FM Transmitter thinks I have a USB cable plugged i...

I have owned my N900 for just about 24hrs now and love it.... minus this new problem.   I went to use the FM Transmitter on the way home today and it said " can not use FM Transmitter while USB cable is plugged in"  I do not have a cable plugged in.  What could be causing this issue?? Please help

Are you ruinning the latest firmware (2.2009.51) ? Check by opening settings, scroll down to about product..
If not (probably running 1.2009.42) you should upgrade either using NSU or better using the built in app manager.
In the mean time, have you tried powering off, removing battery, powering back on?
