How can I purchase more seats for a font license?

While placing the order , u might have got the option to select for delivery of licenses either though E-Delivery or in physical form.
If u have selected for e-delivery , then u would get a mail from [email protected] consisting of Order Number, Sales Order number and PART Codes.
From there, u would get a link to https://edelivery.cisco.com/esd/order.do?view&orderId=XXXXXXXX which is mapped to your CCOId.From there, u can expand the PART Codes and from extreme right , u would get DOWN ARROW for Download Option.
You can accept thee agreement and download which is in zip format consisting of pdf for EULA and PAK code..

This is the situation I got to firewalls with failover and I need to upgrade the license so I can get more context (right now I have 5 context and I need 10) so I was looking at the procedure and I'm not sure If I need to restart the device or not. I was looking at this procedure:
Upgrading the License for a Failover using ASDM (No Reload Required)
Use the following procedure using ASDM if your new license does not require you to reload. This procedure ensures that there is no downtime.
•1.       On the active unit, choose Configuration > Device Management > High Availability > Failover > Setup, and uncheck the Enable Failover check box. Now click Apply. The standby unit remains in a pseudo-standby state. Deactivating failover on the active unit prevents the standby unit from attempting to become active during the period when the licenses do not match.
•2.       Choose Configuration > Device Management > Licensing > Activation Key, and enter the new activation key that you obtained with the active unit serial number. Now click Update Activation Key.
•3.       Log into the standby unit by double-clicking its address in the Device List. If the device is not in the Device List, click Add to add the device. You might be prompted for credentials to log in.
•4.       Choose Configuration > Device Management > Licensing > Activation Key, and enter the new activation key that you obtained with the standby unit serial number. Now click Update Activation Key.
•5.       Log into the active unit again by double-clicking its address in the Device List. Choose Configuration > Device Management > High Availability > Failover > Setup, and re-check the Enable Failover check box.
•6.       Click Apply. This completes the procedure.

But then I checked on the cisco web page that there are some license that need to reload I see this:

So I just want to know if I'm UPGRADING from 5 to 10 context the reload applies to my situation or not?

No reload is required when you are upgrading from 5 to 10 security context license.

I have Adobe Creative Suite 2 Standard on two computers. Is it possible to install the program on 2 more?

Both PCs I have installed Adobe 8 on have since crashed. Yes I am the lucky one indeed. It is bad enough that I am having to spend well over a grand in pc repairs without Adobe adding to that fun fest by charging me for the right to simply reload a program I have already paid an ASTRONOMICAL amount of money for. This is NOT my attempting to illegally copy your product. It is a HUGELY COMMON issue...PCS DO MELT DOWN and when this happens one is forced to do the all-consuming SYSTEM RESTORE which takes more time than ANY OF US can afford! I made the signing of Creative Cloud and programs installed on 2 computers, I need to install on another notebook, is there any way to an additional without having to pay a new subscription? (using google translator)

Welcome to Adobe Forum,
The CC has been activated twice.
You need to deactivate it from PC,
When you install it on the third computer or for the third time & when you to activate it, if it installed & activated already twice, there will be an option of deactivating it from the previous computers, please click on that.(To deactivate from preinstalled machine, Open any Adobe CC application > Help Menu > Signout.)
Next it will allow you to activate on your new machine,
Now you can go back to your first computer, log out & log back in of Desktopp CC App, launch any product, if there is any product to buy, in that prompt there will be an option to " license the software", please click on that & sign in.
It will reactivate the CC on the first machine.
You have already deactivated it from one machine, hence you can activate it on third computer.

Licensed? Yes, but not necessarily for the web. Some licenses allow use in print or images but not the web.
Custom Web Fonts
For legal reasons, don't just assume you can use any font you wish on the web. Fonts are protected by intellectual property laws in much the same way that software is protected from unlawful copying, modifying or distributing. In other words, a font owner can say "Sure, you can use my font but you can't alter it, you can't reproduce it and you can't distribute it." On the web, that's a deal breaker because you need to be able to do all three.

Font Licensing for Commercial Use - Video Games

Hello everyone.
I need some SERIOUS help so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently in the process of Producing a video game which is using Minion Pro (Bold and Medium). I've been trying to call anyone and everyone at Adobe to figure out what I need to do to license this particular font for my game but after three weeks I still don't have an answer.
That said, I've come to understand that if I've bought a copy of Adobe Suite (which includes the Minion Pro font) the license allows me to use the font commercially. Meaning, I can legally use the Minion Pro font in my game.
Is this valid? Can anyone provide insight on this? If not valid, what do I need to do to secure a license?

Hey everyone. A bit more info...
The font displayed is a set of bitmaps created from the TrueType font. No vector definition is included in the executable.
Those bitmap images are used to display static text (ie, the text is displayed as it is in the text database, no text is created during the game). With the sole exception of numbers which are used for counters.
All this said, what do I do? I've tried contacting anyone and everyone at Adobe but no one seems to have an answer for me. The font is to appear in a game and I need to figure out ASAP what I need to do to make sure I'm in the clear legally.
As mentioned in my earlier post, I have a copy of Adobe Creative Suite (which includes Minion Pro). Does having the Suite license mean I can use this font in my video game commercially with the information provided above (in bold) in mind?

Font Licenses for DPS App folios

I'm trying to get my head around font licenses for DPS apps. When publishing folios in PDF format isn't everything converted to images on export? I've found font licenses that have an app embed option but say that anything part of an "image" does not require an app embed license but rather just the regular user license. I understand that different foundries will have different licenses and agreements but any insight into general font use with DPS would be much appreciated. Currently my apps are iOS only but we may explore Android in the future.

