Try reducing the zoom level in your browser. It could just be set too high and blocking part of the menus. If that does not resolve the issue, we may need more information to be helpful.
In the Email Settings section, there should be seven options:
Options
Filters
Spam Detector
Forwarding
Blocking
Vacation Reply
Signature
Is Blocking the only one missing?
Your Folders should be listed on the left side pane from your email:
Does your left panel not have this section at all? Does your left panel look substantially different from the image above?

  • Desktop Folders not displaying content?

One of my Designers has developed the following issue on his G5.
Folders on his desktop do NOT display all items contained in it? He may see nothing at all or only partial items?
However, if I take the Desktop over remotely (Chicken VNC) I see all items as normal.
Also, if folder contents are viewed through an Application "Browse" (Photoshop, Illustrator Etc) all items display as well.
I thought this may have been a RAM issue so I doubled what was in the MAC with no results
Obviously this is driving me batty and numerous searches on the forum her and elsewhere have generated no results. So I'm reaching out to the Apple masses
    Specs:
    G5 2 GHz DualCore
    4.5GB RAM

So your designer at that workstation logs in using the same account as you?
If the designer is using a different account, that account would be the Owner his Desktop folder and any new files he creates. A GetInfo on a particular folder or file will show the owner and what group access is allowed.
For backup purposes, i set up my small networks so that each user is the owner of their own files, but the Admin group has read access (so I can see and copy the files to a Backup device).
Also, starting in 10.5, what appears to be the same account gets differentiated on each workstation, so Admin at one station will not be the same as Admin at another.

  • Exchange IMAP Inbox and selected sub folders not displaying correctly

    Hi All,
I hope you can help me with the following issue:
We are running MS Exchange 2003 with IMAP. Normally I connect from my Mac to the mail server (using IMAP), everything worked fine until two days ago. I began with a few messages not showing up in the inbox folder while I confirmed their existence via Outlook Web Access and Outlook running in my Virtual Machine. Following an advice I dig out in the forums (moving Mail folder and re-importing all messages) it got kind of worse, my inbox did not show up at all while OWA and Outlook still correctly display all messages. Same goes for a few of the user created folders, though most of them load correctly. I cannot identify any system why some folders display correct and others do not.
As far as I am aware I have followed all the advices in the forums (well, at least those I've found).
Any help would be very much appreciated.
    Kind regards,
    equinox

I have set up a new MacBook with the exact same details as I used on previous Pbk and on iMac 24 at work.
I can't receive/see anything in IMAP inbox on MacBook. I can send from the account ok.
I have set-up another white MacBook now and it has the very same issue. The only common difference is that the previous Pbk and the intel iMac operate 10.4 while the two MacBooks are on 10.5.6.
Is there a known issue with 10.5 and Mail/IMAP?
    EDIT:
From looking at posts further back, I see that yes, there is a big ongoing problem with Mail and IMAP. But is there particularly an issue with 10.5?
BTW, POP works fine, using IMAP simply results in no incoming mail at all.

  • Smart Folders not displaying emails

I have a few smart folders set up that I use on a daily basis in Mail. One displays all the mail that came in Today, one for Yesterday etc.
After upgrading to Yosemite, the folders are no longer displaying the messages (in the Unread folder it says 3 but in the Inbox there are 72 unread). Even the badge on the Mail icon says I have 3 messages which is false.
I use iCloud and 2 Gmail accounts

Never mind. Looks like it just needed time to sort itself out - seems to be correctly reading all the mail again.

  • Photos in Folders not displaying picture!?

I’m having a strange problem that keeps getting worse.
Currently I’m transferring thousands of photos from an external hard drive to Iphoto. However, the photos on my external hard drive, in folders, only show the “JPEG” logo and not the actual picture, making it impossible to organize anything. If I log out or restart my computer, the photos will again, for a while, be visible, but eventually (sometimes just a few minutes) all the photos will again only show the JPEG logo. This seems to be happening more and more frequently and is extremely aggravating. Could someone please help me fix this issue??

Nobody else has ever had this problem?

  • Phone browser error folders not displayed

I'm using pc suite version 6.82.22.0 with 6233 phone and USB cable. windows xp home. When i go to open file manager or any of the icons the error message "THE OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED" pops up. None of the usual folders appear in windows explorer, ie. messages, gallery etc. I also tried to use content copier (Backup) but got the error message: "A critical error occurred (0x80100010). Restart your phone and content copier, then try again. If this does not help restart your PC." I restarted my phone, content copier and PC with no sucess. I have reinstalled PC suite twice. Earlier today pc suite would not connect/recognise my phone until i applied suggested posted at "Re: Nokia 6233 + USB = Nightmare". Now my PC connects with my phone but none of the pc suite icons work! Can anyone help? would be much appreciated.

