Folder type URL

Did somebody have problems with folder type URL (external web site, i.e yahoo)that is set up to be displayed on the content area page? I'm under Oracle network and I've already tried to set up the proxy settings on Global settings, but it doesn't work because using this configuration I can't see any folder on the content area.
If I set up to display in a full window I get it, otherwise I can't see the page. The same problems happen for items which type is URL (external site).

Is there any hope of apple adding a 're-link with media folder'-type function to iTunes?
I have 1000s of broken links after installing the latest version of iTunes and updating some files in my media folder. The location of my itunes library has not changed, and all the files are there (I know because I've just waited several hours for the files to be updated by my ultra-slow computer) - by my logic, there should be some menu option that simply re-synchronises with the media folder, just like itunes would do with an ipod - it can't be that hard can it? The only way I can restore a link is by clicking every song (I have over 28,000) and locating the file in the folder that iTunes claims to use as its media folder - the new version 10 option of then using this location to restore all broken links doesn't work because it only looks in the specific album file, and after a couple of times this dialog box no longer even comes up, so I couldn't ask it to do this even if I wanted to. At the moment the only option I can see is to completely wipe iTunes and re-load all my music from scratch - using my tired and over-worked computer this will realistically take around 15 hours that I don't have, and my computer will melt in the process. I wish I'd never tried to 'tidy up' my iTunes library...
PLEASE Apple, how hard can it be to have a function that searches for and restores broken links by itself????? I've told you where the music is - just flipping look for it yourself instead of getting me to do it!

You don't have to re-rip, re-import or re-download all your content. You can clear the iTunes library, either by selecting all in the libary and pressing the Delete key, saying "no" when it asks if you want to remove the files themselves, and then use the Add To Library command, selecting the iTunes Media folder (or iTunes Music folder, as applicable to your situation), and that will add back all your content. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes; if it does, something may be amiss with your hard drive or the library file is corrupted (in which case just delete the library file and re-do the Add To Library command).

Managed Default versus Managed Custom Folder, and Default Folder Type Options

I am looking to create some new managed folders needed for company retention policy.
It seems pretty forward to create the folder:
New-ManagedFolder -Name "[Name Here]" -DefaultFolderType Inbox -Comment "[comments here]" -MustDisplayComment $true
However I have noticed there seems to be two types of folders: Managed Custom and Managed Default. What exactly is the difference.
Also what different default folder type options are there, and what is the different between them?

I actually am using retention tags and retention policies for the existing folders (inbox, deleted, junk/spam, conversation history). Which takes care of most of our actual messages.
However most of the space in a users mail box is take by docs scanned to their emails. These docs are almost instantly moved to file servers, and other databases but sit in the mailboxes for ever. So I was hoping to create a default folder and deploy rules
so that all the scanned items are automatically moved to that folder where they can be deleted per a retention policy tag.
I'm not married to this method but it did seem reasonable in terms of not leaving things to the users to sort items, and would love a better way to accomplish it.
The retention policy says we will keep communications for a maximum x years for users excluding certain document types (junk/spam, voice mails, Instant messages, Scanned docs) and any thing older will be automatically removed, the special documents
will have significantly shorted life spans (1 to 8 weeks).

Deployments of new versions of applications are submitted by an automated script.

Delete the <domain>\servers\s40beaportacc1p9106\data\ldap directory on the managed servers and restart

You must use not the original bean that you coded. You must use the bean generated by axis-wsdl2java.
The bean generated by axis-wsdl2java is:
- in the first beanMapping: MSPCSService.SMSMO
- in the second beanMapping: MSPCSService.SMSMOResponse
As you can see, the bean the axis-wsdl2java will generate is build with the namespace + "." + qname. If you use an domain like java.sun.com in namespace, then the package name you will use is inverted (in the sample, com.sun.java). Look at the code generated.
You client must use this beans, not the original coded by you.
This must work, worked for me :)

Firefox is Hanging (not full crashing) every time I press a keyboard key.. can't type URLs, can't scroll. Problem started this week and remains reproducible sadly.

