ERROR: DF012: Unable to find file(Seq 52)
ERROR: DF024: Unable to preserve original file at "C:\Windows\Fonts\MyriadPro-Regular.otf" Error 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.(Seq 52)

Best option would be either what Mylenium has suggested or simply shut down the machine and power it up again. Post this try the installation and suggest.

I am running Windows Vista Home Basic (32-Bit)
I have used iTunes for years, while owning various iPods and an iPhone 3g.
Today I bought an iPhone 4 and came home looking to immediately update to iOS 5, while installing I got this error:
After searching around, I decided to uninstall all Apple programs and reinstall starting at iTunes 9.

Errors when installing Premiere Pro

When I installed Premiere Pro all these error messages come up and it says installation failed. Adobe encoder will not open and Adobe Encore will not transcode. I am using a windows vista computer. Can Some one please help. thanks joey

simply find your work folder and save everything in safe place.
If you have not changed any setting, it should be in user\your name.
About uninstall, just launch it like you'd want to remove everything, then, when the program will ask you which application had to be removed,
just sign premiere, mediaencore and company.

Error when installing Premier 9 to Mac

I am attempting to install my Adobe Premier Elements 9 from my disc (not purchased from Adobe, but from Amazon). The computer recognizes the disc and when it begins installation it spits the disc out and shows this error message.

Fatal error when installing Acrobat Pro subscription

I have a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro and have never been able to install it. When I try to install it, I get a Fatal Error message. I've tried restarting the computer and re-downloading it.

The message I get is as follows:

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.
This error occurs as the product is downloading, when the download is nearly complete.

Photoshop keeps on getting out of memory error after installing Premier Pro

I just upgrade my CS to CC. Yesterday I installed Photoshop and did my work without any problem but today after installing Premier and After Effect, I keep on getting out of memory error when I'm working even though I don't have any other application running accept photoshop alone. The file I'm working on is a small file, iphone plus size interface. Basically I can open the file, add blur effect and try to type text I will get photoshop telling me that my system is out of memory. Restarting photoshop give the same problem, restarting my computer give the same problem, ie do one thing and next will give memory not enough.
I don't think my system is slow as it is workstation with dual processor and 12 gig of ram, windows 7 64bits 1gb dedicated memory for graphic card.
I uninstall Premier and After Effect and suddenly the problem go away. Photoshop work as per normal. I didn't have the time to reinstall premier again but will try to do it tonight or tomorrow

When you get that error leaver the error showing and use something the can show you how much free disk space there is left on Photoshop scratch disk. It may be a problem with scratch storage space not ram storage space. I see Photoshop use much more scratch space the ram. I have seen Photoshop using less than 10GB of ram on my machine leaving 30GB of free ram on my system unused while using over 100GB of scratch space.

Error while installing Logic Pro Additional Content HELP!!!!!!!!

Hello, I've recently purchased Logic Pro 9.1.8 from the Appstore on my new MacBook Pro (Mid 2012).
The App installed fine and so did the 2 GB obligatory download on the first launch. But then I downloaded the Logic Pro and Mainstage additional content (4.6
Gb) and then when it started installing, the install window in Logic simply disappeared, I thought it had finished installing, so I checked the Additional content
download menu and it was still unchecked (and without the "Installed" sign on the right). Having copied the package on my external hard drive for backup, I
recopied it on my mac and tried to install, but the installer then displayed the following message: An error occurred while extracting files from the package.
The Log file also included: "The file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format."
There isn't an Apple Store in my country.
I'm running on Lion 10.7.5, with 420Gb of free space, please HELP!!!!!!!!

Solved this by downloading the file again.

You're supposed to set the working directory to apex before you start SQL*Plus and then the command line would start with @apexins.
ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object SYS.DBMS_LOCK
After this all is futile. I'd say start over, maybe restart the db and try again starting in the correct directory/folder.

Everytime I want to update the latest iTunes or iPhone software I get the following error message "Cannot open the URL" please help?

I need to update my iTunes and my iPhone 3GS to the latest version and evertimes I click on "update" I get the following error message displayed - "cannot open URL". I have checked the permissions on my windows firewall and iTunes is not blocked. PLease can anyone give me some other suggestions as its really frustrating and I want to download ringtones etc but can't do so without the latest software versions of iOS etc. Please help? ODI error when trying ro reverse engineer-- Please help

Hi all,
I am receiving the error below "ImportError: no module named java" when I am attempting reverse engineer from Essbase into the models tab in the ODI Designer.
I am using ODI version 10.1.3.5
I have all jar files related to Essbase in drivers folder. And all KMs related to Essbase in impexp folder. I have created CLASSPATH system variable with "D:\OraHome_ODI\oracledi\drivers". Should i need to add this path in PATH system variable?
What should i do to get this problem solved. Please help.

Such messages are probably due to either a stale Jython cache (.../scripting/cachedir folder) and / or insufficient access privileges attributed to the Unix user account which has launched either the ODI Agent or Designer GUI and is executing a Jython script and writing to the Jython cache (default value being .../lib/scripting/cachedir/packages folder).
Alternative workarounds:
1. Stop all ODI processes and remove the cachedir folder, the restart ODI and retest the process.
2. Use a different "python.cachedir" information, on which the User has write privileges. This Java property may be set into the Jython Registry and specifies the directory used internally by Jython for cached information about Java packages in ".jar" files. If the directory is relative, it is interpreted relative to the Jython root. For complete information, refer to Jython documentation, at:
http://www.jython.org/Project/userguide.html#the-jython-registry
3. Try running Jython once as "root" in order to create the Jython cache directories or take appropriate administrative actions (for example, chmod 777....) to allow the user account to access these files.

Problem importing premier pro sequence. please help

I have been attempting for awhile now to import a 45 min long rendered sequence from premier pro into encore but whenever i do so, the second the sequence is imported, the program stops responding.
how can i fix this?

Can you please give your system specs?
In particular, how many physical HDD you have as well as memory. OS, CPU etc.
Also - what are the scratch disc settings in Premiere?
Finally - what is the video type - SD? HD?
Please give as many details as possible as it sounds like your system is going into overdrive.

Startup error when launching premier pro cc 2014

I am able to launch earlier versions of premiere pro on my mac, but newly downloaded premiere pro hangs at startup.

Without knowing what Mac exactly nobody can say anything. Either way, ask in the Premiere forum.

Error when syncing Ipod Touch. Please help.

Ive got a problem with my iPod Touch. I was installing applications when it just shutdown. Whenever i turn it on the apple icon comes up as usual but then stays on that icon until the iPod runs out of battery. I plug it in and it charges but as soon as i turn it on it does the same things. What should i do?

Let the charge run down to 10%, then let it charge to 100%; that's to correct your battery percentages. Now, charge fully from an external charger, if you have one. If you only charge through your USB port, don't let the charge go on all night; this actually saps your battery in the long run.
If you still have a problem, reset your Touch.
If you're still having problems, you might want to visit your local Apple Store/Genius Bar and have the techies take a look at your unit.

Always getting syntax error when using RANK formula. Please help!!

i am desperate! tried EVERYTHING. so as a last try, I tested the very same Example that Apple gives to elaborate how the "RANK" formula works...and you guessed it....NOT WORKING.
not even a reconstruction 1 to 1 of the apple example worked, giving me a syntax error.
thus i am assuming that i am doing something wrong on a very basic level i would have never thought of (maybe a setting i have wrong?, maybe if you have blue as background formulas don't work?).
i would be sooooo grateful for any help!!!