Good news friends!!! I have managed to get my PC suite to work! YAY! I can see all my folders in phone browser including my saved messages folders which did not appear previously.
One hiccup though... everything is running really slow and i cannot open my MMS files in "view multimedia".
Anyway here is what i did, i hope it works for you guys too:
I uninstalled PC suite in add/remove programs. I then downloaded PC Suite Cleaner and ran the "Clean my computer" option. After restarting my PC i ran PC suite cleaner again this time using the "Problem usuing PC Suite" option. I restarted again and then reinstalled PC suite from the web. After that everything worked fine, except for those hiccups i mentioned earlier.
If anyone knows how i can view and save MMS please let me know. Some others saved well and i was able to view them..i dont know what's wrong.Message Edited by arturis19 on 16-Feb-2007

  • 'Images' sub-folders not displaying

After doing some tweaking to my project, all of a sudden the
'Image' sub-folders that held all of my images have disappeared.
I had setup a custom 'Image' direcrtory structure matching
the structure defined for the HTML project files, each with a
sub-folder labelled 'Image'. It worked, basically, like this:
Images (main images folder in project)
    > Reference > Images > (all images added to
    'Reference' area of help)
When I check the folder structure in Windows Explorer, the
'Reference > Image' sub-folder is still present, and all images
are accounted for, but it just won't show up in the project...
I've tried re-adding the 'Reference' folder to the main
'Images' Project folder, but Robohelp tells me, predictably, that
there is already a folder named 'Reference' present...
I'm on Robohelp X5 and I have a copy of Robohelp 7 right in
front of me... I was trying to get everything cleaned up before
upgrading... Any help would be appreciated!
When I build the project, all images appear as normal... Any
idea why my sub-folders disappeared, and how I may get them to
    display again?

    Welcome to our community, satlos01
You talk about two different versions. X5 and 7. So which
version were you using when this happened?
    Cheers... Rick

  • I installed 33.3.0. It runs but does not display my email folders or any mail. It's all still there but I just can't see it in the app. WTF?

I'm running Win 8.1 and this installation was an "upgrade" from the previous version of Thunderbird (I've been upgrading for years with no problems.) As well as not displaying my mail, the new version did not pick up my Lightning add-on, it seems to have lost my tags, and it lost my layout preferences.
I'm still receiving mail (I get alerts as usual) it just doesn't show the messages. I seem to be able to create and send messages, but they don't appear in the window either. All I've got is a whole lot of grey space.
All my data seems to be intact - at least the folders are there where they should be in the file system - but I've got nothing to display them with now, so I can't be sure.
Any ideas about what to do? I've tried reinstalling 33.3.0 several times.

have you tried rebooting your computer?

  • When I try to bookmark a page, the choose option dies not display any of the folders in my bookmark menu

    Question
When I try to bookmark a page, the choose option dies not display any of the folders in my bookmark menu
I have a new computer and download of Mozilla Firefox, but imported bookmarks from older computer. Could that be the problem?

I'm not familiar with Windows 7, but... is it possible there is a permissions problem with your profile folder, or read-only set on any database files?

  • ICloud Drive on Mac not displaying folders like on internet

    Hi,
I seem to be having a problem as the iCloud Drive in the Finder is not displaying the folders that are present on the iCloud on the internet.
Would really benefit from some help about this.
    Thanks!

Locally only folders that have files in them are displayed.  In my iCloud Drive folder I have the following:
If you haven't saved a Numbers file to the iCloud Drive the Numbers folder will not show on your Mac. You need to save from the application to the iCloud Drive and it will create a folder and save the file to it.

  • Finder is not displaying some folders and files

Most folders and files are displaying properly, but some are missing.  I can find them by typing their names into the search window, but they are not displaying automatically in Finder.

    Hello Andy_fan
Please look for MS-SMB_ServerUserGuide.docx file in the folder where you extracted MS-SMB.zip file and refer section 'Configure the SUT' for configuring SUT. Follow other relevant sections of this document to configure client as well.
Domain is not a requirement for running SMB test suite, hence, if you are in workgroup environment just ignore domain values in the
    ParamConfig.xml
    file.

