Hi,
Need suggestion on creating projects in SAP-PS from cProjects. There is cProjects & SAP-PS interface.The requirment is to create project in SAP-PS from cProjects. All the configuration has done in cProjects & PS module also. While saving the projects & checking the accouting the following error & project is n't creating.
1.Combination company / CO area is invalid Message no. KO124
2.Acct assignment determination is not poss.in the account assgnmnt manager
Message no. IAOM220
3.Only one error message is transferred from the log to the cockpit
Message no. IAOM_CPROJECTS029
I would like to request all to suggest in fixing the issue.

If the companay code does not belong to the Co area, the system will certainly raise an error message. The question is, where do the values come from.
Woud you please check the customizing in ERP system, if you can find the inconsistence:
1. Customizing of the Proj.Profile under 'Create Project Profile' , SAP standard delivered is CPR0001, may be replaced by customer,
Which Co-area & company code are used. In Tab 'organization'
2. Which responsible Org.unit is maitained at involved cProject, to which co-area or company codes is this org.unit assigned.
3. If the Badi under the
Integration with Other mySAP.com Components ->
Collaboration Projects -> Controlling -> Business Add-Ins (BAdIs),
which set the org. information hardly via Badi method.

I have error while testing the system created from a sap business objects template in SAP portal. Error text:
com.sapportals.connector.connection.ConnectionFailedException: Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection. Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection. Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not create JCO connection. 'mshost' missing
I configure integration SAP portal and SAP BW system. All system requirements are complied.
Environment
SAP Business Objects 4.0
SAP BW 7.31
1.     I configure SSSO between SAP BW and SAP Business Objects Enterprise 4.0
2.     Next I setting integration SAP PORTAL with SAP BW system
3.     I download certificate from portal. Select Certificates and key (http://sapserver:port/nwa) – See scren_
4.     In next window selected Ticketkeystore and Saplogonticketpair-cert( near part window form)
5. Select Export entry button and binary format file certificate for download. Press download.
6.     Save certificate file in local PC folder
In next step need export certificate file to SAP system. Sequence of step:
1.       Run STRUSTSS02 transaction .
2.       Chose certificate ->import.
3.       Select downloaded certificate file
4.       Select Add to certificate list button and Add to ACL button
5.       Inter System ID and Client(000)
6.       In next I download iview sap business objects template into sap portal: System administration->transport->Import. And select and download sap business Objects iview template in .epa format into sap portal.
7.       Result – downloaded iview.
8.       In next step I create system from template. System administration->system landscape.
9. In next step I input parameters for my system in Connector category, Sap business objects and user management categories: See screen _2
10.   When I created the system and test the connection error occurred: See screen_3
This issue is important enough. I would be grateful for opinions and ideas. Thanks in advance.

"created by" in SAP transactions and CE BPM

Dear all,
In most of the transaction e.g. create Purchase Order - "created by" is field available in BAPI. In case of Investment approval processes "created by" is popultaed by the ID assigned to logical destination "BASIC" authorisation.
How is this implemented, any guidline?
If EP user creates transaction on SAP, how do we get report / analysis of EP user wise transaction and noty user specified in BASIS authorisation?
how does licencing affects if we use BASIC authorisation?

How is this implemented, any guidline : CreatedBy,CreationDate ,Time.. these are some standard Business Attribute which is by default get assigned to BAPI ,EJB. other than our normal field which actually a key attribute for that implementation. We do not need to give any value/implementation for these attribute it take the data automatically from system .

Can't create MBO from SAP servers

Hi,
I'm trying to create MBO from SAP servers with Sybase Unwired WorkSpace.
I created Connection Profile and it worked well(Ping succeeded!).
However, I expanded profile tree, no BAPI was shown.
Any ideas what is happening here?
SAP version is below,
SAP
ERP: ERP 6.0 EHP 5
NetWeaver: SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0
OS: Windows NT 2x X86_64
Sybase Unwired WorkSpace
2.1.0
Additionally, It worked well in SAP ECC 6.0.

Eventually, the problem is resolved.
It related SAP Note 706195.
I did the Solution in the Note, all BAPI is displayed in Sybase Unwired WorkSpace's Enterprise Explorer.

ABAP Proxy Generation -- Objects can be created only in SAP Package

Hi,
I am trying to generate ABAP Proxies. When i create a proxy for an interface(EMP_DETAILS_MI--outbound in my case), and assign it to package(created by developer), a pop comes up saying "Object can only be created in SAP package".
When i try to continue, it asks for an access key for that particular object.
Enter Key for the Object--R3TR-TABL-CO_EMP_DETAILS_MI When i register this object in servicemarketplace( by basis team) and get the license for this. It asks access key for another object R3TR-TABL-EMP_DETAILS_DT.
When i register this object it asks accesskey for
R3TR-TABL-EMP_DETAILS_DT_DETAILS
I fear if there is amy fault in my procedure. kindly let me know. I work on XI3.0 SP5 server.

Hi Naresh,
there is better way, you can display an transaction in the portal with an iView. Then use this URL of the transaction, then you can insert a html view with the URL of the transaction.
You can add tabs with different transactions for example.

Can't create connection to SAP application server

I use BusinessObjects Edge Series 3.0 (testing software). In Designer I am trying to create a new universe and first to create new connection (with wizard) to SAP (BW cube). I set all parameters that I use to connect with SAP GUI, but on testing the connection I get message "The server is not responding". What is wrong?

Its right its not your prerogative to access in OS lavel and your BASIS team would not allow you to do that I believe.
Just send them the path and they will create it for you.:)

I hava an error while configuring in SAP solution manager 7.0 SP12 in SPRO transaction the "initial configuration part I " : the wizard configuration give me the error "Error creating communication to SAP Service and Support"

If i create the two RFC connection manually ( SAP-OSS and SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 ) then when I returned to SPRO to make the "initial configuration part II " this tell me that there is an error in basis configuration.
How can I solve this problem ?

markus , this is the first step i made after the installation of Sol Manager : this step have created the RFC SAPOSS ( and is working ).

I am speaking about solution manager , that in basic configuration try to create the other RFC.
yes - I´m aware of that.
I would update to the latest service pack first (SP17 or SP18) before you start with the confiugration. The new SPs have much better wizards. SP12 is pretty old already.

i got the same exception when i try to fill the details in PI_PERSONALDATA and PI_COMPANYDATA..
i could solve this by ...
 Actually , ur above mentioned error is because , u have filled the Personal Details in
PI_COMPANYDATA also .. i think we only have to fill these details in one of the import params (PI_PERSONALDATA or PI_COMPANYDATA).

Bespoke means Customer development.
So you can create Shopping carts, either automatically via logging to SRM portal or programmatically using Bespoke developments / programs.
BAPI Function module - 'BBP_PD_SC_CREATE_EXTERNAL' is used to create shopping cart from portal with other function modules.
Also you can use RFC BBP_PD_SC_CREATE function module for Creating Shopping Cart.