Bob, I appreciate your quick reply and expanding on the Typekit licensing, which very clearly specifies where DPS is covered. Though, I was hoping for a little more effort in response, or inquiry as to how you can better address the question. I tried calling Adobe to see if I could get some quick answers, but I did not receive support and was redirected to use the forum.
I want to better understand the technical aspects of the DPS product so I can lean it against each foundries terms. Because the additional licenses are very expensive, literally thousands of dollars for myself and colleagues in some cases if we need something more than a desktop license. Neil answered it some above, but I need a little more clarity...
I have researched and contacted a few different foundries and none of them have been able to give me a sense of confidence that they really understand what is being done with DPS and I could only articulate it in part. One foundry said I need an unlimited ebook license. Another said I need to buy a new ebook license for each digital magazine issue and also possibly an app license as well.
A specific case is with FontSpring.com. They said I need an unlimited ebook license, but their terms say a desktop license includes embedding the font in a PDF and then selling that PDF. But when I asked about it a little further, they interpreted DPS published magazines in PDF format as needing an ebook license as well because of how it is produced and delivered to mobile devices, with the addition of slideshows, etc..
Please help me understand and I'd like your opinion: When I create digital folios with DPS and the article format is PDF, should the product just be considered another method of delivering PDF content (even though it's going through an app and delivered to mobile devices)? Or is it something more? As Neil said, the fonts aren't evenly fully embedded, but rather a subset. Most places are trying to tie it into ebook licensing because it seems like more than a PDF that is sold, and it jumps pricing way up. Is it really more than a PDF and more like an ebook?

Volume Licensing for Single Font [family]

My company is interested in using a single font for documents created through automation. Typically, automation will create an original document that will then be reviewed and edited by multiple users. So ultimately we'll need to install the font on something like 200 end user's computers in order for them to see the document with the corect font (Word format).
What kind of volume licensing would we need for this purpose? I don't seem to see individual font licensing for anything over a few seat licenses.
I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance.

Each font license on Adobe's Type Store is good for up to five users, and we provide a sliding discount scale for up to 99 licenses.
To cover 200 users, all you need to do is to buy 40 licenses.

Font Licensing for Use on Print Media and Web

I currently have a subscription to the Creative Cloud service, with the Student/Teacher Edition discount. I just have a few questions, regarding my legal use of Adobe fonts, such as Myriad Pro.
1) Will I be able to use this font on print media, such as the box, for a commercial product? What about a printed logo on a commercial product itself?
2) Will I be able to use this logo legally to creative a logo for a commercial business, but not preserve the font itself (i.e. create outlines in Illustrator, use a png image file, etc.)?
3) If I am using the Typekit service provided to me via Creative Cloud, what are the restrictions I have in terms of monthly/yearly webpage visits and the number of fonts I am allowed to use?
4) If I was to let my Creative Cloud subscription expire, would I still be allowed to continue to use the designs I created using the Adobe fonts in the time that I was subscribed to the service? I.e. I made a logo using Myriad Pro today, but let my subscription expire. Would I be allowed to continue to use my logo after my subscription has expired?
5) If I were to make an iOS/Android application for revenue on their respective App Stores, what kind of licensing would I need in order to use the Adobe fonts?
Thanks for clearing any confusion. I tried reading through a few EULAs, but all I seemed to get were headaches.

Hi Jonathan,
if you stop your cloud subscription the included typekit subscription ends, too. Therefore websites that use typekit fonts won't display them anymore. (Text will be displayed with your fall back font or your browsers default font.) To keep your websites working as you intended you need to keep paying for a typekit subscription.

Cloud includes a typekit Portfolio subscription. So the page view limitations of the portfolio subscription apply.

I haven't found out about the usage of desktop fonts, after you end your subscription. I doubt that Adobe allows to use the fonts when the subscription is cancelled.

MS Office Professional Plus 2010 cannot verify the license (in use for more than a year)

After more than a year of use, I now receive the following error message for all Office Applications ....
"Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 cannot verify the license for this product. You should repair the Office program by using the Control Panel." When I Click the OK button, the application is terminated.
I tried using the Control Panel to repair Office, and I have tried to re-install Office. I still get the same message. Note, during repair or installation, my Product ID key is accepted.

Why doesn't a serial number come with my online purchase? should people have to register a product they bought from the same website? why wouldn't this all be tied together with your purchase? total headache.... also i downloaded the free trial for 30 days and when my trial was up i went to buy the product and found it nearly impossible to find without joining something that has a monthly fee. Is this the standard for buying things online these days?

When you purchased Lightroom you should have received an e-mail with your serial number. Better go back and check your e-mails that you received from Adobe. I think one of them should be a receipt, and should have the serial number printed on it.

After changing my mac mini 2009 with a mac mini late 2012, and using Time machine for the reinstallation, Lightroom is operational but Photoshop elements is said to have a license no more valid (code error 150:30). I tried all solution I found to no avail

Alain Picard this error often occurs due to incorrect file permissions or corruption of licensing data during the Time Machine restore. What version of Photoshop Elements were you using? I would recommend that you remove and reinstall it using the uninstaller located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder.

Non-profit organization: licensing for one font on 61 computers

We are interested in using Chaparral Pro on the event tickets that we print out. The ticketing software can be used on (currently) 61 computers which connect to about 10 printers through one server. Assuming we need a license for each computer, what is the best method to get those licenses? Buying 13 of the $35 "5 computer" licenses seems odd; is there some sort of volume licensing program available?