  • Apple Mail 8.0 does not display email body for local folders

Last week I upgraded to Yosemite on a 2013 Mac Air. The upgrade went smoothly, but now I notice that all my mail on my local folders (i.e., not my gmail account) is missing the content of the message. New mail filed after the upgrade displays fine and messages filed prior to the upgrade that were sent from me, display fine, but all mail received and filed before the upgrade is blank except for the header. I tried to move a message thinking it might force Mail to identify a problem...and it does. It gives me the message "The message '<MESSAGE TITLE>' could not be moved to the mailbox '<DESTINATION FOLDER>'. Couldn't load body for <MFLibraryMessage:0x600000584780, library id:2172 conversationID:1224 mailbox:2010 <SOURCE FOLDER>"
I have scoured the web for solutions, and there are similar symptoms regarding Apple Mail and IMAP accounts, but my IMAP mailboxes display fine.
I made a TimeMachine back up before the upgrade, so I could restore the old OSX (Mountain Lion) and try again, but I'd love to find an easier solution.

    Hi there,
ok now I found a solution:
Navigate to the folder which contains the local mailboxes as MBOX-Files. ~/Library/Mail/V2/Mailboxes/
Locate the MBOX-file which contains the messages which are not displayed.
In my case I tried to access mails from "Empfangen" and "Gesendet" so I copied over those two MBOX-files to the desktop.
Now go to mail.app and select import message box
In the following context menu select "import files from Apple Mail" (cuz Apple Mail MBOX-files are not standard MBOX format)
    Import the content.
After import drag your messages from the imported folder to the original folder.
    done!
I hope that helps someone who has the same problem.
    Greetings

What type of account is it?  If POP and you just setup, then yes that is all you will see.  Once you send, you will get sent times.  Once you delete you will get trash.

  • Lightroom does not display imported folders in correct location

    Hello,
    OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
    Lightroom 5.7
In Lightroom, I try to import photos and store them in a folder named by date.  All import settings are configured in such a way that Lightroom indicates that my photos will be imported as I want them to be.
Lightroom creates the folder in the correct location on disk.
However Lightroom does not display the newly created folder in the correct location after import, instead it adds the folders to the top level of my catalogue.
I've triedimporting from both from my cameras card and from a local folder, the results are the same for both methods.
Does anyone know why this is happening or do you have any tips on how I can trouble shoot this issue?
Something that may be related to this issue... while in Lightroom, if I right click the top level folder and click "Synchronize folder", Lightroom displays a dialog box indicating that there are new photos and missing photos...
    "Import new photos (7934)
Remove missing photos from catalog (7931).
I have been importing photos in the same way for years.  I have have upgraded Lightroom once, and I have swapped computers once.

This problem most likely occurs when there has been a case change in a path on disk.  In other words (using the screenshot at the top of this post as an example), something like this:
    /Users/hurley/Pictures/photographs
intentionally or unintentionally gets changed to:
    /Users/hurley/Pictures/Photographs
(i.e., "photographs" was initially lowercase, but got changed to an uppercase "Photographs")
As you've discovered, Lightroom does not handle this well.  You can fix the problem by completely changing the path, and then updating Lightroom with the new path.  Try these steps:
    1.  Quit Lightroom.
    2.  In the Finder (i.e., on disk, not in Lightroom), alter the path that your photos are stored at.  In other words (again using the screenshot at the top of this post as an example), create a new folder called "Test" inside the "Pictures" folder, and then put the "Photographs" folder inside the "Test" folder, so that the new path looks like this:
    /Users/hurley/Pictures/Test/Photographs
    4.  Launch Lightroom.  In the Folders panel in Lightroom, you should now see a question mark “?” on the “photographs” folder (and all the folders within it) because Lightroom doesn't know where they are any more.
    5.  Right-click on the “photographs” folder in the Folders panel in Lightroom, and choose “Find Missing Folder…”  Direct Lightroom to the new location of the folder, i.e., /Users/hurley/Pictures/Test/Photographs.  The folder, and the folders within it, should now be found, and the question marks should disappear from them in the Folders panel in Lightroom.
    6.  Now try importing again to see if the newly imported photos go into the right place.

  • IPhone will not display old emails in saved Outlook/Exchange folders

I have a second generation iPhone with the newest iPhone software. At work we use Microsoft Outlook for emails and my IT friend had previously set up my iPhone to send and receive Outlook emails. I could also access and read/forward/delete old emails that I save in various folders for reference. When Exchange became available he set up my iPhone to use Outlook using Exchange and deleted my old Outlook email account. Now I can see all the folders that have saved emails in them on my desktop computer, but the iPhone will not display any of these old saved emails prior to when he switched me over to Exchange. Is there anything I can do to get these emails back so I can refer to them on my iPhone?

Allan, thanks for that reply. I should have mentioned that I tried to reset that feature under SETTINGS, in which I tried the 1 month and even the NO LIMIT option, but I still can't get the old emailed in those saved items folders to display.
