Folder Sharing for CC Teams - Is this ever going to happen?
I have now been using CC for Teams without an advertised function since early June this year. I keep seeing posts in these forums that the service is 'coming soon' but it is very frustrating and very difficult to plan and organise schedules not knowing when 'soon' is likely to be. Are we talking 2013 or 2014?
It is unacceptable to have this state of affairs from a company the size of Adobe - can we have some idea of the raod map moving forward please for this service.

8 is all the way in to beta now. No x64 beta 8, no x64 aurora 9. People who want x64 on windows STILL have to use Nightlies (which sometimes don't work). Now that flash x64 is stable, there's no excuse not to have x64 Firefox!

Tried to restore my ipod I just wanted to back to factory setting and delete everything on it. I did it and NOW everything is erased, gone, and stuck on the apple logo. Populated that it is in recovery mode and needs to be restored. Clicked on restored and error (1) came up. So now I have a useless iPod that I purchased. Big apple user minus my laptop. 2 iPod, 2 iShuffles, iPad, 4 iPhones, iMac 27 inch. If this isn't rectified I will never buy and continue to push my consumers, family, and friends on my bad experience with apple. iTunes is up to date and now I am concerned that if do anything to my phone this same problem will happen.

Error 1 or -1 can be very tricky to resolve and sometimes leads to a device needing service. That being said, here are the steps I would go through first for this specific error.
Check for hardware issues
Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the alert when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
Common errors: 1, 10-47, 1002, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1000-1020.

If the iPod is still unable to be restored it may needs to be serviced. I am working in Windows and every time I open an attachment, Firefox asks what program to use to open files of this type. I always select the proper program and then check the box that says use this program for all future files of this type. In spite of that, the program continues to ask for every file. How do I turn off this feature and just have the program remember the correct program to use for each type of file extension?
Regardless of your download preferences, web servers can trigger a download prompt by sending either the ''Content-Type: application/octet-stream'' or the ''Content-Disposition: attachment'' header. You can check if that's the case by examining the server response headers in the [https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Tools/Web_Console Web Console].
For the latter problem install the InlineDisposition add-on and see if it helps.

I never had problems with earlier versions of Firefox, but starting several versions ago (I don't remember which one now), it started forgetting some of them. The worst problems have been with Facebook, which is the one I visit most often except for my ISP's spam filetered mail. That site has not had any problems. I'm using Windows 7 with the latest updates. Firefox 12.0, Norton AV (2012), Windows 7 firewall. I can't think of anything else that might affect the browswer, and Chrome has had no problems with the passwords. I have IE and Opera, neither of which I use enough to have noticed problems.
Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically.<br />
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.<br />
If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you anymore and you need to sign in once again.

Muse-Business Catalyst Integration: Is it ever going to happen?
Back a couple years ago when Muse was announced, it was also announced that it would eventually feature integration with the content management features of Business Catalyst. That hasn't happened yet, to any meaningful degree. Is Muse-BC integration no longer on the development roadmap? Or if it is, could Adobe please provide Muse users with some concrete, specific, non-ambiguous details of what those plans are? Such as, what features, when? What features never?
I realize Adobe doesn't like to discuss this, but after all this time I think it is only fair to share this information with both the Muse and Business Catalyst communities so that we can make our plans moving forward accordingly.Chuck Braman a écrit:

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY NEWS ON IT?Hi. I'm on a 20GB 4G sharer plan using a Galaxy Note 3. Postcode is HU4 6DP. I can travel away from home to Manchester & in areas get speeds of 50-100 Mbps which is more like it! However at home, it crawls along at anywhere from 0.2Mbps on a bad day to an average of 0.5 or less which is worse than the old Orange 3G service used to be. It's very odd as 1st thing on a Sunday morning for example, I've had 30Mbps plus but it doesn't last long & when people wake up, it goes back to snail pace. Speeds in city centre not great either. I've raised a Level 2 Technical case with EE CS but nobody got back with an update. The staff in stores tell me it's to do with KC & their cabling to the masts being out-of-date. Social Media Team today commented Hull has always presented a bit of a problem but should be back on with double 4G speeds by Christmas...sadly too late for me as contract is up in 2 months. Other than jumping ship which I am loathed to do, I seem to have little choice which is very frustrating after 20 years. Thanks

