Fn key for L455-s5975

The Fn key worked originally, and now does not. I've been to Toshiba utilities settings , and don't see how to reset. Will appreciate advice?

L455-S5975 Itunes playback sounds sped up

Just got the L455 this week and the first app I installed was the latest version of Itunes. Once I got all my music loaded into it, I noticed the oddest thing. All the songs sound like Alvin and the Chipmonks! Everything sound sped up and at a higher pitch. There are no settings in Itunes turned on (i.e. EQ, Crossfade,sound enhance) that would seem to affect this. Couldn't find anything on the board either, so here we are.

I have a similar problem. I've owned the machine for just over a month and love it.
But now all sound coming out my L455-S5975 sounds like an echo chamber with the reverb cranked up.
The driver is up-to-date.
What could be the problem?

Satellite L455-S5975 starts with a Toshiba screen than windows error recovery screen. Than a black screen with pointer (pointer moves with mouse) but nothing else. Can get to safe mode and other safe mode options but not sure what to do with them. Tried various safe mode options. Only got a partial list of drivers than all stopped. need help

So you can reach the recovery environment.
You want to try Startup Repair and System Restore first.
Then run this at the command prompt and try Startup Repair again.
chdsk c: /r
Come back for more if necessary.

Satellite L455-S5975 Laptop will not connect to public wifi

I have a Satellite L455-S5975 laptop. I am trying to connect to a public (but security code protected) wireless network, WPA2. I have successfully connected a few times, but when I "sleep" my computer or restart it, I can no longer connect. The wireless network is recognized and I am prompted for the password, but it will not connect. When I run the troubleshooting, it asks me to restart the wireless router. Restarting the router does work and allows me to connect, but it is a router used by many other people and I don't have the option of resetting it every time I want to get on the internet. I have looked into updating the wireless driver software, but cannot determine what I need. I believe I am running Windows 10 on my computer. Any advice would be appreciated!

Can you get the settings you have on your Realtek® 802.11b/g wireless LAN.

Recovery L455-S5975

my windows 7 on this laptop has become corrupted and will not start. i cant even get into safe mode. i press f8 and the only option i have left after trying the others is a hdd recovery which wipes out all my important files. if i purchase the "free" recovery media from toshiba for 24.99 for this machine , will this give me an option of fixing windows without wiping out my files.? is there another option of a downloadable file which i can create a disc that would be for windows 7 and this machine?

Can you reach the recovery environment by clicking on Repair Your Computer?
If not, you can reach it by downloading this recovery disc.

Judging from previous experience, access to the WinRE will give you about a 50-50 chance of recovering a bootable Windows.

No. The only option is to restore the hard disk to its original out-of-the-box contents.

Actually the design is completely incorrect.
What you say is
I have
'foo', 'foo series'
'foo','foo model'
'foo',666
By virtue of table3 referring to both table1 and table2.
This means you actually need to have 1 (one) table:
'foo','foo series','foo model', 666
And the 'problem' disappears.

yes it is safe. SAP provided the screen 8459 only for adding our own custom fields to it. For this you need access key for the first time. along with that you need access key for
PBO include, PAI include
MV45AOZZ ,MV45AIZZ .
check it once.

Hi,
you will need to open the FI and AA periods. After changing the depreciation keys do the necessary dep run and close the books in the correct sequence.There should not be problem.

Short key for copy does not work all the time now.

After I have installed the latest OSX - Yosemite, my short key for copy does not work all the time. It is infrequent how it works. I'm using the same keyboard that I have always used, my wireless logitech keyboard for mac. Please help.

in the Keyboard pane of System Preferences, select the Shortcuts tab, and then select Mission Control on the left-hand side. On the right-hand side, make sure that the Mission Control checkbox is checked, double-click on its current key combination (by default “^↑”) so that the key combination is highlighted, and then press the F3 button — that will set its shortcut to be F3. You can now press F3 to bring up Mission Control without needing to also press the Fn button.

How to genarate Primary Key for each record in XI Mapping

I need to genarate primary key for each record in the paylod in mapping..
Eg: if i have a 10 reacords i need to have a primary key for each record..starting with the
Record      Primary key
First            001
Secound      002
Tenth         010
If i need to write any user defined funtion... can any one provide the code for it.

like above i will be getting n number of recored and in each record i need to genarate primary key in XI.and the key sould be in sequence...
like for the first record 1 secound 2 like that primary key should add to the privous Primary key.
and this is for each payload.

Hi Selva,
Many Primary Keys = Composite Key.
i.e some set of columns will enable you to identify a unique row from a set of rows in the table.
This can be achieved by checking the primary key check box in se11.

How to create my own Key for Rijndael (JCE Criptix)?

I am developing a communication protocol and the key for encryption and decryption should be the user's password.
This method generates a new RANDOM key:
kg = KeyGenerator.getInstance("Rijndael");
kg.init(256);
k = kg.generateKey();
The problem is that I need to specify my own key (the password).
I'm tried: k = kg.generateKey(byte[] mykey), but don't work.
Any suggestion?

Interesting. Looks like neither the Sun Provider nor BouncyCastle allow you to generate SecretKeySpecs for Rijndael. Surprised me.
What you need is a Provider that gives you a SectretKeyFactory for Rijndael. A quick google on "rijndael secretkeyfactory" gave me this:
