Footer content only on the second page of output document from rtf template

I have a requirement for which my output document should contain signature section (possibly footer ) that needs to be only in second page of output document. As you see in the template has xml data that gets passed and the length of the document is based on amount of data that gets passed. Irrespective of the length of the document. Only and Only on second page of the output I should see the signature section. I am not able to use native Word session break etc.
Is there a way to use XDO api etc to accomplish this ?

probably a difference in height between the 2 columns of the left and of the right (check paragraph and character formats, cell margins, borders, etc.)

My printer will only print the first page of a doc from "Pages" in good quality.

I've tried reloading drivers etc. Nothing works. My printer prints everything just fine EXCEPT for when I try to print a doc from the PAGES app. Then it only prints the first page (technically the last one prints first) and then all subsequnt pages are very poor quality.
Lexmark tech support says the problem is not with their drivers.
Any thoughts as to what the problem might be ??

How can I put a footer that links to the first page of a pdf from the other pages?

I am trying to create a pdf that has the option "Return to Table of Contents" at the bottom of each page from 2 to 23. I know how to add a footer, and I know how to add a link, but is there a way to put a link as a footer? I don't want to have to go in and create 22 links for each file.

Then duplicate that button to pages 3-23.
To do that effectively go to Form Edit mode, right-click the button and select Duplicate Across Pages.

Iam just making an print forms using adobe forms,Iam havinga text and some variable in the end of the page.these things need to be printed only on the last page.
if my output of the main window comes for 2 pages then it should print only in the second page not in the first page.
if the data of my main item data comes to one page then this should be printed on the first page itself.
how to put a condition on this type of footer windows.

try with the following formcalc Scripting on the subform which contains the footer text...

Smartforms: footer doesn't appear on the second page

I have a smartform with two pages First Page and Next page. On the first page I have main window and table in it to display data. I have also footer window. On the second page I have main window without table node and also I have the same footer as on the first page. The idea is when data reaches the maximum lines on the main window to continue on the next page and the footer should be displayed only after the main window ends. If it is on the first page after the data should be the footer, if it is on the second page footer should apper only at the end of second page.
Everything works fine, except if we have more than one page the footer is not displayed.
Please advise !

How can I delete an image that is being repeated as a heading on a second page of a document?

I have a pages document that has a formal heading with a logo, and on the second page, it automatically repeated, so I was hoping that someone had some insight on how to stop the repeated logo, because I only want it on the first page. When I try to delete it from the second page, it deletes it from the first page as well. Please and thank you for your help!

About… is always under the thing it is about.
So for Pages it is under the Pages menu.
In Pages 5.1 you can not insert images into the Header, so I assume you have put it in the Section Master.
click at the end of the first page text > Menu > Insert > Section Break
Then delete the logo in the subsequent section/s. Section Master objects repeat for every page of the section they are in. As the name suggests.

How to print grandtotal in table footer only in the last page in SMARTFORMS

Hello Experts,
How do I print the GRANDTOTAL in the table footer only on the LAST PAGE in SMARTFORMS.
What I have done is in the text element of CELL1 of the table footer i wrote the folowing logic but not working.
/: IF &SFSY-PAGE& EQ &SFSY-FORMPAGES&.
* V_SUM.
/: ENDIF.
I even tried this.
/: IF &NEXT-PAGE& EQ 0.
* V_SUM.
/: ENDIF.
but still it displays the grand total on all pages at table footer.
How do i go for this experts.

HI Nambiar,
To print the grand total only on the last page then create the secondary window --> create the text node for the grand total -->In the condition tab check only after the end of the main window.
This grand total will be displayed after all the items and end of the main window.
Footer in the table displays as the subtotals i.e on every page total is displayed..

Dynamic Table row breaks only on the first page (not on second)

Hello,
I biuld a dynamic table with Livecycle.
If the text in the last field is to long, the table grows automatically.
If the end of the first page is reached, the row breaks over from the first to the second page(= 1st break)
This works correctly.
But if the text is longer, and the field have to break from the second to the third page, the field does not break!!
Please see the attached file.
The settings should be correct, because the break ( from 1st to the 2nd page) works.
But why, is the "dynamic behaviour " limited to only ONE page ?
Can you help me please ?

Ich lade eine Datei hoch, in der ich eine neue Tabelle in die bereits existierende Tabelle ( von Dir korrigiert und funktionierend) einfgefügt habe.
In dieser zweiten Tabelle habe ich die gleichen Einstellungen wie in deiner Tabelle. Meine Tabelle funktioniert aber nicht.
Wo ist mein Fehler ?

Ich hatte es aber als dynamisches Formular gespeichert. Die Felder verändern sich ja, nur nicht mit dem richtigen Umbruch.

Mit 1 Spalte anstelle von 2 Spalten funktionierts auch bei mir.

I saved the origin file as a dynamic form. The fields were growing automatically (when the text is long). The problem was the overflow.

In that i kept one subform as overflow leader to another subform which is flowed.
I can see this subform in the second page but not in the next pages. What might be the reason.

Hi Jon,
Try placing your curser in the middle and click on that page a few times. Often this will make it available for editing.

On iCloud pages how can you put a header on only the first page and not the second page?

I'm trying the do a visual report and every time I put a header on the first page it goes to the next page and if I try to delete it on the second page it deletes on the first page too.

iframe link to #anchor only works the second time

I am exploring a way of delivering a local HTML file into a Web Content frame in such a way that it starts at a specific HTML anchor rather than the top of the HTML page.
Now, since DPS's Web Content overlay does not support the URL+anchor string format (e.g. myfile.html#myanchor), I thought I might achieve the desired result by loading a little HTML file into the Web Content overlay that points to the intended HTML file and its named anchor in an <iframe> tag.
Here's where it gets annoying. The solution works... but only on the second and subsequent times you call up the Web Content overlay (normally hidden in a MSO).
The first time I call up the Web Content overlay in my DPS article on the iPad, however, the HTML page displays but not at the specificed anchor point, nor indeed at the top of the HTML page - instead, it seems to start a little bit further down from the anchor. If I dismiss the Web Content overlay (in my case, switch to a different Object State) and return to it, the HTML reloads starting at anchor position, exactly as intended. I can close the folio, re-open it and still the behaviour is correct. It was only the first time that it fails to do the right thing.
I am very happy that my solution works on the second, third and all subsequent occasions, but it's pretty important that readers see it working first time.
I have tried delaying the autoplay of the Web Content but this does not make any difference. The anchor is designated using the 'id' tag.
Any ideas?

Thanks, Neil. But you can ask your guys to stand down. Someone got me a strong coffee this evening and I realised I was tackling this from the wrong angle. I have since seen this issue of HTML pages requiring a refresh before displaying correctly in other circumstances, even in Chrome on my computer, so I doubt it is a specific DPS problem - possibly it's something in webkit.
Anyway, the coffee made me realise that I don't need an iframe to load another HTML file at an anchor. All I need is to pop a little GoToAnchor script in the <head> tag and a call at the beginning of the <body> tag.
One day, if someone fixes Adobe's utterly broken Cookbooks site, I'll upload a bunch of these recipes.

When i have a web page which includes an SVG file that spans 2-3 pages, if i try to print the web page it only prints the first page.

Basically, i have an html file that embeds a large SVG file. When i try to print the html file, FF only recognizes the first page - basically the second, third, fourth pages do not appear. Is this a known issue with FF?
Can it be fixed?
FYI - Google Chrome allows you to print the other pages but unfortunately headers/footers cannot be controlled and thus overwrite some of the SVG content.

Anyone?
