Folder Type/Style/Appearance - Change

Product: Adobe Professional V8
The product appears to use classic windows style of folders.
I would like to have product use the XP folder
type/style/appearance that I have configured in Windows XP
Professional.
In addition, using the product folders to access LAN servers
is significantly slower than using Windows XP folders to perform
the same task.
Is there anything that I can do to resolve?

Check if your message type has the operation "2" (Change) on the "Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order" customizing.
Custom path: Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Output Control -> Message Types -> Define Message Types for Purchase Order. Choose "Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order". (mu version: ECC600)

Change font type/style of app.popUpMenu

Hi~~
I am using app.popUpMenu to show an array of items, in which there are some Chinese charaters but they are displayed as "..."
I guess the default font type of the popup menu cannot show these Chinese characters...
Is there any method to change the popup menu font type / style?
Also I tried to change the font of the textfield which populates the popup menu, but it doesn't work...

I have an iPad 2 and receive e-mail through internet connection. When I delete e-mails, and clear my Trash folder, they re-appear. Setting are for remove from server when moved from Inbox. Any idea what I can do to actually delete them?

Lately, when I delete e-mails, and clear my Trash folder, they re-appear, downloaded anew from the server and marked as unread. My e-mail Advanced Settings are selected for "Remove from server when moved from Inbox." Even when I access the e-mail accountfrom my desktop and delete the e-mails, the re-appear on my iPad. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and what I can do to actually delete them?

Sounds like you are looking in the wrong Administrative Group container which is why you are seeing your Exchange 2010 servers in there.
When you install Exchange 2003 only you will see a container named by default as "CN=First Administrative Group" container. But this could be named anything if you changed the Organization Name on the installation when you installed the first
Exchange 2003 server into the domain/forest.
You will notice that when you install Exchange 2010 part of the AD setup is to create a new configuration container and is named by default "CN=First Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)".
So it sounds like you are not looking in the right location within ADSIEdit.

I recommend though that you ensure your Exchange 2003 servers are fully uninstalled or no longer present in your environment before you go deleting the Servers container though.. The following Microsoft article will help with this:

Is there any hope of apple adding a 're-link with media folder'-type function to iTunes?
I have 1000s of broken links after installing the latest version of iTunes and updating some files in my media folder. The location of my itunes library has not changed, and all the files are there (I know because I've just waited several hours for the files to be updated by my ultra-slow computer) - by my logic, there should be some menu option that simply re-synchronises with the media folder, just like itunes would do with an ipod - it can't be that hard can it? The only way I can restore a link is by clicking every song (I have over 28,000) and locating the file in the folder that iTunes claims to use as its media folder - the new version 10 option of then using this location to restore all broken links doesn't work because it only looks in the specific album file, and after a couple of times this dialog box no longer even comes up, so I couldn't ask it to do this even if I wanted to. At the moment the only option I can see is to completely wipe iTunes and re-load all my music from scratch - using my tired and over-worked computer this will realistically take around 15 hours that I don't have, and my computer will melt in the process. I wish I'd never tried to 'tidy up' my iTunes library...
PLEASE Apple, how hard can it be to have a function that searches for and restores broken links by itself????? I've told you where the music is - just flipping look for it yourself instead of getting me to do it!

You don't have to re-rip, re-import or re-download all your content. You can clear the iTunes library, either by selecting all in the libary and pressing the Delete key, saying "no" when it asks if you want to remove the files themselves, and then use the Add To Library command, selecting the iTunes Media folder (or iTunes Music folder, as applicable to your situation), and that will add back all your content. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes; if it does, something may be amiss with your hard drive or the library file is corrupted (in which case just delete the library file and re-do the Add To Library command).

An existing folder doesn't appear in the library

I don't see an existing folder in my library. I try to import photos into lightroom, but it indicates that they are already imported and they supposedly exist in a particular folder. However, that folder is not showing in my library. Is there a way to correct this? The photo is there but they only way I can see it is to search for it and it will appear.

I don't mean to butt in (DJ Paige is quite competent..), but it's starting to sound to me like your catalog is a-wonk (a tad fouled up..).
You didn't rename the folder outside Lr and change (just the) case, did you? - that can confuse the bee-geebers out of Lightroom (catalog is case-sensitive, sorta/mostly, but disk is not, at all).
I mean, you can always try deleting preferences (.agprefs file in with presets) and see if it helps, but if not, I dunno - maybe somebody else will be more help.
How far back do you have to go for a backup catalog which isn't so wonked?

