FNDLOAD DOWNLOAD command does't download anything

Hi all,
I used fndload or download in a text file the metadata for an concurrent program (for moving from a development instance to a production one). I used this comand
FNDLOAD apps/appsleon 0 Y DOWNLOAD $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct SQU_ONT_LOAD_CSV_DATA.ldt PROGRAM APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME="OM" CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME="SQU_ONT_LOAD_CSV_DATA"
Parameter CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME contains short name of my concurent program and PROGRAM APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME parameter contains short name of application (OM for Order Management)
I looked inside of SQU_ONT_LOAD_CSV_DATA.ldt and a saw just DEFINE blocks (for structures) but I did not see any metadata about this request .
I did not even try to issue an UPLOAD comand on production env ... of course fndload should not perform any activity ...
Please give me a hint , what I missed?

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, check restrictions. Settings > General > Restrictions

3 beeps usually means a Ram problem, have you added or removed Ram recently?
And I will assume that you do not have a Mac Pro, but that you have a portable, a MacBook Pro.

Make sure you register the software with Adobe. If you did not purchase it thru Adobe they will not have a record of the purchase in your account.

I have the same issue, bteween France and The Netherlands. No solution found yet.
Worse even. My credit card is not from The Netherlands, and the dutch store does not accept a creditcard from outside NL. So i used my french card to buy one app using France has my home country. Luckily the app's language remained English, but now the french store seems to be offering me frech versions of existing (free) apps which i dont want. So i cant use the updates.
i cant change the country back to Neterlands, without using a credit card. I can make a new ID, but the old one remains stuck with the french store, pffff It seems the only solution is to create a new ID via a "purchase" of a free app, but the older free apps all may need to be reinstalled that way.
Typical Apple ..... ? ! !

Which version of operating system are you running? Please go to Apple in menu bar, click on 'about this Mac" and click on the numbers under the big Mac OS X until you see "version 10.x.x" - copy what it says and post it here please.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

Why does my memory kep being used up when I am not downloading anything

my memory keeps being used up when I haven't downloaded anything to my iPad had 9gb free last night I now have 4 ?

It is occupied by "Other"
1. Cache for apps, browser, mail, messages, reading list
2. Saved games
3. Documents and data
4. Notes
5. Voice Memos
You can backup and restore to reduce "other" but they will start building up over time.

I can't download anything as it keeps telling me my start up disk is full. I have deleted loads of files and it still keeps popping up with the same messge??

Please help - I am not too computer savvi and my computer keeps telling me my start up disk is full. I have purchased a passport and transferred loads of images and files onto that and then deleted them from my computer but the message is still the same and I can't download anything.

How big is your hard drive, and how much space is used/free?
To find out, click once on the hard drive icon on your desktop to highlight it (it will be called Macintosh HD unless you renamed it). Click the command and I keys on your keyboard to open the information window. In "General", you will see Capacity and Available. What are those figures?
If you have a little bit of space left, I recommend that you install Omnidisksweeper (it's free) to tell you what folders are using up the most room.
Be careful when you transfer files - only move files that you know are yours. Don't move or delete any system files unless you're specifically recommended to do so (some files are safe to delete; some are not).

When I restart firefox, then the download continues and all is well until I try to download something new (which I do quite often).