Firefox hangs (freezes) when I press keyboard keys on my laptop (and only then).
Can't type URLs or scroll with the keyboard, for instance. Hence why this is being typed up on Internet Explorer. The problem is that my version of IE isn't registering Flash and/or Java as being fully active and up to date and I use Firefox more often.
This problem only appeared this week but now occurs every time; and has persisted after uninstalling and reinstalling (personal options uninstalled).
Firefox version most recent 3.6 iteration; 3.6.13

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Transfering Between CLM Master Agreement Folder Types

How do I transfer a CLM master agreement to another CLM master agreement folder type? For example, an existing CLM Legal master agreement will need to be transferred to a CLM HR master agreement (using the new HR master agreement type numbering table).

Hi Adrian,
If I understand your requirement correct, you would like to convert Master Agreement created from Legal Master Agreement type to a new HR Master Agreement.
CLM does not allow to change the Master Agreement Type i.e. the Document type, once the MA is created.
You will need to create a new MA using the HR Master Agreement type, if it has been already defined/configured in the MA Types.

Folder Type/Style/Appearance - Change

Product: Adobe Professional V8
The product appears to use classic windows style of folders.
I would like to have product use the XP folder
type/style/appearance that I have configured in Windows XP
Professional.
In addition, using the product folders to access LAN servers
is significantly slower than using Windows XP folders to perform
the same task.
Is there anything that I can do to resolve?

Determine Folder type

Hi all,
Is there a way to determine the folder type using JavaMail APIs? I want to distinguish folders that contain email data (Inbox, Outbox, etc.), and other folders like Tasks, Calendar etc. Is there a way to achieve the same? Thanks in advance.

There isn't a concept of "folder type" as far as JavaMail is concerned. Note the API documentation's description of the Folder class:
"Folder is an abstract class that represents a folder for mail messages."

I try to use the Folder's UUID (for example: 000001278bc69433-0000-0c91-0a000129) that I find in the Properties (the folders havent a SmartCut), but it doesnt work.
I also tried to use the SmartCut from a document that is inside the folder without the document name, also without success.
(for example: http://localhost/workspace/browse/get/Folder_Name)
Is possible to do it?
The Workspace version is 11.1.1.3

1, Create a HTML Layout.
    You can put your image wherever u want with HTML Codes.

    With this, u can use the standard KM commands also.
2, U need to use KM Navigation iView for this rather than KM Doc iView.
3, In the Nav iView, u can use &rndLayoutSet=nameOfUrHTMLLayout to force the view with this new layout.

FOLDER: launch URL

Hi All,
When the end-users click on a folder icon (on the portal content navigation menu), I want that a certain url is loaded immediatly in the central body.
A portal folder has got a property "launch URL", which I expect refers to a url that will be loaded when the folder icon is clicked on. I can however, not change his value (when you check the attribute details, it is HIDDEN).
I want to make the field read/write, but I don't know how to do it. If I change the value to read/write, save and refresh the node, nothing has happened. Rebooting the portal also doesn't work.
Can someone tell me how the make these attributes READ/WRITE.

That is not exactly the option that I want to use, but it could do.
I also don't see the properties the document is talking about.
The properties that I see and that are related to the subject (I think) are the following:
- Can be launched (YES/NO)
- launch URL (String)
- launch in (Inplace / External window)
I however can not change their value :-(. I can change the "can be launched" value, but it isn't saved ... .
I expect that the "launch url" field will only appear editable when the van be launched field is set to YES.
I can't find "Clicking Folder Name Launches First Node" and "Default Entry for Folder" properties.
I just created a role and in this role i created a folder with an iview element in it.
Do you or anyone else have some more advice?

There is no field to type URL's at Firefox startup page

When I open Firefox start up page....I get the Firefox/Google Search page at start up. In the past there was a field at the top of the page that allowed me to type a URL address. This field no longer appears at the top of the start up page so I have no way of typing a specific URL address that I want to go to.
Can you please tell what I can do to have this field appear at the top of my start up page?

It sounds like either the navigation toolbar is hidden or the location bar has been removed from the navigation toolbar. For details on fixing that see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Back+and+forward+or+other+toolbar+items+are+missing
