Font used in iweb buttons?

I am trying to make a button for iweb and I was just wondering if anyone knew wha the font was that iweb uses in the Start slidshow button?

I beleive it's Lucida Grande, same as your system font, also used exstensively on the Apple website.

  • What is the font used in the buttons in Titanium skin?

    Hello,
    I need to know what the font used for the buttons (Contents,
    Index, etc) in the WebHelp Titanium (RoboHelp 6) skin. I need to
    know because I want to use this skin, and also include a Print
    button.
    Thanks!
    Jennifer Bennett

    Hi Jennifer. If you download the skin and open it in the skin
    editor you'll see the font used next to the "Font" button near the
    bottom r/h/ corner. You can also use the button to change the font
    if you wish.

  • How can I change the fonts used in Yosemite

    It would appear that Apple have gone out of their way to make OS X as difficult to use as possible with the change of fonts colours. To make matters worse it would appear we all have to adhere to the Apple accessibility rules if we want to change anything ! Guys, the world is more complex.
    I don't have any visual impairment as such other than I'm in my 50's so i'm in that vari-focal time of life, which is normal. That means a bit more definition on the font helps - so I'd like to change the font & maybe the font size across the entire system. I can do that in M$ Windows !
    I'd like to change the colours of the fonts used in some applications e.g.. Mail where for some completely mad reason Apple are using a grey font, on a grey background, a mustard font on a white background. MAD. What idiot comes up with this stuff & who signs it off ??????? Once again all this is easy to change on every other OS I've worked with (Solaris, Linux, Windows).
    Now you might think that I'm Apple bashing, I guess I am in a way but I've been an Apple user for more than 15 years, I have iMac, Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, 3 iPads, iPhone. I like the products but things are not as configurable as they should be. Just allowing people to click a couple of radio buttons to switch to different modes on the display DOESN'T cut it.

    Too old to care now.

  • Default font size for message buttons

    I am using Office/Powerpoint 2012 and Adobe Presenter 8.
    When a quiz question is created all of the elements use formatting from the theme, default shape, default text box etc. The appearance tab formatting can only be applied AFTER the quiz has been created and these settings are ignored when the quiz question is created.
    I can manage all of the formats using power point formatting EXCEPT for the font size on the message buttons! It is always sized to 18pt. I am forced to navigate back to the appearance tab and "apply formatting to all existing quizzes".
    It's not all that time consuming but it is an extra step that could be eliminated if i could only find how to set this default font size!!
    The font size i am trying to default to is Calibri 16.
    The font that is applied to new message buttons is Calibri 18.
    Any idea how this can be accomplished?
    p.s. Is it also possible to change the position of the buttons?

    Hi,
    You need to change the Quiz message font using the the Appearance tab in Quiz. There is no other way.
    Also , you may change both the orientation as well as the position of buttons using the Appearance tab in Quiz.
    Goto Appearance->button placement->Orientation
    Appearance->button placement->Position on slide
    Thanks,
    Alpi

  • Changing font size of the button

    Hi,
    how can it be changed font size of the button (other than standard and small)?
    Thanks.

    Hello,
    You can create a separate Theme to change or modify the properties of UI elements and can use it in your application. You should have System Admin role assigned in the portal.
    Goto System Admin-> POrtal Display -> Theme Editor select any of the standard theme and change it to as per your requirement and save your theme with different name.
    In webdynpro you can not change the font size of button. Hope this helps

  • Font used in masked component is not rendered

    Hi,
    I developed a formular using components (Button and List),
    that formular is masked and all the fonts used used by my
    components are not displayed.
    When removing the mask, the component's titles are
    displayiing properly.
    How can I render the font of my components when masked?
    Is there a trick?
    Thanks

    I found the solution :
    the form is contained in a clip called "clip", I merely had
    to set the cacheAsBitmap value to true :
    clip.cacheAsBitmap=true;

