Font size issue with the email functionality of infopath form

Hi,
We have a SharePoint list created and customised the form to send the form via email using email functionality in infopath form.
We have made the font size of the form fields( rich text box) to 11. But it is showing as 10 in email. Also for a text box we set the font size to 14. But it is 13.5 in the email.
Could anyone please let me know how to fix this issue?

Yes, this is normal. Forms Services has to convert the form to an aspx page, and things get lost in translation when this gets submitted via email. My workaround has always been to set static widths to columns/controls, but you said that didn't work
for you? It's always worked for me.

How do I solve my FONT conflict issue with the system Helvetica Neue

Everytime I start up in Leopard I get the error message "There is a conflict with the "HelveticaNeue" font file". How do I resolve this issue? I require the Postscript versions of Helvetica Neue for my design programs. I use Linotype FontExplorer to manage the fonts. Is there a way to rename these postscript versions so they don't conflict?

I am trying to get icloud. I am having issues with the email address.

I signed up for an apple account ant it would only let me use my hotmail account. I got an account and i tried to use it to sign into icloud and it isn't working. THe apple web site stated that I could re name my account later. Please tell me what i need to do. I have a windows 7.

The issue can be that the present operating system might not be compatible with the CS2.

Here while parsing the data for contact2(with the request provided) by using the above procedure its going to exception.
If the value is not there between the firstname then it should not go to the exception.
If the firstname tag is not there it should go to the exception.
But in the above procedure for the altcntfirstname and altcntlastname selectstatements its going to the exception part when there is no value for firstname(<FirstName></FirstName>).
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

In the request more than one alternate contact used to come(that means contact1 is primary contact,contact2 is alternate contact1,contact3 is alternate contact2 etc).
We are retrieving the RelatedObjectID and named as ROID in the for loop.
That means in the for loop we are getting the RelatedObjectID,if that RelatedObjectID is equal to party id then that firstname we are checking by using the below select statement.
suppose when we used as like below in the loop the same RelatedObjectID(contact2) is repeating every time.

Issue with the RFC function module - parameters

Hi,
 When i am creating RFC enabled function module, it was throwing an error like 'Reference parameters are not allowed with RFC'.. I am implementing the test scenario to create BAPI, for that i have created table with 2 fields. My main intension is through RFC enabled function module planning to update the ztable.
 When i was creating RFC enabled function module, it was giving error. I remembered that i need to use new structure when i create RFC enabled function module, so even i created structure also with the same fields of table fields.
 can you please let me know the solution for this.

Call by value
You pass the parameter with values. This means that the parameter
 contents are copied both when the parameter is passed and when it is
 transferred back to the calling parameter. For structures that contain
 tables, performance may be reduced considerably. Therefore, you should
 not do this.
I created the parameters with reference to table-fields, what do you mean by 'Call by value'check box usage there.
Is it mean ...if i change the contents of the field in FM will it pass back to the structure which i refered to this parameter, in this case its table-field.

The LMS has no control over the playbar that pauses or plays the Captivate content.
In a Multi SCORM package, the LMS also may be showing a TOC in the SCORM player with links to launch the lesson modules. This TOC is in addition to the TOC inside the Captivate project file which gives access to sections of the module by jumping to slides that begin those sections. But the LMS doesn't usually give you any control over the look and feel or functionality of that TOC either.
If your client is adamant that they want complete control over these areas, then your best option may be NOT to build this course with Captivate but build it from the ground up with another tool. E.g. Flash, or Dreamweaver. Either way, that will add a lot more time and expense to the project. But if the client has the budget and is unwilling to budge on their requirement, then that's what I would be telling them to do.

Why have the font sizes in my existing emails suddenly changed from uniform to mixed?

All of a sudden the font sizes in my existing emails have changed from the same size to different sizes -- some larger, some smaller. Also, in some cases the font has changed from normal to bold. I used to be able to solve this problem when it happened before by closing and reopening TB, but that doesn't work anymore. I haven't made any changes to the font settings. Any suggestions?

Iam facing some issue with the Function Module 'SKWF_FIND_BY_QUERY' in a BW ECC6.0 system.
As shown below, in the function module, the Table IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT gets populated with some values based on inputs like IT_CLASSES, IT_QUERY, and L.
This updation of IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT table is happening for some of the services sent through IT_QUERY and is not getting populated for some.

From the Safari menu bar click View > Zoom In or press Command + on the keyboard to increase the size of the page.
If that doesn't help, open System Preferences > Accessibilty > Settings then select Zoom on the left.
You can also increase the resolution on the dislplay. System Preferences > Displays > Display > Scaled

For your work email, do you use a well known server or do you use their own server? Their server IMAP and SMTP addresses might of changed or you entered them in wrong. It might be something with your router but unless you blocked every incoming connection, then it should work. I would talk to your tech guys at work to see if it is on their end.

Dynamic text boxes, font size issues

I have created a dynamic text box and an input text box.
I have produced code that replicates whatever is typed in the
input box to display in the dynamic box along with a date and time
stamp once a button is clicked.
This all works fine, except for the sizes of the fonts. for
both boxes, i selected font size 10 . The input box is fine,
however the dynamic box text is huge.
When i make the dynamic text font smaller, it fits in fine,
but the input text that is inserted into the dynamic text box comes
in too big. If i make the input text box font smaller it is
unreadable when typing it in.
any soultion to how to make my font consistent. I am assumin
the problem is because both the text boxes are different sizes,
however i don't know how to resolve the issue.