Not All Installed Styles Appear In Styles Panel Menu

I have many layer styles installed - over 100. I do this because I like to experiment with a lot of styles during the creative process and prefer to have them quickly available. When I click the panel menu icon in the Styles panel, the list of available styles fills my screen. However, not all of the installed styles appear.
• Is this a bug?
• Is there a technical limit to the number of styles that can be loaded at any one time?
• How does Photoshop decide which styles to show if it doesn't show all installed styles?
• Does where the styles are installed (program presets folder vs. user appdata folders) make a difference?
• Is there any way to scroll the list of styles when there are too many to display in the pop-up window?
The computer I use (a work laptop) is running Photoshop CS 6 and Windows Home Premium x64. It has a 3td gen. Core i7 processor with 8gb of RAM and a dedicated video card. Thanks in advance for any insight/help.

Styles need to be loaded. You can liad tem from the style palette, prom the preset manager or drop saved Photoshop layer style files on to Photoshop. Photoshop does have limits. However I have a few hundreds layer styles loaded and they are all listed in the styles palette.

Master Style page changing/deleting images

Hi all -
This has been a reoccurring problem for quite some time. I have several master style pages in my project; each one is laid out the same with my company's logo and a module name in a header, then a copyright in the footer. While working, I'll get a prompt that says the master style has changed and needs to be reapplied to all the connected pages. This would be self-explanatory if I were editing the headers/footers while working -- But I'm not. Only the page content.
It's always my company's logo that disappears from the header when this happens. This is the prompt I get:
This happens no matter what master style the page I'm working on might have.
(It just happened now and I didn't change anything in the headers or footers.)

Indeed, there is a table in the Master page header, and the graphic goes in that table.
However, the edit to the TD tag was in a topic to which the Master was applied, not to the Master itself. IIRC, when editing a topic, you cannot edit the master page that is associated with it.
Are you by chance also using the Resource Manager to manipulate or coordinate the company logo? One thought was that if you are, perhaps something about the checking/updating process with the Resource Manager is causing an issue.
I'm not using the Resource Manager. The image is fully cropped and edited in PNG format before I place it, using the little picture icon. It then shows up in the Project Manager.
But if you see a hummingbird signature on the radar along with a cold front producing a storm, you will always pay more attention to the storm than the hummingbird, no?
I'd be so fascinated with the hummingbird I'd stay out in the rain to watch it. But that's just me.
Glossary text can be formatted in the Style Pod. Is that not the requirement?
I cannot bold or italicize glossary entries at a character level.

Checking the basics: For web forms, you must tap in the form field to bring up the keyboard.
Can you share a screenshot of the issue? Press Power and Home buttons at the same time to take the screenshot. It will appear in your photo album.

Kathleen your question is very brief... I am not sure if you want to change your font on your email client/or word document or Mozilla page?etc..
Here are some suggestions... if you want to change the size of your screen in Mozilla goto view up the top menu bar and use Zoom options. I find this very handy in some board games on FB etc..
Now on your email client you should have two drop down boxes on the Left hand side which show Text size e.g 12 etc and along side of this a Font option (mine is on Arial).. use the drop down menu to change the Font and sizes of your text.
This will revert back to your regular size/font when you create another email or Word document. I am sure there are settings to change if you want to make other Fonts/Sizes permanent in the options etc but better to setup each time you do a new message..
If you do not have the drop down boxes in Word you might have that hidden. Goto view and use print layout on left hand side (in word 2007)..then go home on the same menu bar and your font and size drop downs will be shown.
Another handy trick to change sizes of your screen is to press Ctrl ++ to increase size of your screen and Ctrl 0 to bring back to normal size screen.. This is very useful on the net when you have hard to read text or want to change your screen size for FB games etc..

Transfering Between CLM Master Agreement Folder Types

How do I transfer a CLM master agreement to another CLM master agreement folder type? For example, an existing CLM Legal master agreement will need to be transferred to a CLM HR master agreement (using the new HR master agreement type numbering table).

Hi Adrian,
If I understand your requirement correct, you would like to convert Master Agreement created from Legal Master Agreement type to a new HR Master Agreement.
CLM does not allow to change the Master Agreement Type i.e. the Document type, once the MA is created.
You will need to create a new MA using the HR Master Agreement type, if it has been already defined/configured in the MA Types.