  • I want to use an iWeb Slideshow in a Dreamweaver website

    Hello Group
    I am not an expert at html. I thought it prudent to get that out of the way.
    I have been asked by a friend to make a simple website for him. I have put it together in iWeb and he loves the results. However the fact that each page is a seperate document means common things (like a banner and navigation buttons) take a while to load of each page.
    I have decided to go down the frames route in Dreamweaver and used the iWeb output (png files as buttons etc) so that it looks the same to my friend.
    The only problem I seem to have is with the slideshow page. If i try and run the slideshow directly from the gallery.html page that iWeb produced it doesnt work. If I run the index.html page and then go into the gallery.html page (using the navigation link) the slideshow does work. However, when doing that I see the iWeb naviagtion in my main page below the dreamweaver banner which I do not want.
    So, I deduce there must be some code in the index.html page that controls the gellery.html page.
    Does anyone know what I can strip out thsi code or change something to make the gallery.html page work by itself independantly of the index.html page?
    Many thanks.
    Carl.

    So, I deduce there must be some code in the index.html page that controls the >gellery.html page.
    Nope, gallery.js & openSlideShowWindow.js control the slideshow.
    Would you provide the URL?

  • Fixed font size in iWeb?

    In iWeb (and on my Mac) my webpages look fine. If viewed on other systems/browsers, the text sizes are horribly out of tune.
    How can I activate/use fixed font sizes in iWeb? Thanks!

    If you've not used iWeb before and have HTML experience give the Flux 4 demo a try.  It allows direcxt HTML injection into the web page along with drag and drop of div and other attributes.
    Or give the EverWeb demo a try.  It's the most iWeb like of any of the available web site apps, is actively supported by the developers and has much more functionality than iWeb ever had.
    Flux 4 will have a steeper learning curve but they have excellent tutorial videos at their webstite and on YouTube.

  • Sudden problems using the media button

    I have the latest version of iweb and the latest version of iphoto (6.0.5). I have created many web pages and sites, always using the media button to import photos into the new iweb pages. I did so yesterday.
    Now, suddenly today when I try to open the media as usual I get a message that tells me to open iphoto 2 or Aperture 1.5 to be able to access my photos. When I check for updates of iphoto I get the message that I have the latest version, so I am really confused.
    Has anyone else had this problem, and what do you suggest?
    Thanks
    Vivienne

    Vivienne...
    Problems with the iWeb Media Browser are commonly reported. Many people resort to dragging photos directly from iPhoto instead of using the Media Browser.
    To see if your problem has an easy fix, do a Spotlight search for the iPhoto preference file called "com.apple.iPhoto.plist". When you find it, drag it to the trash and delete it. Also do a search for "com.apple.iLifeMediaBrowser.plist". If this file exists on your Mac, drag it to the trash and delete it also. Restart your Mac for good measure. Then open up iWeb and see if the Media Browser is back to normal.

  • Can I use the "same" button multiple times for multiple galleries?

    OK so I am extremely untrained in CS4 and Actionscript. However I have managed to get along fairly well until I started to dynamically upload images as a gallery. This works great if I have one gallery, but for my site I have 9 galleries!!! I have a back and next button, but I want to be able to use those same buttons for all of the galleries so they look the same. I have split them up and renamed them, but I am clueless on how to script the buttons to work. Please help...and don't laugh at my poor scripting. This is what I have now because I do not know where to put the other button names without getting errors.
    stop();
    next_btn .addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, nextImage);
    var imageNumber: Number=1;
    function checkNumber(): void{
        next_btn.visible=true;
        back_btn.visible=true;
        if(imageNumber==15){
            trace(imageNumber);
        next_btn.visible=false;
        if(imageNumber==1){
            trace(imageNumber);
        back_btn.visible=false;
    function nextImage(evtObj:MouseEvent):void {
        imageNumber++;

        mc_engagement.source= "photo/engagement/en0"+imageNumber+".jpg";
        mc_amish.source= "photo/amish/Amish"+imageNumber+".jpg";

        checkNumber();

    I'm still a novice with Flash myself, but I have two comments.
    First, at this point, won't your buttons control all galleries at the same time? Which means, if I go to image 5 in one gallery, then move to another gallery, I'll start at image 5, because the actions are all connected.
    Second, you can definitely use the same buttons for multiple galleries. It seems to me that as long as you've assigned the buttons an instance name, these actions should already work to control all the galleries (see the note above). I guess I would need to understand a bit more about how your project is built.