Font color issue with inserted HTML content in JTextPane (HTMLEditor)

Hi everyone,
I have a very serious issue with the HTMLEditor I'm developping. This editor is a little bit special since it is intended to edit blocks of HTML content that are loaded when the editor is initialized.
You can in fact decide to keep this loaded HTML content or start a new HTML document from scratch. Alright, now my issue is the following :
When text is loaded, it's properly rendered. I have a functionality which let's you see the HTML code from the HTML document used in the editor, so I can check and see if code is correct, and yes, it's correct.
The problem is that when I try to change the color attribute of some text on my loaded content, nothing happens ! I don't know what's the matter with this bug, I only have it with the color attribute, with every other attribute everything's fine (font, size, etc.)
The funny thing is that, after I change another attribute for loaded content, like font family, then changing color attribute funcionnality starts to work again !
I've also noticed that I don't have any of these problems when I start my HTMLDocument from scratch (when I create a new HTML document and start typing text).
Another weird thing, is that I have a feed-back feature in my editor which reflects attributes for text over which the caret is positionned. For example, if you put caret over red text, the color combo box displays a red value, you know, just like in MS Word. Well, with my loaded content if I have a red text color and I decide to put it in green, the color combo box displays the green value when I click over text for which I have changed color, but in my JTextPane it's still red !! And when I try to see the HTML code generated nothing has changed, everything is still red !
There is something really strange here, this means that when I get the attributes of the loaded text from the HTMLDocument, color appears to be green, but when it gets rendered in the JTextPane it's still red and when it gets anlyzed to produce the corresponding HTML code, these changed attributes are not taken into account.
But the most weird thing above all, is that I don't have this bug everytime, sometimes I start my HTML editor applet and it works fine, and some other times this color issue is bakc there. Is this a known bug for Swing API or not ?

ADF: Font size issue using JDEVADF_MAIN_GENERIC_070112.1145.4385

Even I have the exact same issue with my jspx pages.
I am on the EMAIGC_MAIN_LINUX label using JDEVADF_MAIN_GENERIC_070112.1145.4385
I have a tableLayout in my template code, that I use to layout the contents of my jspx page. After I remove the <afh:tableLayout>, the following fonts are affected and work fine -
1. The font of the top File menu that Ravi mentions below.
2. The Navigation tree that we have on the left side of the page.
3. The 'emptyText' of the <af:table> component.
4. The 'help' facet of the <af:panelLabelAndMessage> component.
If I put the tableLayout back again, the large size (16px) fonts in the above areas reappear.
Coming back to the problem -
Now, the Navigation tree, that I have mentioned above, helps me to navigate to a different page.
Once, I click on the navigation tree's node to navigate to the second page, and the page loads, I find that the fonts in the above four afore-mentioned areas go back to the larger size (16px), thus making the removal of the tableLayout useless. Both the initial page and the second page use the same hierarchy of templates and styles.
When I try loading the first/initial page again, the fonts are all fine and proper (11px).
Can someone please help resolve this issue as this is quite a deterrent to achieving a proper looking UI.
Please let me know if anyone needs access to my working env and jspx files.

Performance issues with pipelined table functions

I am testing pipelined table functions to be able to re-use the base_query function. Contrary to my understanding, the with_pipeline procedure runs 6 time slower than the legacy no_pipeline procedure. Am I missing something? The processor function is from [url http://www.oracle-developer.net/display.php?id=429]improving performance with pipelined table functions .
Edit: The underlying query returns 500,000 rows in about 3 minutes. So there are are no performance issues with the query itself.

- a database version
- how did you test
- what data do you have, how is it distributed, indexed
and so on.
If you want to find out what's going on then use a TRACE with wait events.

Issue with the presence indicator in list/library web part.

When viewing a user field (Created By, Modified By or a custom People column) through the list web part (either through the default page /Forms/AllItems.aspx or a custom web part page using a list/library) the presence indicator always says presence unknown.
However if I go to the Site Permissions on the same site, or My Site or a custom page using a modified core search results web part I wrote the presence indicator works fine. I can't find any errors being reported on the server.
Looking at the rendered code the list web part generates:

It appears that the List web part is not detecting that the users have a sip address and they appear to be rendered using smtp instead. It's also odd that the list web part is pulling the correct sip address while the one that works is pulling the
email address, not the sip address stored in the user profile. I spent considerable time going through the xslt to try and figure how the tag is rendered but I haven't been able to figure it out.
We are using Cisco Jabber 9.2.3 for IM, I don't know if that should make a difference or not. It's working fine in other parts of SharePoint and in Outlook. Running SharePoint Dec 2011 CU (14.0.6114.5000) with MS Office 2010 SP2 installed on the client. Tested
in IE 9.0/10/11.

We don't have a Lync server and I don't have the software available. Are you saying just having Lync installed even though it won't work might help?
I did some more digging and believe that this is an issue with the XsltListViewWebPart. If I go to the UserInformationList the web part used to render the list is the ListViewWebPart and the presence indicator works there. Also our environment
was migrated from 2007 and there are a number of pages that are using the old ListViewWebPart and the presence indicator works fine in this part. If edit the page and add the same list library to it, it's added as a XsltListViewWebPart and the presence
indicator does not work.
The presence control is not rendered by the xsl files used by the webpart. I modified the xsl to display the raw xml and the html code for the presence is part of the xml. I'm guessing this can't be changed and is part of how SharePoint is rendering
the data for the XsltListViewWebPart. You can see the Editor and CheckoutUser lines have the html code embedded in the data.

I just find it strange that the old ListViewWebPart works. Our SP environment has not been patched to the latest version, I'll try that next and see if it makes a difference.
