Any fix for freezing screens apart from locking/unlocking my phone?

Recently my iPhone 3GS started to have a problem with freezing screens, where The touch actions do not work. Sometimes I can use the Home button to get to my application folder display, but I still have no touch screen capability and the screen is frozen. I can usually press the top button to turn off the phone's display and lock my phone, and can then restart the display by unlocking my phone (the usual left to right swipe on the bottom of the lock screen), and the phone will usually return to normal touch screen functioning, at least for a while. While this is a work-around, is there anything I can do to fix this annoying problem?

Usually I would advise a hard reset of your handset, but it doesn't seem like it's possible if you only have access to your handset for a few minutes before the fault occurs.
Go to www.blackberry.com and download the blackberry desktop manager, then use this to update your handsets software, I have seen the desktop manager not recognise there is an update from an 8900 on OS 4.6, if this happens you can find the newest 8900 software on the blackberry website - download this and install it to your PC. Once it's downloaded you need to search for updates in the desktop software and when it says none available select 'view previous versions', then select the software you just downloaded.

Unfortunately, I cannot maintain them in T052U using SE16 either . I also tried with SE 63, it is showing an error - no suitable object found.

Let me elaborate so that you can close this thread.
You log into the system in EN. If your system is unicode, then you will be able to enter the text in any language you wish. Lets say you maintain it in Chinese. Now when a user logs in in English, he will be able to see the text in only Chinese.
However, if you have Chinese installed as a language; i.e. a user can log into the system in Chinese and see everything and transact in Chinese, then when he tries to select this payment term, he will not be able to see the text for this payment term as this is one of the few customising areas in SAP where a master text is maintained in the logon language and at times results in errors if not maintained.
This has been done to make the master table structure less complex. Some similar examples are, document types, posting keys etc.

Need additional Description of Material apart from Material Master

Dear All,
One of our customer wants to maintain an additional Material Description, apart from the description maintained in the Material Master.
In the material Master, they are maintaining "Manufacturer Part Number" as a description.
In the Customer-Material Info record, they are maintaining "Customer's Part No".
Both are getting printing in the Invoice output.
Apart from these they need to maintain some other decription of material. Where we can maintain this?
For example, in the Material Master, they are maintaining "Manufacturer Part Number", something like "RM20010V". The same is not acceptable for Excise clearace officers. They asked them to maintain the clear description of the material.
Please suggest.

Go to MM01 / MM02 and click "Select views" so that you can see a field SALES TEXT. You can maintain here and fetch the same to your sale order / billing.

Problems realted to changing the language for non-Unicode programs from one into anther.

My Windows 7(464Bit) Ultimate, and its base language, and display language is English.
The Languages(English, French and Arabic) built-in (came re-downloaded and re-installed by the person who made the Windows disc installation). Thus, while installing Windows 7, those three lanauge listed for me to choose one of them to be the base language
and display language, I have chosen 'English'. In the End of installation, there are three pre-packaged languages(English and French and Arabic) can be used as a display language.
I would like anyone kindly to confirm for me why I have been facing these problems when changing language for non-Unicode programs from English into Arabic.
First: After I have installed the AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver (sp55092) 8.882.2.3000 on my laptop. The contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic while language for non-Unicode programs
is Arabic, however, they are completely shown in English while language for non-Unicode programs is English.
A: I found that contents of the of Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are partially shown in Arabic (second screen shot below, however,
when click on any options, for example 'Graphics properties' shown in Arabic in, the second window is shown in English) while language for non-Unicode programs is
Arabic, and it doesn't matter what format or location is.
B- when I changed language for non-Unicode programs into
English.
I found that contents of the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel are completely shown in English .

This is correct. Why you think it's an issue?
About your second scenario description, I was not clear what you said. Could you give us a explanation?
Note: System display language is not the un-Unicode program language.
You can just choose one language to display the system at same time.

I have a doubt in converting a languae from English to Hindi only by using the strings. While changing the key value which is to displayed on the screen Hindi font is not diplaying.
For example � देवनागरी � This is a text font. when I copy this font to JStudio it is displaying like �ykHk�.
Is there any �Rendering font�for displaying the words from English to Hindi.
Or else what is the procedure to convert the Enlish font to Hindi font.If there is any set up font newly to be installed kindly notify me.

hindi locale is supported by java, at least for utf8 encoding,
so what Vijay says could apply if they were not using this
encoding or using linux.
Also, as you mention they need to have set their os up for that locale
and font path, etc -- which I'm guessing they did since they show some
Hindi and indicate they copied it to creator.
I just set my locale to hindi on solaris, opened a terminal, got some
hindi chars, copied and pasted to a text field label and contents
and it looks ok. Don't know about running it and browser hindi
font support. So if user could provide more info and steps it would
help.

Just use the same Apple ID and password that you used to access this forum - that's your Apple ID.

Is Mac Installer 1.0 needed for update to Mavericks from 10.8.6 Snow Leopard?

Somehow I got a notice that I could update directly to Mavewricks for free from my current 10.6.8. I have no memory of how I got the notice. About the same time I got a download for Mac Installer 1.0 which I never asked for and never came through System Update . . . it was just there among my downloads. At first I thoght that the Mac Installer was necessary somehow beforehand for the Mavericks upgrade. Now I am very suspicious, given what I have been able to turn up about the Mac Installer and its association with malware. Can anybody shed soe light?

Hello, I hope someone can help me.
I pre-ordered Justin Timberlake's new album and have tried to download the album today, however for some reason "Suit & Tie" is listed as unpurchased and will charge me 99p to download?
All the other tracks have downloaded fine apart from this one.
A couple of things I should mention in case they affect this issue:
I am trying to download it directly to my iPhone - I have not loaded up iTunes on my PC as of yet.
I already have the song "Suit & Tie" as a single.
Will iTunes realise I technically already have the song so charge me less and just give me the remainder of the album?

We are having this same issue. We have over 200 songs that are now missing and only our most recent ones show up in our ITunes library. Fortunately we have one phone that still has all of our music still in tact. This phone is no longer one I will be using as I upgraded to the Iphone 6, and only the most recent purchased songs remain. The rest are no where to be found and the iTunes store shows that I would need to re-purchase. Not sure what to do as when I tried to sync my last phone, all the songs were gone.

You can't get there with GUID/GPT.
There are tips on making a USB flash device that is bootable.
You can set aside a small 6GB partition somewhere and put Windows 7 installer there and run it WHILE IN Windows.
Windows Vista can be upgraded in place to 7 RC.
You'll need NTFS (30-50GB).
Windows doesn't support FW for booting.
You can create a drive that has Master Boot Record.