  • How do I use a push button digital trigger with my 6034E DAQ board?

    I am only a Lab View toddler.
    I am currently using a push button, wired to PFIO/TRIG1 and DGND, with a anolog trigger. However noise is causing my program to be triggered. I was told that a digital trigger would help to reduce the random triggering. How do I create a push button digital trigger?
    Thanks

  • How to suppress Save As dialog when using the Close button on an editable pdf

    Environment: Windows 7, SDK 9, Adobe Acrobat Pro X, Visual Studio 2010 Professional
    Summary: when a document is opened for editing using automation, edited, then closed using the "Close" button, the confirmation dialog appears, "yes" is selected and then the "Save As" dialog appears.  It should save without the "Save As" dialog in the same way it does were the document opened from Adobe Acrobat directly.  My question is, is there any flag to set which governs whether the "Save As" dialog appears as part of the close document process.  It is behaving as if the document is read-only upon close. (it isn't)
    This is how the document is opened from C++:
    if(SUCCEEDED(hr = ::CoCreateInstance(__uuidof(Adobe9::Acrobat::CAcroAVDoc), 0, CLSCTX_ALL, IID_IUnknown, (void**)&pUnk))){
    hr = OleRun(pUnk);
    if (SUCCEEDED(hr)){
    if (SUCCEEDED(hr = pUnk->QueryInterface(&pAVDoc))){
    hr = pAVDoc->Open((BSTR)CComBSTR(strPath), strDocName, &bRet);
    Even when the plugin is removed from the plug_ins\AcrobatSDK directory, the behaviour is the same.
    Another reproduction is running the BasicIacVC sample, commenting out all lines from gAcroPdDoc->Close(); in InitInstance() and returning TRUE.  If an editable document is opened using the sample, edited then closed using the "X" button, the confirmation dialog is followed by a "Save As" dialog as if it were a read-only document which it is not.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Evan

    Yes, it does.  (as long as the pdf has been opened via a COM interface)

  • How do I use directional PDA buttons in LabVIEW programs?

    Hi all,
    I've been assigned to get a LabVIEW program to work on a Palm PDA with LabVIEW 7.0 and palm PDA module 7.0.  I am basically totally new to LabVIEW, and my possibly very simple problem is, the PC program requires input from a serially connected number pad for the 8, 4, 5, 6, and 2 keys which are used as four directions (8, 4, 6, and 2) and an enter (5).
    I am trying to rewrite the input vi to use the directional buttons and middle enter button on the PDA itself but am having trouble figuring out what to use.  I am using a PDA simulator because of the PALM OS5 we own.  The input demo vi example provided will not build for PDA because of size so I am unsure of how to approach this.  Another thing is, we have LabVIEW and PDA module for pocket PC 8.0, and a Dell Axim PDA on order.  From what I understand off of this website, the latest PDA module has example button vi's.  I would still like to figure out the way to do this on 7.0 so I can have a better understanding of LabVIEW.  Eventually the program's endgoal is to be used on a PDA and inputting with a bluetooth keyboard, but we are going step by step right now.
    I guess my biggest questions are, how do I assign the directional buttons on the PDA in my program, and will this differ greatly when we switch to 8.0 and pocketPC.
    Oh and I did try to look at the example asteroid.vi but from looking at the input subvi, still couldn't figure out how they assigned the buttons.
    Thanks,
    Stephen

    I can't help with any specifics (no access to the PDA module at the moment and I didn't use the buttons anyway), but I would like to say that it probably would make a big difference if you used LV 8. 7.0 was the first version of the PDA module and was extemely limited and problematic (it didn't even have a tab control). 7.1 was somewhat better and I understand that 8 is even better (although still very limited and buggy).
    I also remember reading about several differences between Palm and PocketPC and I think you will generally be better off with the PocketPC as it's related to windows and will probably support more stuff.
    Try to take over the world!
