action to add the adjustment layer clipped to the layer below. There is a bug in CS4 and CS5 Action Player. Actions that have recorded adding adjustment layers to be applied to all layers below may play incorrectly. You will have to pay to get a fix for this bug for Adobe is not going to apply a fix the the current releases of Photoshop. The bug is so far slated to be fixed in CS6 time will tell.

Creating a new page type or editing an existing one?

whenever i create a new document, i select blank page then under page type list several diffent page types. i would like to edit an existing one or create a custom one. for example, every time i create a new document i have to clear out the code and type the following...

i tried to create a template but it always wants editable regions and i don't want it to be stuck using that system. i would like the above code to be typed out every time i create a new document. is this possible? do i have to edit some kind of system file that's xml or js? i'm using CS5 and i'm on a mac.

this is exactly what i was looking for! thank you murray! i created my own Page Type and it shows it. all you have to do is add your custom document type.
inside the DocumentTypes folder you will find the MMDocumentTypes.xml file. this file contains all of the default dreamweaver document types: html, asp, php, asp.net, etc. you can add your entries here, just use the same structure. it's safer not to modify it but create your own. so i created a CustomDocumentTypes.xml file. i just used camel-case to keep the file names consistent. according to documentation, dreamweaver checks this directory and uses the settings it reads off the xml files. so as long as it's a well formed xml file, it will try to read it. if not, it will ignore it.
next i created my default page in the NewDocuments directory. i restarted dreamweaver and there it was.

Company XYZ does not use absorption cost.
In Company Code 1000, Costing variant XY does not do any calculation because zero values are entered in acitivity type,costing sheet.
For new company code 2000 &3000, Users want to enter values at activity,costing sheet etc.
I like to know the following,
Should we use the existing costing variant XY OR Create a different cost variant for Company code 2000&3000.

Moving a group of photos-leaves the last one

Not always, but most of time, if I select a group of photos in a folder, then drag and drop them into another folder, it will move all but the last one.
Window pops up saying "There was an error copying files to the destination you selected. The following files could not be copies:"
It will list the last one in the string of files selected.
So then I just move it anyway by itself and it works fine.
1-It doesn't do it every time.
2-Whether I use Drag and Drop or right click the folder and select "Move Selected Photos to this folder" makes no difference.

I have a custom page, where i need to edit the existing Data. I have initialized my EOVO in PR. There is also a Lov which is used to search the existing data. Then i edit the field and Save it. Everything works fine and the existing row is being updated. But there creates a new row also with only one field is being populated which is the attribute which i have set on my LOV.
how can i stop this new row from being created.

Question on Creating table from another table and copying the partition str

Dear All,
I want to know whether is there any way where we can create a table using another table and have the partitions of the new table to be exactly like the used table.
Like
CREATE TABLE TEST AS SELECT * FROM TEMP;
The table TEMP is having range and hash partitions.
Is there any way when we use the above command, we get the table partitions of TEMP to be copied to the new table TEST.

You won't be able to delete the existing account in order to set up a new one without the password for the old account. If your father doesn't remember the password, he can reset it as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password.

How do you create a new trial AWS developer instance if the existing one is corrupt.

I've got an instance I can no longer connect to. I haven't done much with it so I'd like to delete it and start over. I don't see that as an option. Is there a way to do it?

Never mind. I was able to create a new one once I "terminated" the old one and waited for it to finish. I didn't want to terminate the old one because I was hoping I could pull some of my work off but since you can't create a new one without first deleting the old one, and I could no longer even connect to the old one, I went ahead and terminated it.

Creating new Domain by Copying the existing domain

Is there any way to create a new domain by copying the already existing domain directory and pasting it to another directory in same machine or different machine.

When you mention "Before posting on forum I have tried this option. I tried again but no luck." do you mean you tried pack/unpack or template approach and this did not work. Or did you just copied domain folder and renamed and start the new domain and you got errors. Copying domain may not work 100% (not in the long run). But pack/unpack or template approach should work pretty much without any errors.
As mentioned, I would recommend template approach or pack/unpack. You can provide the internal details and risk factors involved with hard disk copy of domain folder and renaming approach to the client. If domain copy approach works, then bea/oracle would not have come up with approaches like pack/unpack or template approach at all in the very first place. Copying domain folder and renaming may still work, unless you do all regression testing that includes cluster scenario also and all usecases.
I would still recommend for pack/unpack or template approach to copy any existing domains.
Just incase if your domain is like Portal Domain and if you deploy portal applications on this domain, then copying domain will just not work. Every domain is very tightly coupled with ldap files and db tables for any Security Visitor Entitlements and Delegated Admin roles. If its pure weblogic server application, these things will not come into picture. But for Portal, we do have something called Propagation Tool to migrate portal app from one domain to other domain. But still the domain cannot be copied and renamed.
