Footer area in Fireworks

Maybe this is a silly question but I just cannot get an answer.
Is it possible to define a footer area which will always appear at the bottom of the window (page) independently of the size of the window?
When this is possible how do I make / create such an area?

Are you talking about the "Pages" panel? When building papges that are differant lengths I don't add the footer to the Master. I make a footer and paste on each page. I am not aware of a way to have it stay at the bottom

Same problem here (no graphics in header or footer) and the problem has been reported months ago. It is another bug/feature lost when Apple moves from 09 to the iCloud-compatible versions.  Complain to Apple, you may have better chance than me and they may finally listen to their users....

  • Footer area is displayed but SBO doesn't print it?

    Dear Experts,
I have designed a Crystal Report with setup in A4. There is a "page number information" in the footer area.
Then the page number is showed if I preview it in SBO, but the page number is not printed.
Shoud I do some setting in SBO? I have changed the Page Setup become A4 through menu File-->Page Setup.
But the result is no changes.
    Please advise me?
    Note:
The page number can be printed if print it directly from Crystal Report.

    Hi Indra
We have had this problem as well.  For some reason B1 rescales the pages somehow when it prints.
To make the footer visible try dragging the bottom border of the footer down a bit to make the section bigger.  It will still anchor the bottom of the footer to what B1 thinks is the printable area and push the resu up into the visible area.
    This worked for us.
You may need to experiment with how big to make it!

    Rob

  • Regarding TABLE node -- Footer Area in smartform

    Hi Friends,
    This is regarding smartform.
I have created TABLE node in MAIN window. As long as data exists in internal table my smartform is working fine. I mean it is displaying all the items and followed by TABLE FOOTER text.
Assume if no data exists in the internal table. In that case the TABLE FOOTER text is moving up. But I need at least 10 line space in that table MAIN Area. I mean even thogh the data is not there in the internal table.. It should display some space and then TABLE FOOTER text should be displayed.
Can any body tell me is there any way the TABLE FOOTER can fix irrespective of the data?
This is very urgent. Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Raghu

For that, you can create one additional window such that it overlaps with the main window.
The size of this window should be exactly equal to the size of the main window, excluding footer. That means footer should come just after this window.
If there are no data to be displayed in the main window, then this empty window will be displayed.
In effect, some blank lines will be shown.
Just try this and check whether it suffice your requirement...

  • Fonts NOT showing up in Illustrator but are in Fireworks (CS3)

    Hi,
I have the CS3 package and it works great. However, I have a load of fonts on my system that are not appearing in the fonts menu in Illustrator CS3. I checked if Fireworks CS3 was picking them up and it is...this is great, but why not in Illustrator??
I also checked Photoshop, and they don't show there either. This is really weird. These are only basic fonts like "Helvetica" etc.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated on how to resolve this.
I am using Vista 64 and the CS3 suite.
    Thanks again,
    Mikey

Along with Mikey, I have a large number of fonts loaded but, when looking at them in the font list (with 'Preview' turned on), only about half of them actually display a font...the rest are blank. When I apply the 'blank' fonts to text, nothing appears. When I apply a functioning font that does show a preview, it looks fine. Maybe these are related issues?

  • My iGoogle page does not render correctly - only header & footer are shown.

Running on Windows 7 (64 bit)
I was using Firefox version 3 (whatever the latest was yesterday)
When I go to www.google.co.uk/ig I see only the header and footer of the page and no widget area in between.
Page works fine in IE so it's not a Google thing.
This happened following the installation of the Adobe Download manager.
    So far I have tried:
    # Disabled the Adobe DLM addin
    # Disabled all addins
    # Wiped the cache & cookies
    # Created a new profile
    # Deleted the profile folder
    # Installed FF4.0
Still can't see my iGoogle page.

It is a really perpleximg problem that occurs only when the volume of data is large. Why would you be sending large amounts of data to a JSP? Sounds fishy to me.
None of the people in my team were able to solve this issue.Well if you provided your team with the same amount (none) of information you provided here, then I would understand.
Please send in your suggestions as to why this is happening or if there are any known bugs in IE.Personally, I think it's the flux capacitor.

Is there a reason each path is it's own object? Do they have
    to remain
    this way?
If they don't, you can select the paths that make up the
    different areas
and try using Modify > Alter Path > Join or Modify
    > Alter Path >
Union. You will probably need to remove some anchor points if
    you choose
    one of these options.
Are you aware of the Vector path tool which let's you draw a
    path
freehand? That might be a better option than the Pen tool.

  • X60s vs. X61s battery - cover & foot are different? I there an adapter plate?

I just aquired an X61s and the installed battery (8 cell - it extends out the back) is a bit odd.
It snaps in fine and works OK, but there is a gap at the left end (with laptop upside down) about 1/4" wide, and the battery pack that stands a bit proud of the bottom of the unit only has one foot on it which is on the right side...
It was suggested to me that I may have an X60s battery instead of the X61s style....
Looking on the Lenovo site it seems they take the same P/N
(actually I could not find a battery marked for the X61s, but only for the X60 "series" )
Has anyone else run into this?
Is there an adapter plate that might fix this?