Are Adobe EVER going to make Edge Animate scale-to-fit (like Flash)?
I've been following the progress of Edge Animate (formerly Edge) ever since Steve Jobs decided he wasn't having Flash on the iPad.
With each new version I've been desperately looking for the feature that I consider the most important of all: Scale-to-fit
There are a couple of discussions already on this forum where people have requested this feature - but both have been sidetracked by replies from people who haven't understood what 'scale-to-fit' is. So let me explain Scale-to-fit:
I'm talking about the feature in Flash - where if the HTML dimensions are set to 'Percent' - then the resultant movie will scale-to-fit any browser window. Here is an example of what I mean:

When the latest version of Edge Animate came out with its built-in easy-to-follow 'Resize' Lesson, I thought Adobe had finally found an answer. But good though this feature is, it doesn't solve the problem. It's only possible to properly scale-to-fit images - not graphics.
It's now more important than ever that Adobe finds a solution to this problem. The world is going 'Responsive' - its not just a fad. And 'Responsive' is not just about three columns being squeezed into one. All Responsive sites require images, graphics AND animations to scale-to-fit. So Adobe's tutorial showing how Edge Animate can be added to WordPress sites is of limited use because it won't work for Responsive web sites.
So please Adobe, will someone tell me if scale-to-fit is EVER going to happen? I don't mind if it's 3 months, 6 months, 9 months down the line - but I need to know if it's worth me sticking with Edge Animate - or whether I should be looking toward HTML5 Canvas or something else for a solution?
Alternatively, is there some fundamental reason why it can NEVER happen?

I hope you don't mind but I played around with your code a bit and managed to get the kind of scale-to-fit behavior that I believe the OP was asking about. I think the trick is to make sure that you also check whether the scaled height of the stage exceeds the height of the browser window and change the scaling so that it is responsive to changes in both the width and height of the window, whichever is the limiting factor. The code I changed in CompositionReady appears in bold below. I hope this helps.

This is by design the Recycle Bin only stores files deleted from local drives, not from a shared folder. The workaround is to move a folder in C:\users\<user name> to the shared folder.

It's like it booted to a state it was in several months ago. My CS 5 apps are not in the dock or applications folder. Has this ever happened before and what can I do?
The files on my desktop are not the ones that were there when I shut down. It's like it's gone back in time.
My display's power supply got fried (I think) in a power outage so I bought a new one. However, every time I restart the display usually stays black. I have found I need to keep rebooting until it kicks in and starts working. I unplug everything, wait a while (a few minutes to overnight) and try booting again.
This last time the display finally came on but I'm faced with this problem. I used to use time machine, but I deleted everything and disabled it a couple months ago or more so I'm at aloss as to why the mac is booting into the state it was in sevearl months ago.
What could I have done to cause this? Has this ever happened to anyone else and is there a solution?
Note: I did a search for a file I knew was created today. I found it and it showed that it was a file I had saved on the desktop this morning--even though that file's icon is not appearing on the desktop now.
I did a search for photoshop and saw my CS5 version listed.
However, I did a couple more searches and these files no longer appear in the search. I don't know if they're there or not. This is bizarre!
I'm on a Mac Pro, 10.6.2.Thanks for the obvious question. I mean it. The very same thought came to me this morning and, sure enough, I had booted into another drive--my old one that, of course, had the old desktop, etc.
It didn't dawn on me that this was the case since I hadn't set it as a boot drive but I guess in the course of all the restarts I did, it got switched.

Beehive enhancement for tomorrow: re-add the OBEO sub folder sharing option
OK, I inadvertently posted a comment meant for an enhancement to be posted tomorrow, so here we go with tomorrows enhancement of the day:
Talking once more about delegation... There's quite a big fly in the ointment we need to talk about:
While delegation granting dialogues in OBEO and bcentral take care of permissions for default folders like inbox, sent items, drafts etc. and pseudo folders like calendar or contacts, it does not so for non-default folders.
We have the case of a superior that has a widely ramified folder structure and granted his secretary access to parts of it. When the secretary changed he changed delegation, and this did not change the non-default acls.
So far nothing unspectacular. The issue is, that there is no option in OBEO to define permissions tree-wise (nor is there in beectl), so the superior had to walk the whole directory hierarchy to adapt the permissions, each folder requiring multiple clicks.
There was a permissions dialogue for that in OBEO 1.5, but has been dropped.
There is an enhancement request I'd ask you to second through MOS:
10065126: READD THE SUB FOLDER SHARING OPTION TO OBEO
This ER had the status approved for future release, but product management changed its plans and put it to "Suggestion Rejected".

When i double click itunes it doesn't open it just comes up with an error saying " The itunes library.itl file cannot be found or created. The default location for this file is in the 'itunes' folder in the 'music' folder. How can i fix this problem?
