Follow up on previous question
I am in a hurry as I have to show my slideshow/dvd project at a party tonight and can't figure out how to play it full screen. Please help! When hooked up to a projector will it automatically convery to full screen? Can't try it until the party. Scary. Also how do you watch it on your computer full screen. I'm new to Apple Thanks so much!
That is scary since you really don't want to have an entire audience waiting while you figure out how to play a dvd on a laptop /large screen projector. The last thing you want is everyone gathered at your laptop trying to look at the laptop's screen. Or you could be like my wife in her French classroom, and request help from a student (or in your case an audience member).
Here's a tip if all else fails. Power everything down and make certain you have all cables and power cords connected correctly. Now power up the lcd projector and lastly your mac. If things are connected properly it will default to the correct settings and you can figure things out from there. Macs are relatively easy to work.

YouTube does not use Adobe Reader. Videos do not use Adobe Reader.
Adobe Reader is used only to show files in a special format called "PDF".
What you are having problems with is probably Adobe Flash Player.
So, if you are trying to solve problems with Adobe Flash Player by downloading Adobe Reader, or even Adobe Acrobat, it isn't going to help you in the end. Is that what is happening (we can't really tell without screen pictures, but it seems a likely guess). -

1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
3. Then choose iTunes Store;

7. Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would
like your security/challenge questions reset;

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Having said that I'm getting iffy results when I try to do operations on one
domain then the other and back ... The Groupwise Admin Object api doesn't
seem to want to be connected to multiple groupwise systems, even with
multiple instantiations of 'NovellGroupwareAdmin'
Question 1:
1) Is there a way I can tell one instantiation ("You've got the football")
and have it work reliably, then do the same for the other when I need to
operate on it?

Any help appreciated.That should work in theory... however the problem I'm running into is that the job will report a "fail" everytime no matter what because it loses connection with the remote host while it's updating the network drivers. However, on the server, all network
drivers are in fact updated. The only results I get from the receive-job is a timeout, but if I redirect the actual results from the command to a text file on the server, then just wait 15 seconds for the drivers to complete their install I can read what actually
happened. I'm not sure why the job is timing out. It waits for a good 30-45 seconds before timing out when the host is only blipping for about 10 seconds, but it never tries to establish a connection back.
Reading through, if our servers were updated with powershell 4.0 I could use the InDisconnectedSession
parameter I think... Hmmmm I'm gonna look into upgrading our powershell versions anyways. -

Sorry! Can't believe it's 24th already! In reply to your query, I ordered the PDF to Word conversion file through the Adobe website. When I got my order confirmed by email, it called the programme a "manual", so I was expecting a hard copy! It took me a while to figure out your website, but now I've got my link, everything is working very well. The only criticism I have is that I have to sign in for each document I want to convert. I'm a maths teacher which requires amassing a lot of past papers at many levels within both the GCSE and the "A" level syllabuses!

Two previous questions may not have been as clear as I would have liked. I recently upgraded my MacBook 2008 (10.5.8) to Snow Leopard (10.6.8). With the updates came iTunes 11.1.1 and Quicktime 7.6.6. I am still using Garageband 2008 and iPhoto 2008. When I create music in Garageband I usually adjust the volume and save it. Even now when I share the Garageband created files with iTunes 11.1.1, the volime I previously set in Garageband is retained. However, when I use the music to create a slide show in iPhoto 2008 and export to Quicktime 7.6.6, the volume level I previously set is lost and seems to default to a low level. The problem seems to be either in the slide show export from iPhoto 2008 to Quicktime 7.6.6 or in Quicktime itself. Is there a work around, so that I can retain the volume level I had previously set in Garageband, a volume level that seems to transfer without problem to the new iTunes. But then iPhoto 2008 (slide show) possibly or Quicktime 7.6.6 do not cooperate. Before I did the upgrade to Snow Leopard, the new iTunes and Quicktime I had no problems with the set volume being retained in the old Quicktime. The reason I need control over the volume is that all these music files are uploaded to YouTube.

Sorry the answer to my previous question did not help....when trying to get new app installed on iPad message tells me I do not have acc or its been disabled. Is this because of joint usage of email as my partner has account with iTunes using same email?
Whatever the reasons are that you think the problem exists, you will not be able to resolve it on your own. Did you see this at the bottom of the support article that I suggested that you read?

Did you turn off all email notifications as the second tutorial describes?
If you turned them all off and are still getting notifications, what do you see when you try to turn them off again? Has your account been reset to continue recieving the notifications? Or is is still set to off?
