FM7.1 - Stop Startup Prompt to Connect to Adobe Sever

Hi,
As FM7.1 is no longer supported by Adobe, is there a way to stop the prompt to connect to the adobe server on start-up?

glenbarney - When i load up Contribute it loads ok, then when
I go to connect to our website it hangs up while loading the lead
page. I tried it from the Mac at work and from my Mac at home same
issue..starts loading then grinds to a stop with the "pinwheel of
death" cursor icon on mac. I force quit out of CS3.
The company that set up our website took a look, had no
problem (also mac based) I tried removing the flash animation file
from the code for the home page(used cyberduck)....Contribute
opened and i was able to make changes. Our web designer looked a
the code, checked it for errors, found nothing wrong...we reloaded
the code to run the flash. The site runs fine. Tried to load the
site from Contribute again..same thing..ground to halt. He is just
as perplexed as me.
I tried uninstalling CS3 and reinstalling..even tried a trial
version of CS4...same problem on the home mac and mac at the
office. For some reason Contribute has just stopped liking what was
up there for several months. Feel free to check out the site -
www.theatrebuildingchicago.org. I update the site weekly with new
shows. Well I did until contribute crapped out on me. Hope this
gives you more insight.

I have my CC desktop application set to launch at login.
It doesn't launch, I always have to manually log in each day. Then every time a launch an application for the first time that day I am prompted to accept the "Adobe Software Agreement". It is very annoying. How do I stop this?

Click Tools->Options->Advanced->General
Click on "Check Now", if you do not want to check.
Uncheck Email and Newsgroups (or whatever you can and want to uncheck and then click on "Set as Default", which means only "OK" or "Apply" in this environment. (See image)
Then it should not appear again.
I understood that some developpers wanted to reorganise the box, but although marked as Resolved Fixed on 2012-10-19, it is still that complicated.

Firefox will ask for the Master Password on startup if it is needed on a page.<br />
This can be Sync or a web page that is (re)opened automatically and you have saved a name & password for this website.
You didn't confirm whether you are using Sync or not, so I don't know which of the two would apply.

On startup my G4 "Connect to file server "G5 mac" as...

I have switched off all the extensions on the G4 but when it loads the desktop it opens the window "On startup my G4 "Connect to file server "G5 mac" as..." It won't let me type any login so I can't remove it or connect to the G5.
How do I stop this appearing?

My G5 (OS 10.3.9) decided to do this today too. I can't launch the Finder without it wanting to connect to another machine in the office, and the Finder locks up as soon as it displays the Connect to file server dialog.
I have SSHed in and removed the com.apple.finder.plist file but that didn't help. The only thing I can do is boot with the ethernet cable disconnected.
I am anxious to know how to stop this.

i do not sync my iphone with the pc (i only do this to charge the phone) syncing is done with the library at home on the mac

When syncing, check the Movies/TV Shows Tab in the iPhone menu, and make sure ALL movies are synced (or select the ones you want to sync)

Once an app is deleted from an iOs device, you will no longer be prompted for updates. Update alerts only occur for apps curently installed.
Purchases can be hidden (but not completely deleted) from the purchased list, but only using itunes on a computer.

Mail abruptly stopped being able to connect with my .mac account. It will download from other accounts.

A week or so ago while I was not at home Mail stopped being able to connect and download email from my .mac account. I can still use Mail to download email from my Gmail and Comcast accounts, however. I can still download .mac email from my iPad and after installing Thunderbird I can download .mac email on my Mac. I downloaded PostOffice, but it won't download .mac email either. There has to be something that has gotten corrupted. Any ideas of what could be wrong and what I can do to get it corrected?

Package Run Prompts For Connection Information

I've just loaded up Version 1.5.0.53 (my first version of 1.5), and I observed that when I try to run or debug a package, I'm prompted for connection information. The package works fine when I fill in the credentials. Is this expected behavior?
I believe that it is different than previous versions, where it seems like the open connection was shared. I can't find a setting in Preferences that seems appropriate for this.

No, I don't like to save my password...
But even as I type this, I realize what my problem is. The behavior is working as designed, it's just that for earlier connections to my development environment, I did have passwords saved. I mistook the change in behavior as a change in the tool, when it also coincided with a change in my focus towards my QA environment.

thanks for your hint. I checked the note which is very old and only for release 6.20 (I'm on 6.40). I found a similar error in my logs but this error was produced by a failed login and was not releted to my problem. I checked again my logs after but could not find any helpful entry here.
Some more ideas? Looks like a candidate for a OSS message to SAP again.

Konsole and Yakuake stopped showing prompt...[SOLVED]

Probably a very obvious but I could not find the culprit. After I updated my system (32Bit plain Arch) to KDE 4.11, Konsole and Yakuake stopped showing prompt, just a cursor on top left and most importantly, they do not accept input. Xterm and rxvt-unicode is installed, I reinstalled them, and I also checked konsolerc, but nothing is wrong there. Also, when I use krunner using Alt-F2 to summon a program like gparted with "kdesu gparted" it returns "su cannot be located, check your PATH". I check, and su is in path.
There is something I miss, but what? Help please.
